She quickly composed herself. "Jingyan, how was I supposed to know you needed that money right now? I thought you didn't need it for the time being, so I lent it to a friend of mine. Her mother is very ill, and she used the money for her mother's medical treatment. You know, her mother is still seriously ill, how could I possibly ask for it back? She roared at the culprit, Luo Changtian: "You little bastard, you tripped me on purpose."

"What do you mean, 'you'? You're the worst kind of person."
Li Baojun had lost interest in robbing anything. Seeing his wife and daughter being beaten, anger surged within him.
