When Shen Qiqi arrived at the construction site, the bustling scene made her blood boil.
The men were shirtless, sweating profusely, shouting slogans as they moved stones, looking very energetic.
She walked straight up to Captain Wang and said firmly, "Captain Wang, I want to participate in key parts of the project, such as measurement and design."
Captain Wang looked Shen Qiqi up and down, as if he was looking at something strange, and sneered: "Xiao Shen, I'm not saying this to you, but how can this woman do this job? Go home and take care of the children, and don't make trouble here." He crossed his arms, with an attitude of "woman, go away", which made Shen Qiqi want to roll her eyes.
"Captain Wang, your thinking is so backward! What era is it now? Women hold up half the sky! Although I am a woman, I have been educated in the city. I know surveying and design, and I guarantee I can help!" Shen Qiqi argued with reason, showing an attitude of "if you don't agree, come and argue."
"Oh, you've studied? You can dig dirt and move rocks just by studying? Don't be ridiculous!" Captain Wang didn't listen at all. He waved his hands like he was shooing away flies and said, "Go back quickly! Don't delay our work!"

A bold idea for improvement emerged in her mind, and she excitedly wrote quickly in her notebook, outlining a preliminary plan.
Several young villagers came over and looked around curiously.
"Sister Qiqi, what are you doing? What secret weapon are you working on?"
Shen Qiqi smiled mysteriously, pointed at the drawing and explained: "This is an improvement plan I thought of. It can improve engineering efficiency and save a lot of costs!"
