Chapter 117: The Witch Party and the Order of the Phoenix

Hearing Umbridge's words, Rufus Scrimgeour frowned subconsciously and was about to refute. After all, if Albus Dumbledore could come to London, it would greatly increase the Ministry of Magic's hope of victory.

The most important thing is that the arrival of an undisputed number one in the wizarding world will greatly increase the self-confidence of the Aurors under his command!

However, before Rufus Scrimgeour could speak, Fudge in front of him said with a lively look on his face:

"How can you say that, Umbridge! I respect Albus very much as he is the greatest white wizard of all time! However, I also think that it is much more important for Dumbledore to hold Grindelwald back in Nurmengard than to come to London!"

Hearing Fudge's words, Rufus Scrimgeour had to swallow back the words that were about to come out of his mouth, while Umbridge said with a smile:

"You are right Minister Fudge!"

A moment later, countless owls flew out from the British Ministry of Magic one by one and flew to various parts of Europe.

At this time, Dumbledore in Hogwarts had just seen off the professors in the principal's office. Looking at the letters and potion bottles in the package in front of him, Dumbledore rubbed his eyes gently, looking a little tired.

"Someone is going to be in big trouble!"

In the empty headmaster's office, Dumbledore spoke softly, but no one knew who he was talking about.

At this moment, an owl from the Ministry of Magic delivered Fudge's letter.

Dumbledore opened the letter and frowned as he read what Fudge had described in the letter about what was happening in London. But when Dumbledore saw Fudge's final request in the letter, he suddenly smiled and turned to Fawkes, the phoenix behind him, and said:

"So, making Fudge the Minister of Magic is definitely a good idea!"

Then, Dumbledore immediately took out the letter paper, wrote several letters in succession, and called Hagrid to ask him to send the letters one by one by owl.

A moment later, Fawkes let out a phoenix cry, and Dumbledore and Fawkes disappeared into the headmaster's office of Hogwarts.

Nurmengard Castle in Austria.

Gellert Grindelwald, with white hair, looked at Dumbledore who had suddenly arrived with a puzzled expression on his face, and said, "Albus, has my child gotten into trouble at school? Are you here for a home visit?"

Albus Dumbledore: ...

Before Dumbledore could speak, Grindelwald chuckled again.

"But anyway, there is at least one good thing about Wentworth going to Hogwarts. You come here more often."

Hearing Grindelwald's words, Dumbledore showed a hint of apology on his face.

Dumbledore then told Grindelwald everything that had happened to Wentworth at Hogwarts during this period.

After listening to Dumbledore's story, Grindelwald suddenly laughed, but his laughter was full of disdain.

"Dumbledore, tell me, what has the old order that you have been upholding cultivated? I am here, but they dare not come, and instead frequently attack a child who is only eleven years old."

After saying this, Grindelwald shook his head, as if he was extremely disappointed with the current magical world.

Dumbledore did not respond to Grindelwald's ridicule, but said slowly:

"Gellert, I think your followers have guessed all these actions and who is behind all this. With the madness of your followers, a huge war may once again engulf the wizarding world."

"And by that time, I'm afraid the two of us will have gone to have tea together at Merlin's."

But then, Dumbledore told his old friend everything that was happening in London at that moment.

After hearing Dumbledore's narration, Grindelwald did not respond, but instead looked at Dumbledore in front of him.

"So, why are you here now?"

Dumbledore pretended to be serious and replied, "As the President of the International Confederation of Wizards, I am here to look after you at the invitation of the British Minister of Magic!"

The two stared at each other for a long time.

Suddenly. The two people in the tower suddenly laughed together! After laughing, Grindelwald looked at Dumbledore in front of him and said provocatively: "It seems that you are suspected, Dumbledore, and it is you who pushed this person who suspected you to the position of British Minister of Magic. Your judgment of people has never been very accurate!"

At this point, Grindelwald paused and added, "Except me."

However, Dumbledore did not seem to mind at all. Instead, he sat down next to Grindelwald, looked at the scenery outside Nurmengard and said slowly:

"This is pretty good, isn't it? It's been a while since we've sat together and chatted like this."

Grindelwald moved to the other side and said with disdain:

"Let me guess, who did you send to the scene to act as your spy? Was it the animal keeper again?"

In response to Grindelwald's question, Dumbledore smiled and shook his head. Then, Grindelwald guessed a few more names, but they were all rejected by Dumbledore.

Finally, Dumbledore looked at Grindelwald in front of him and said playfully: "Inspired by you, I once also established a secret organization, and I named it the Order of the Phoenix!"

"Before coming here, I have sent letters to several members of the Order of the Phoenix. Before the situation gets out of control, one of them will come to inform me."

After hearing Dumbledore's narration, Grindelwald rolled his eyes and said disdainfully:

"When the time comes, will you come like a savior? Just like you did to me before?"

But then, Grindelwald laughed again and said sincerely:

"Albus Dumbledore, I have said it before. If we had joined forces, there wouldn't be so many disputes in the wizarding world today. Just wait and see. The wizarding world, which is busy with internal strife, will one day pay a heavy price for its own complacency!"

But Dumbledore waved his hand and said, "No, Gellert, many of our ideas were not mature enough at the time, and the timing was not good enough. We..."

However, before Dumbledore could finish his words, he was interrupted by Grindelwald.

"I don't want to discuss this with you anymore. It's meaningless."

Then, Grindelwald changed the subject, stared at Dumbledore in front of him and said, "Albus, we are all old, and there will always be a day for us to leave. Have you ever thought about merging your Order of the Phoenix into my Witch Party?"
