After an unknown amount of time, Qi Shengzhi found himself as if in a cold deep sea.
There was nothing around him, he was completely surrounded by dark sea water, the surface of the water was calm and unusually peaceful.
Suddenly he heard an extremely subtle voice ringing in his ears. He tried hard to listen, and the voice became clearer and clearer.
It was a cold and charming female voice, whispering in his ear:

Qi Shengzhi jumped up suddenly and stood up directly from the water that had already turned cold. The darkness in front of him was exactly the same as in his dream, which made him unable to come back to his senses for a while.
A small gust of cool wind blew in from the gap in the window that was not closed tightly, brushing against Qi Shengzhi's skin which was still covered with water droplets, making him shiver unconsciously. Only then did he realize that he had fallen asleep while taking a bath in the wooden tub and had a nightmare about the female ghost, but this time she had become a water ghost that was taking his life.
