Chapter 411: She's very easy to take care of.

Chapter 411: She's very easy to take care of.

"Your Highness, are you cold? Let me warm you up."

Caesar took Anunu's hand and covered it with his own hands to warm her slightly cold little hands.

Sitar walked over, snatched Anunu's hand from Caesar's, and pulled open his clothes to place it on his chest. "It's warmer this way."

Caesar, not to be outdone, grabbed one of her hands and stuffed it inside his clothes.

Ah Xun, who was guarding them from the side, flicked his tail and thought to himself, "Here we go again. They're already fighting so fiercely now. What will they be like when they reach adulthood?"

Ah Xun could already imagine the scene of them tearing down the palace one day.

It seems it's better for it to go back; it can help Anunu handle things and break up fights.

Momo, who once swore she would never return to Sivitlo, is now already thinking about what will happen if she goes back.

Like many creatures in the Sivitro system, aside from the Zerg, these creatures are not naturally obedient like the Zerg's servants. At most, they live in harmony, and some of the more ferocious creatures even need to be tamed before they can be approached.

However, the Moomin race has fought alongside the Zerg for many years, and the Zerg know how to live in harmony with the Moomin. It would be easy for the Zerg and the Overlords to tame the Moomin.

As a mutated furry creature who has been wandering for many years, Ah Xun has a very low level of obedience. It wants to go back because it really likes this little king beetle.

It didn't have any particular feelings about the current Zerg Queen, Seville. She was similar to many queens in Zerg history: majestic, powerful, and charismatic.

But this was the first time it had ever seen a queen beetle like Anunu.

An overlord represents an era of the Zerg. Anunu, as an overlord, makes it want to go back and think that staying by her side might not be so bad.

"It's getting dark and it's very cold outside, come inside quickly."

Jiang Fan herded the three cubs into the house, saying, "If you get sick, you'll have to line up to go into the medical pod."

He pushed the three of them, Anunu and his companions, to the fireplace to warm themselves, while he cooked for them in the kitchen.

The room had almost everything. Jiang Fan had also made preparations when he came out, bringing a backpack with him. The backpack contained seasonings such as salt and some dried meat and other food. However, since there was fresh food to eat, he would leave the dried meat for the time being.

Anunu couldn't sit still. She followed Jiang Fan and watched him put the chopped meat into the pot of boiling water, add some of the spices he brought with him, and stir it with a wooden spoon. Soon, a rich aroma of meat wafted from the pot.

Jiang Fan watched as Anunu looked up at the pot, swallowing hard, clearly drooling.

He smiled and patted her head, then ladled her a bowl of soup to drink first, blowing on it to cool it down before handing it to her so she wouldn't burn herself.

Anunu finished the soup in one gulp, held the bowl with both hands and handed it to Jiang Fan, looking at him expectantly: "I want more."

Jiang Fan served her another bowl and turned up the heat so the meat would cook faster.

He knelt down in front of Anunu, watched her drink the soup in one gulp, wiped the soup stains from the corner of her mouth, and said, "Is it good? You eat better at home, right?"

Anunu tilted her head and thought for a while before saying, "They're all good, and your cooking smells delicious too."

She's not picky about food as long as there's something to eat.

Jiang Fan smiled and ruffled her fluffy head. "She's easy to take care of and not picky about food."

He thought the little princess was spoiled and wouldn't be used to such coarse food. Although the insectoids he knew were highly adaptable and could eat all kinds of food, even minerals, Anunu was, after all, a princess, and would definitely be more particular about food.

After a while, the meat was cooked. He poured a large bowl of steaming meat soup for each of the three hungry cubs. The three children sat at the coffee table in front of the fireplace and ate their meal attentively.

Jiang Fan hadn't eaten with anyone in a long time, so he sat down next to them with a bowl in his hand, leaning back on the sofa to enjoy the rare warmth of human connection.

A cold wind was blowing outside, but the house was warm and cozy. I was sipping a fragrant meat soup and enjoying a peaceful and reassuring atmosphere.

After dinner, the three children huddled around the fireplace, chattering in a language Jiang Fan couldn't understand. He went outside and set up some security measures at the door, in case any wild animals came by the smell at night, so he could react in time.

After doing all that, the three little cubs in the room were already asleep on the carpet. Jiang Fan took a blanket and covered them with it, then lay down on the sofa himself.

He was quite tired after a long day.

Ah Xun lay down at the doorway, guarding it.

The room fell silent, save for the occasional crackling of burning firewood in the fireplace and the howling wind outside.

In the middle of the night, on the desolate and dark plains, a dark figure stood on the edge of a cliff above the town, looking towards the house where Anunu and the others were.

After standing there for a while, the dark figure ran in their direction.
