Chapter 408: Abandoned Town
Across the icy plains, a giant gray wolf and a large furball carried three cubs and Mingxiao at breakneck speed.
It was snowing heavily, but there was no wind. Just like when Anunu and the others first arrived, everything was quiet.

They can no longer use their superpowers and can only rely on their own flesh and blood to deal with the crisis.
Anunu was still fast asleep on Jiang Fan's back. The two male insect kings' cores had been too excited these past two days, which forced her to stay alert as well. Her core was different from theirs; it had been stolen for three hundred years and several pieces were broken, which damaged its foundation. If it wasn't properly repaired, it would affect her future lifespan, luminous abilities, and even her next generation of little queen insects.
The core of the previous generation of Ohmu is crucial for the next generation of Little Ohmu.
After entering the factory, Jiang Fan transformed back into human form. He carried the still-sleeping Anunu and led A Xun and the others into the factory.
As he walked, he said, "This used to be a small town that researched and developed energy. There was a magnetic field shield that protected the town, so people outside the town couldn't see it."
Ah Xun called out softly, thinking to herself, "No wonder it hadn't discovered this place before."
But what brings this big dog to this place? It remembers that he arrived in town later than it.
