However, just as Jiang An was about to breathe a sigh of relief, she suddenly heard a faint rustling sound. Her heart tightened, and she immediately became alert. The sound came from behind her. She slowly turned her head and saw a huge desert scorpion silently crawling towards her.

Jiang An cautiously made her way through the jungle swamp, warily observing her surroundings. Suddenly, a deep roar came from ahead. She looked closely and saw a huge crocodile lurking in the swamp, staring at her menacingly.

Jiang An's heart tightened instantly. She gripped her weapon tightly, preparing for a life-or-death struggle with the crocodile. She knew the crocodile's ferocity and strength, and could not afford to be careless in the slightest.

The crocodile slowly crawled out of the swamp, its jaws wide open, revealing sharp teeth, and lunged at Jiang An. Jiang An nimbly dodged to the side, simultaneously swinging his weapon and slashing fiercely at the crocodile's back. The crocodile, in pain, roared and pounced on Jiang An even more ferociously.

Jiang An struggled against the crocodiles in the swamp, her body gradually becoming exhausted. However, she could not back down; she had to defeat the crocodiles to continue.

On the turbulent sea, Jiang An steered her fishing boat, her sharp eyes scanning the surface. Suddenly, she spotted a group of sharks.

She gripped the gunwale tightly, a surge of tension rising within her. But she quickly regained her composure, focused her attention, and considered what to do.

Jiang An decided to take the initiative. She picked up a harpoon and aimed it at the shark's vital areas. With a powerful throw, the harpoon struck a shark accurately. Wounded, the shark thrashed wildly, creating a huge splash.

Jiang An did not back down. She skillfully maneuvered the fishing boat, dodging the sharks' attacks. At the same time, she continued to attack other sharks, demonstrating her tenacious fighting spirit.

After a fierce battle, Jiang An finally managed to repel the swarm of sharks. Exhausted, she sat on the boat, panting heavily, her heart filled with a sense of accomplishment. However, she knew all too well that countless unknown challenges awaited her in this vast ocean.

After a short rest and some equipment preparation, she continued navigating the fishing boat towards more distant waters to explore the unknown. After sailing some distance further out, Jiang An spotted a small island looming in the distance. Excited, she adjusted the bow and steered towards it. Upon landing, she discovered the island was covered in unusual plants, some of which looked like edible wild vegetables. Remembering the abundant ingredients she possessed, she thought it would be perfect for showcasing her culinary skills.

She found a flat spot and set up a stove. She took out some wild boar meat, intending to make braised pork, and then stew beef with potatoes. She skillfully cut the meat, blanched it, and added the seasonings to the pot according to her memory. As the aroma of the meat wafted through the air, it attracted the curious gazes of some small animals on the island.

Then, she noticed a cave shimmering with light in the distance. Curious, Jiang An, after preparing and eating her meal, cautiously approached the cave, weapons in hand. As she neared the entrance, she felt a mysterious aura emanating from it. Taking a deep breath, she mustered her courage and stepped inside, wanting to see if it held any new opportunities or dangers. Once inside, Jiang An noticed strange patterns on the walls, seemingly the marks left by some ancient creature. She slowly ventured deeper along the cave walls, occasionally stepping on glittering fragments of minerals.

She hadn't gone far when she heard a buzzing sound; several giant bees had flown over. They were the size of basketballs, their stingers gleaming coldly. Jiang An quickly raised her shield to defend herself, but the bees launched wave after wave of attacks, and she could only dodge and look for an opportunity to counterattack.

Taking advantage of the moment a bee paused as it swooped in, Jiang An swiftly swung her machete, precisely severing its head. Seeing this, the remaining bees angrily swarmed towards her. Just then, Jiang An spotted a narrow passage nearby; without hesitation, she squeezed through it.

At the end of the passage lay a wide-open space, in the center of which was a large vein of ore emitting a ghostly glow. Just as Jiang An was overjoyed, a tall monster covered in sharp spikes emerged from behind the vein, letting out a deafening roar; a fierce battle seemed inevitable. Jiang An gripped her weapon tightly, her eyes fixed on the spiked monster before her. The monster roared and charged at her with incredible speed. Jiang An rolled to the left, narrowly dodging the attack, and simultaneously swung her sword, striking the monster's leg, but only leaving a shallow mark.

"This guy's tough as nails!" Jiang An thought to himself, feeling a bit dreadful. The monster turned and pounced again, but this time Jiang An seized the opportunity and threw his spear. The spear pierced straight into the monster's shoulder, causing it to flinch in pain.

Jiang An pressed his advantage, drawing his crossbow and firing several arrows at the monster. The monster swung its arms to defend itself, deflecting the arrows. Just when Jiang An thought the attack had failed, he suddenly noticed that one of the monster's eyes had been struck, and black blood was flowing out.

The monster rampaged wildly, and Jiang An used the surrounding terrain to dodge. She saw several glittering pieces of ore on the ground and had an idea. She picked up the ore and threw it at the monster's other eye, blinding it completely.

Taking advantage of the opportunity, Jiang An rushed towards the mine and quickly collected some ore, stuffing it into her backpack. The monster, having lost its target, was still blindly stumbling around. Jiang An quietly bypassed the monster and retreated from the cave along the same path. Knowing she couldn't linger there, she hurriedly returned to the beach, boarded her boat, and sailed away from the island to continue her adventure. Shortly after Jiang An sailed away from the island, a sudden gale arose at sea. Waves surged in like small mountains, violently rocking her boat. "Not good!" Jiang An struggled to stabilize the boat, but the storm grew increasingly fierce.

Suddenly, a huge wave crashed in, breaking the oar. Jiang An was frantic. She quickly checked her backpack, found spare materials, and tried to make repairs. While she was busy, she noticed a faint outline appearing on the horizon, like a larger ship.

The ship drew closer; it was a pirate ship. The pirates glared menacingly at Jiang An, shouting that they would plunder her supplies. Jiang An gripped her weapon tightly, showing no fear. The pirates swarmed onto her ship, and Jiang An used her agility to weave through the enemy ranks, her water-splitting blade flashing incessantly.

She first wounded a few pirates, but their numbers were overwhelming. Just as she was starting to struggle, she remembered that she had a basic bow and arrow blueprint in her backpack, from which she could make a simple bow. She quickly assembled the bow, nocked an arrow, and shot it through the shoulder of the leader of the pirates. The pirates, intimidated by her imposing presence, hesitated to advance.

Taking advantage of the situation, Jiang An threw out a smoke bomb (which she had made earlier), repaired the oars under the cover of smoke, and then rowed away. The pirates, unable to find their way, could only watch helplessly as she sailed away. Jiang An breathed a sigh of relief and continued her journey into the unknown seas. After several days of sailing, she discovered that the ship's propulsion system had malfunctioned. She had to dock at a deserted island for repairs. The island seemed peaceful, but Jiang An dared not let her guard down.

While searching for usable parts on the island, she discovered a dilapidated mechanical device. Upon closer inspection, she was delighted to find that some parts could be used to repair the ship. However, during the disassembly process, she triggered a mechanism, and a group of mechanical golems surrounded her.

These puppets moved stiffly, but their attack power was not to be underestimated. Jiang An used the surrounding trees and terrain to maneuver around the puppets, and she discovered that their weakness lay in the energy source behind them. So, while dodging their attacks, she looked for an opportunity to destroy the puppets' energy source.

After a fierce battle, Jiang An successfully defeated all the puppets and obtained the necessary parts. She repaired the ship and set sail again. During the rest of her voyage, she encountered a mysterious whirlpool, but with her composure and experience, she skillfully escaped its pull and continued her exploration into the unknown.
