Chapter 101 Ah Cheng is no longer able to do anything
“Go to hell!”
The dagger stabbed at Su Cheng. She tilted her head slightly, and the sharp blade cut through her collarbone, and she suddenly saw white.
Su Cheng was not willing to be outdone. She stabbed the scissors in Huo Beiting's heart, and blood spurted out and splashed on her face.
She didn't have much strength and the stab was a little crooked, so she didn't pierce the heart, but it was enough to make Huo Beiting feel uncomfortable for a while.
"You..." Huo Beiting felt pain, covered his wound and took two steps back, staring at her in shock.
Su Cheng was now a bloody man. If it were someone else, he would have died long ago with so many injuries.
But she was still standing in front of him alive, just her body was a little shaky, her almond-shaped eyes were surprisingly bright, and there was no fear of death in her eyes.
When Huo Beiting fought with her, he could feel that she had no martial arts skills. Her movements and techniques did not seem like those of a martial artist at all.
But it was such a strange woman who actually fought with him.
Su Cheng protected the unconscious beggar behind him, the tip of the scissors still pointed at the man, a flower of blood bloomed at the corner of his mouth, "Bastard, fight again!"
Somehow, for the first time in his thirty years of life, Huo Beiting felt like retiring.
This woman can’t be killed no matter what, she’s simply a monster!
The wind was strong in the alley, blowing her hair, and blood was dripping down her clothes.
"You..." Huo Beiting frowned, blood from the wound flowed down through his fingers. Looking at her thin figure, he gritted his teeth and rushed forward again.
Without waiting for Su Cheng to act, the beggar who was originally unconscious opened his eyes, picked up the brick at hand, and threw it forward with force.
The brick hit the horse's butt, startling it and making it neigh. It then pulled the carriage out of the alley, knocking over several stalls in a row and attracting many passers-by to stop.
"You! Damn it!" Hearing more and more footsteps moving towards the entrance of the alley, Huo Beiting cursed inwardly, tapped his toes lightly, and disappeared into the alley in the blink of an eye.
Su Cheng was exhausted, the scissors slipped from his hand, his body went limp, and he knelt on the ground against the wall.
"Sister Fairy...Sister Fairy..." The beggar vomited a mouthful of dirty blood and crawled towards her with difficulty.
He has a simple mind. Whoever gives him food, he will protect him at the risk of his life.
"Whose mother and child are those? Why are they covered in wounds?"
"Mind your own business. How could a decent person be beaten like this?"
"That's right, maybe he did something evil, so we must not be the first to get involved!"
Peng Yun led his two brothers back to the agreed place. Seeing so many people gathered at the entrance of the alley, he instantly had a bad feeling.
He struggled to make his way through the crowd and immediately saw two bloody men cuddling each other.
"Sister-in-law!" Peng Yun was so scared that he stumbled to Su Cheng's side and wanted to help her up, but with her injuries, he didn't know where to start. "Sister-in-law... Sister-in-law, wake up!"
If my husband knew that my sister-in-law was seriously injured, he would definitely skin her alive...
Peng Yun's face turned pale, and he wished he could die for Su Cheng. He shouted outside, "Zhu Yi, Cheng Zhiwei, come over and help, send my sister-in-law to the clinic!"
“No need…”
Su Cheng slowly opened his eyes, his vision gradually becoming clear. Seeing Peng Yun's concerned face, he whispered, "I can't die. Take me back to see Master Du, and take this child with you."
This short sentence seemed to have consumed all her strength. As soon as she finished speaking, Su Cheng's eyes rolled back and she fainted completely.
"Little...sister-in-law!"

Xinghua Village
"Faster! Faster!" Peng Yun kept praying in his heart that the horse would run faster. The whip in his hand crackled loudly, and the horse in front ran like crazy as if it was desperate. After an unknown amount of time, he finally saw the shadow of the small village.
"Hey, isn't this Ah Cheng's relative?" Yang Lan, carrying a small bamboo basket on her arm, had just delivered food to the men in the fields. Seeing Peng Yun, she waved and said hello, "What are you doing in such a hurry?"
"I'm sorry, my sister-in-law is dying, I don't have time to talk to you in detail-"
The carriage sped past her, and the dust blinded Yang Lan's eyes.
"How rude! Really? What's with the little sister-in-law dying..." Yang Lan rubbed her eyes and muttered softly. She didn't know what she was thinking about, and her arm, which was raised in the air, froze. "Little sister-in-law... isn't it Ah Cheng? Ah Cheng is dying?"
Thinking of this, Yang Lan's eyes instantly turned red. She slapped her thigh fiercely and ran towards the field. She was so anxious that she even lost one of her shoes. "Uncle Liu, Aunt Liu, something big has happened!"
The carriage sped all the way to the door of the Xie family, where an old man and two children were basking in the sun at the door.
Xie Jinyu sat in the yard, her eyes fixed on the medical book, needle and thread in her hands. Yan Ci was playing chess beside her.
The originally quiet and peaceful atmosphere was broken by the neighing of a horse, and everyone looked up at the same time.
As soon as Xie Jinyu opened his eyes, he was stung by the blood-stained woman. Looking at Su Cheng being carefully moved out of the car by two men, his heart almost stopped.
"mother!!"
It was the little girl's scream that brought Xie Jinyu back to her senses. Seeing that everyone was surrounding her, Xie Jinyu felt as if her legs were filled with lead and she couldn't lift them up.
For a moment, he just hoped it was his imagination.
He was fine when he left, but now he's...
"Mom, what's wrong with you, Mom!" Su Zhijun broke down and cried, wanting to hug her, but there were several wounds on her mother's body that showed the bones. She froze and dared not move. She could only cry loudly, begging Su Cheng to look at her.
"Mom, don't scare me!" Su Chen's face turned pale. He clutched Peng Yun's clothes tightly, his eyes full of resentment. "Who is it? Who hurt my mother like this!"
"Get out of the way!" Du Heng pulled away the people who were in the way and waved his hands at them hurriedly, "Hurry up and carry our Ah Cheng to the yard!"
"Hey!" Peng Yun nodded repeatedly, and worked together with his brothers to try his best to lift Su Cheng safely to a spacious place.
"Ah Cheng." Xie Jinyu bent his knees and knelt beside her. His fingertips gently brushed her cheek, not daring to look at the scars. "Who did it? Wake up and tell me, okay?"
Su Cheng closed his eyes tightly and did not respond to him.
"It's okay, it's okay, she's breathing!" Du Heng felt her pulse and felt relieved. He called out, "Third Brother, come and help!"
Xie Jinyu came back to her senses and, without caring about her sadness, quickly washed her hands and prepared to help Mr. Du.
While they were busy in the yard, they saw a large group of people from Xinghua Village running towards the Xie family, led by the old couple from the Liu family.
Aunt Liu rushed into the courtyard and cried loudly, "Sanlang, what happened to Ah Cheng? Is she dying?"
