Chapter 125: The Deal Between the Wizarding Party and the Ministry of Magic

Fight to the death for the British Ministry of Magic? What a noble slogan! If an Auror under my command shouted such a slogan, I would be very happy to award him an Order of Merlin.

But if it's me? I need to think about it carefully!

Fudge, unwilling to be controlled by Rosier, said unyieldingly: "Don't be complacent! I have sent letters to other Ministries of Magic in Europe. I think a large number of Aurors are on their way here now!"

Hearing Fudge's words, Rosier did not show any surprise or fear. Instead, he looked at Fudge with some pity, and then said: "It seems that Minister Fudge really does not understand our Witch Party!"

Fudge thought, I know nothing. When you witches were wreaking havoc on the wizarding world, I was still playing in the mud! Rosier did not expect Fudge to answer this question, but continued, "Minister Fudge, I don't think the reinforcements you are waiting for will come, unless they completely ignore the International Statute of Wizarding Secrecy!"

Hearing Rosier's words, Fudge had a bad feeling in his heart and asked in a panic:

"Oh my god, what did you do?"

Rozier said nonchalantly:

"It's nothing, just a few small spells cast in some Muggle-populated areas in Europe! However, if the Aurors don't deal with it quickly, once the news spreads, I'm afraid it will never be contained!"

"Let me think about what they are going to do? First they have to erase the memories of those Muggles, then they have to urgently repair the damaged streets. If they have enough manpower, I think they will also chase our wizards, although it is impossible for our wizards to be caught by them."

"So, I don't think the person you're waiting for will be here in the short term! Our Wizard Party's plan is pretty good, right? We only need one or two wizards in each area to hold back a large number of Aurors! These are all valuable struggle experiences!"

And Fudge said with a pale face:

"How dare you challenge the International Statute of Wizarding Secrecy?!"

As soon as he finished speaking, Fudge came to his senses, smiled bitterly and said, "Well, I almost forgot that you Witch Party members really dare to..."

Seeing that Fudge seemed to have fallen into silence, a smile flashed in Rozier's eyes, and he felt relieved, but he decided to add fuel to the fire for Fudge!

Then, without waiting for Fudge to speak again, Rosier said loudly without turning his head: "Listen to all wizards of the Witch Party! I have brought the young master's new order! You are allowed to use the Unforgivable Curse at will!"

"Everyone, prepare the Unforgivable Curse! I will stand at your front and fight alongside you! For the greater good!"

Rosier's words were like a thunderclap in this quiet battlefield, but after the thunderclap, the wizards of the Witch Party raised their weapons again, looking at the Aurors opposite with malicious eyes! Although Rufus Scrimgeour and the Aurors behind him also raised their wands, most of the Aurors' eyes inevitably revealed a look of fear.

And those Ministry of Magic wizards who had not been trained by Aurors were already in a mess! That was the Unforgivable Curse! Many of them may have never seen the Unforgivable Curse so far, let alone use it.

Fudge also looked at Rozier in front of him with horror, and said in disbelief:

"You're a lunatic! You're all lunatics!"

"In the early stages of any change, reformers will be considered crazy! But history will prove that they are not crazy, but prophets!"

But Fudge was in no mood to discuss the topic of madmen and prophets with Rosier. Fudge's face turned red and sweaty. He didn't even care about the danger. He came to Rosier's side, lowered his head and asked softly:

"Tell me what you want! What do you and your Witch Party want to do?"

Fudge was a coward, but he was not a fool. Fudge knew that the reason why Rosier did not directly order the Witch Party to take action was that there was still room for negotiation! No one really thought that a wizard who could sit in the position of Minister of Magic in the UK would be a good-for-nothing waste, right? Fudge's greatest strength was that he knew the times. Before he became the Minister of Magic in the UK, Fudge knew that whoever could get Dumbledore's approval would be the new Minister of Magic. In fact, he had a good idea.

Seeing Fudge's appearance, Rozier showed a smile, but it quickly disappeared.

Rozier pretended to be surprised and said:

"Didn't our wizards tell you the purpose of our Witch Party? We will take away those Witch Party wizards arrested by you!"

But when he heard Rozier's words, Fudge shook his head like a rattle and kept saying it was impossible!

"We cannot accept this condition! If I accept your threats and release those wizards, the British Ministry of Magic will be humiliated! Not only will I lose my position as Minister, I may even be sent to Azkaban!"

Fudge knew that if he accepted the conditions of the Wizarding Party, then perhaps countless wizards in the Ministry of Magic would be extremely grateful! But after being grateful, they must find someone to be responsible for this incident, and that person can only be himself!

By then, I'm afraid that many people will stand up and slander themselves as cowards and surrenderists! That is absolutely unacceptable to Fudge! Facing Fudge's refusal, Rozier seemed to be prepared. He pointed behind him and said: "Our young master knows the difficulties of Minister Fudge, so he has thought of a solution for you! This is not a threat, this is a deal!"

"trade?"

Fudge glanced puzzledly at Cedric, who was being held hostage by Auston Greengrass, behind Rosier.

Rosier nodded and continued, "That's right, it's a deal! Do you see the child at the back? He is a student at Hogwarts and the child of a wizard from the Ministry of Magic! Now, he is a hostage of our Wizarding Party! As the Minister of Magic of the United Kingdom, shouldn't you find a way to save this young wizard?"

At this point, Fudge clearly understood what Rosier meant, and he said loudly:

"I will never compromise with you! Even less will our British Ministry of Magic! None of the British Ministry of Magic wizards standing here today are afraid of death! For the dignity of the Ministry of Magic, we are willing to live and die with the Ministry of Magic!"

After saying this, Fudge strode back to the Ministry of Magic's camp.
