Chapter 314 Carried Up the Mountain

After Li Hongying finished eating, she said to the two men, "I just finished eating and need to digest for a while."

"It's okay, you digest it, we'll wait."

Tiger seemed indifferent; there was still plenty of time, and his older brother wasn't in a hurry.

He simply sat on the stone platform in front of the door and leisurely crossed his legs.

This old man is like a puppet, you can do whatever you want, he's not afraid of your appearance.

Seeing that the other party seemed to be relaxing, Li Hongying thought of escaping.

She said to Hu Zi, "My ankles are very sore from being tied with rope, can you untie them for me?"

Tiger shook his head: "He will untie it for you when you go to serve your elder brother. Don't rush it now."

“My ankle hurts. If you don’t loosen it so I can get some relief, what will I do if I can’t walk in a while? I won’t be able to get to your brother’s place, and he will definitely blame you.”

“If you can’t walk, I’ll carry you; or, the two of us will lift you up. That’s what we did when we got you up here. We took turns carrying you along the way, and later we lifted you together. Oh, right, we can even hold you. Don’t worry, no matter what, we’ll find a way to get you over there, so you don’t have to worry so much.”

Also, don't think too highly of yourself. You're just our merchandise now. Our leader is only using you temporarily. Don't act like you're some kind of captive. Pshaw, our leader is the most loyal of all. He wouldn't let a woman ruin our brotherhood. Of course, we'll try our best to make him happy.”

He's seen this kind of thing with young women all the time. He can figure out what she's up to even with a brain.

Upon hearing his words, Li Hongying immediately recalled how these two men had carried her up the mountain after she fainted the day before. As a woman, she had been completely carried up the mountain by them, and she had no idea how much these two lewd men had taken advantage of her.

Thinking about it like that makes me feel a little nauseous.

However, she felt relieved after a few seconds.

Well, since she'd already fallen into this den of thieves, surrounded by stinky men, she concluded from Tiger and Leopard's conversation that most of the men here were probably bachelors, or maybe they were all bachelors. In this kind of environment, her body was destined to be ruined.

"Fine, since it's already in your hands, whatever you say goes. I'll do whatever you say, okay?"

"That's more like it."

About an hour later, Hu Zi left first. When he came back, he said to Li Hongying, "Big Brother said we should take you there now. I'll remove your shadow, and then you can come with us."

Li Hongying was quite obedient. Hu Zi untied the ropes from her feet, and she immediately felt a sense of relief in her ankles. She then moved her ankles around and found that they had been tied up for too long, leaving several bruises, but they didn't prevent her from walking.

Tiger and Leopard stood on either side of her, watching her intently at all times, so she obediently followed them outside.

As soon as she stepped outside, a gust of cold wind blew in, making her even more awake.

She looked around. Even though it was dark all around, she could still clearly see the shadows of the nearby mountains, layer upon layer, like huge, ferocious beasts in the night.

There wasn't a single star in the pitch-black night sky; it must be a cloudy day.

Such weather only added to the eerie atmosphere that enveloped the area.

Whether out of fear or because of ankle pain, Li Hongying walked rather slowly. Tiger, fearing she might try something funny, whispered a warning in her ear:

"Let me warn you again, don't forget what I told you before. You'd better behave yourself. With us watching you, you can't escape. If you don't want to suffer, don't even think about running away."

The two of them practically had Li Hongying trapped between them. Whenever Li Hongying showed the slightest intention to escape, they would immediately stop her. Unless Li Hongying sprouted wings, she would have absolutely no chance of escaping.

As time went by and she adapted psychologically, Li Hongying's heart was no longer as resistant as it had been at the beginning. In addition, she knew that she had no chance of escaping now, and if she couldn't escape, she would be beaten up. So why bother doing something that would backfire?

She nodded: "Don't worry, I won't run away. A wise person knows when to yield. If I know I can't escape and still try to run away, wouldn't I just be asking to be caught and suffer for it?"

Tiger was cunning and feared that Li Hongying's words were a ruse to lower their guard so she could escape.

"Whether you tell the truth or a lie, you can't escape."

"I know, I know, I won't run away."

Soon, they arrived at Chen Jinlong's door.

When they were about five meters from the door, Tiger and Leopard stopped at the same time, just as they had in mind. Li Hongying, who was already averse to that room, stopped immediately when she saw Tiger and Leopard stop.

She glanced at the house in front of her; the door was closed and candlelight flickered inside. She wondered what the people inside looked like and what their personalities were like.

At that moment, she prayed in her heart that the other person wouldn't be too ugly or have a bad temper.

Tiger stepped forward to the door and respectfully asked the person inside, "Brother, are you ready? We've brought the person you asked for. Shall we let her in now?"

"Let her bring it in."

A rough and savage male voice came from inside, which sent chills down one's spine just by listening to it. The thought of having to serve such a person in the future made Li Hongying instinctively fearful, and she took two steps back.
