Time quickly came to September 1st, the first day of school at Hogwarts.
That day, Wentworth got up early and, under the guidance of Abernathy, teleported directly to Platform 9 3/4.
"Abernathy, why didn't I see Grandma Rosier today?"
Wentworth asked curiously as he stood in front of the platform.
Originally, Wentworth thought that it must be Rozier who came to see him off today, but he didn't expect that the person who knocked on his door early this morning was Abernathy, and Rozier never showed up from beginning to end.
Abernathy smiled and replied, "Dear Wentworth, as a man, you must understand that no matter how strong a woman appears, she is always soft-hearted! Rosier was so sad when she thought that you were going to leave her and go to Hogwarts alone."
"Rozier said that she just couldn't stand the feeling of separation, so she simply didn't come. Haha."
In fact, this was something Rosier had agreed with them not to tell Wentworth his true whereabouts, in order to prevent Wentworth from worrying about his safety and refusing to let Rosier go to Hogwarts to teach Defense Against the Dark Arts.
After hearing Abernathy's answer, Wentworth thought about the time they had spent together. Although these dark wizards were even crazier than the Death Eaters, he had to admit that they were all genuinely kind to him.
Wentworth felt depressed at the thought of separation.
"Okay, Wentworth, go in quickly! When you get to Hogwarts, remember to write to us! If you need any help, be sure to tell us in the letter! Most importantly, if there is any danger, you know what to do!"
Abernathy whispered in Wentworth's ear.
"I understand. I've always remembered that. Don't worry, Abernathy."
Wentworth took out a pendant from his clothes. It was taken out from the vault of the Grindelwald family in Gringotts. There was a circle imprisoned between the triangular pendant, and a vertical line ran through it.
Wentworth put it around his neck, but Abernathy placed it solemnly inside his coat.
"Remember, don't let anyone see this pendant. It's a symbol! But if you are in danger one day, inject magic power into the pendant, and no matter where we are in the world, we will be by your side as quickly as possible."
"Okay, Wentworth, it's getting late, let's go!"
Abernathy patted Wentworth on the shoulder and said very seriously.
Then, Wentworth pushed the suitcase, aimed at the legendary pillar, closed his eyes, and rushed in.
Abernathy watched Wentworth disappear in front of him and was about to leave, but he suddenly became alert and quickly reached for his wand.
"Abernathy, who allowed you to add drama to yourself?"
Abernathy breathed a sigh of relief because the voice coming from behind was Rozier's.
Abernethy looked back and saw a woman wearing a top hat, a long ponytail and a dark green windbreaker appearing behind him.
"Oh, Rosier, as expected, no matter what you become, your temperament is so noble, like a passionate rose in a barren land. I think you need to disguise yourself again. You know, you are going to meet Dumbledore!"
"Who told you that no matter how strong a woman appears to be, she is always soft inside? Do you understand women very well, Abernathy?"
Abernathy smiled awkwardly, not knowing how to start a conversation.
Rozier ignored Abernathy and walked straight to Platform 9 3/4.
"But you're right. I really can't stand separation, so I must make him walk out of that tower openly!"
After saying that, Rozier disappeared in front of Platform 9 3/4, leaving only Abernathy alone.
At this time, Wentworth had already stood in front of the old-looking train. The slight sadness of parting had been completely replaced by the anticipation of the new life in Hogwarts that was about to begin.
"Is this the Hogwarts Express? It really doesn't look that good..."
Wentworth looked at the dilapidated train in front of him, although he had already told himself in his heart that this was Britain in 1990 and he couldn't look at it with the eyes of more than 20 years later.
But for Wentworth, who was used to riding the Harmony and Fuxing trains in his previous life, the train before him was perhaps the only train worthy of recognition because it was clean.
"Yes, the train is old, but it's part of Hogwarts, isn't it?"
At this time, a male voice sounded behind Wentworth. Wentworth turned around and saw a handsome and sunny boy standing behind him, followed by a middle-aged man with a backpack.
"New student at Hogwarts? Hello, my name is Cedric, Cedric Diggory!"
Cedric smiled a smile that could charm thousands of girls and extended his hand to Wentworth.
The man behind Cedric followed closely and said, "Cedric, my son, he was the best student in Hogwarts last year! All his grades were O!"
When Wentworth learned that the person in front of him was Cedric, he was stunned at first. He didn't expect to meet an important character in the Harry Potter novel so soon. Then he immediately put on a bright smile.
"Hello, senior! I'm a freshman at Hogwarts, you can call me Wentworth! Nice to meet you, senior. Are all the seniors at Hogwarts so handsome and have such outstanding academic performance? I feel so stressed!"
Cedric didn't seem to expect Wentworth to speak so directly. He blushed for a moment and didn't know how to answer. But Amos behind Cedric said proudly:
"No, kid, you're a freshman and you don't know yet. In fact, most of the students in Hogwarts can only barely pass their studies! So, if you have any questions in the future, just go and ask Cedric! He will help you!"
"Father, I don't want you to say that about my classmates. We just like and are good at different things! However, Wentworth, if you have any doubts or difficulties in the future, you are welcome to come to me! It would be even better if you could be assigned to our Hufflepuff!"
Wow, is this the senior from Badger College? Love it! Wentworth thought to himself.
