Chapter 9 Sailing Carnival 9
"Actually, your choice to hide is not bad." Master Fu held the knife in one hand and gently wiped the blade with a rag with the other. His voice was light, "But don't you think that killing those infected is the best solution instead of hiding?"
Fu Anan paused and looked at him in surprise.
Only those who have experienced it personally know how difficult it is to kill a group of people you used to live with day and night. At least, she was not allowed to do so in her more than ten years of education.
Even if these people pose a potential danger.
Fu Anan looked at Chef Fu again. This didn't sound like something a chef who just stayed in the kitchen and made delicious pan-fried salmon would say.
This extremely handsome Master Fu...it's better for him to keep to himself.
Fu Anan pushed the dining cart back to the room and locked the door. She also added an iron mesh and foam at the door. She didn't know why she did this, but she felt it was safer this way.
——
The ninth day of survival at sea was safely passed.
Day 10 of Sailing Survival
Fu Anan lay on the peephole as usual to watch the situation outside. Sometimes Aunt Li and the captain would knock on the door to ask if she was feeling better.
Fu Anan, who is used to staying at home, said it was okay. If possible, she could stay in the room for the remaining twenty days.
——
In another room
Two novice players are discussing.
"Another one has been infected." The yellow-haired boy said as he closed the door.
"Or we can stick to our previous plan and stay on deck. If something happens, we can seal the door connecting the upper and lower decks."
"Alright." The man with glasses beside him nodded. "The other players are hiding and haven't shown up yet. Let's go up there on our own and don't worry about what they do."
The two hit it off immediately.
The sky is full of dark clouds
It's another day that's about to rain.
The two of them walked together through rows of containers, which were so close together that there was only room for one person to pass through.
"Damn, this container stinks!" the yellow-haired boy said, covering his nose. "What's in this?"
"Maybe the food is rotting." The man with glasses looked around. "Never mind. Let's go find that supply container we found earlier."
The most important reason they dared to go on deck with just backpacks was because they found a container filled with various supplies. The container contained food and water, enough for them to survive the remaining 20 days.
"It's here." The yellow-haired boy said, pointing to the number on the container.
The two took out tools and began to remove the plastic seal.
Sizzle——
A harsh and unpleasant sound was heard.
The man with glasses stopped what he was doing and asked, "Is there something inside?"
"No way." The yellow-haired boy was stunned. "Wasn't everything fine when we came here to investigate?"
It was just noon and the sky was getting darker and darker.
Dark clouds piled up and pressed down, lightning flashed in the clouds, followed by huge thunder, and bean-sized raindrops began to fall sporadically.
Heavy rain is coming.
"Let me do it." The blond boy took the lock-picking tool from the man with glasses and opened it in a few seconds.
"roar!"
There was actually someone inside who rushed out like a madman, knocked down the yellow-haired boy and bit his face.
"ah!"
The yellow-haired boy screamed.
Seeing this, the man with glasses kicked the mad man away and pulled the yellow-haired boy back.
They shipped the wrong container!
