“This…this is too big!”
Hagrid said repeatedly.
Wentworth looked at the cake in front of him with great satisfaction and said with a smile:
"Hagrid, how are you planning on getting Harry Potter away from his relatives' house?"
Hagrid, who suddenly heard Wentworth's question, was stunned and said in confusion: "Of course, we should find the person and take Harry Potter away! Is there any other way?"
Wentworth nodded, but continued:
"Of course, you are right! However, Headmaster Dumbledore seemed to have said that he did not want us to have any contact with Harry Potter. Otherwise, the admission letter from Hogwarts would not have been delayed in reaching Harry Potter."
"So, you plan to go to the door, kick it open, give each of those Muggles a spell, and then take Harry Potter away?"
Hearing Wentworth's question, Hagrid waved his hands and said:
"Of course not. At least I have no plans to do so right now. We can't use magic in front of Muggles, you know that."
Hearing Hagrid's answer, Wentworth smiled and said:
"Then the rest is up to me! First, allow me to change my clothes!"
A moment later, Wentworth and Hagrid Apparated to 4 Privet Drive in London. Wentworth was now wearing a well-tailored suit, and his originally small figure now looked particularly tall.
As soon as he appeared, Wentworth was stunned by the scene in front of him. He saw countless owls gathering around a house in front of him. The whole house seemed to be surrounded by owls. Moreover, this group of owls obviously did not pay much attention to hygiene, and their excrement was everywhere.
"Hagrid, do we have so many owls at Hogwarts?"
Wentworth asked in surprise as he looked at the scene in front of him.
Hagrid replied proudly, "Of course, they are all good kids. They can even stay in the Forbidden Forest and find food for themselves!"
Wentworth frowned, looked at Hagrid and asked, "Are you sure? They won't become food for other beings?"
As they were talking, the two had already reached the door of Number 4 Privet Drive. Hagrid was happily greeting the owls around him, while Wentworth casually caught a grasshopper from the grass next to him and fed it to the Emerald in his shirt pocket.
"Wow, is this the Bowtruckle that Dumbledore was talking about?"
Hagrid's beard stood up in amazement.
Wentworth gently stroked Green Treasure and whispered something. Finally, he handed a small cloth bag to the Bowtruckle and let the Bowtruckle crawl into Wentworth's sleeve.
Hagrid looked at Wentworth's actions with some confusion, but did not ask.
Then, Wentworth knocked on the door of number 4, Privet Drive.
Wentworth and Hagrid, who were standing at the door, could still hear something happening in the room, a constant sound of banging and knocking. After a long while, a pot-bellied man opened the door for Wentworth and Hagrid.
"Who are you two looking for?"
Hagrid was about to speak, but Wentworth stopped him with a look. Then, Wentworth put on a smile and said:
"Wouldn't you please invite us in first, Mr. Vernon Dursley?"
Vernon Dursley wanted to refuse, but after seeing the expensive suit on Wentworth, he hesitated, opened the door and said, "Of course, welcome, but our family is preparing to go on a trip, so it's a bit messy."
Wentworth knew, of course, that this was actually the Dursleys' plan to hide away and avoid the Hogwarts owl, but Wentworth did not speak up to expose it.
When Wentworth and Hagrid passed by the storage room under the stairs of the Dursleys' house, they clearly heard noises inside, but Wentworth did not react and stopped Hagrid.
However, what no one noticed was that a green figure slipped out from Wentworth's sleeve and disappeared into the room.
After they sat down, Vernon Dursley asked without hesitation, "I wonder if you two came to our house for something? We don't seem to know each other before."
Wentworth replied with a smile:
"It's like this, Mr. Dursley. We are here on behalf of the best magic school in the world - Hogwarts, to invite Mr. Harry Potter to study at our school!"
Hearing Wentworth's words, Vernon Dursley sat up suddenly from the sofa and said angrily: "I should have guessed it long ago. Who could come at this time? I tell you, don't even think about it! I will never let him go... What is this?"
Vernon Dursley was halfway through his words when he saw Wentworth take a check out of his pocket.
Wentworth placed the check lightly in front of Vernon Dursley and said with an unchanged expression: "Mr. Dursley, we at Hogwarts are very grateful to your family for taking care of Harry Potter for so many years. This is the training fee for Harry Potter over the years!"
Vernon Dursley was visibly stunned when he heard Wentworth's words, and then he reached out for the check nonchalantly and said, "Don't think that I'm impressed by the check... Even without the check, we would be happy for Harry Potter to study at your school."
When Vernon Dursley saw the number on the check clearly, the hand holding the check trembled, and the words that were about to come out of his mouth immediately changed direction and replaced with a flattering smile.
Wentworth nodded indifferently and said:
"So now, can we meet Mr. Harry Potter? We are in a hurry!"
"Of course! Harry! Come out Harry!"
Vernon Dursley nodded with a smile and winked at his wife Petunia. A moment later, Petunia came over with a young man with messy hair.
Wentworth and Hagrid immediately looked towards the boy's forehead until the lightning-shaped scar came into view. Wentworth even heard Hagrid behind him let out a long sigh of relief.
Wentworth stretched out his hand and said with a smile: "Hello Harry, my name is Wentworth, I'm here to take you home!"
"go home?"
Harry Potter showed a trace of confusion on his face, and Hagrid finally couldn't help it this time and interrupted: "That's right Harry, Hogwarts will be your home in the future!"
