Chapter 32 is really annoying.

A gentle breeze blows, dappling the shadows of the trees, and dappled sunlight falls on the stone benches in the courtyard.

The brokerage firm was very efficient, and the Gu family's house was eventually sold for 30,000 taels of silver. Jiang Luoluo and Dingdang counted the money in the courtyard with great excitement.

Jiang Yuelan, wringing a handkerchief in her hands, came to Jiang Luoluo's courtyard with a beaming smile. "Luoluo, look what delicious treats your aunt brought you!"

Jiang Yuelan took the food box from the maid. "This is your favorite osmanthus and lotus seed soup. I specially asked the kitchen to simmer it all night. Drink it while it's hot."

Jiang Luoluo handed the silver notes to Dingdang, who placed them one by one into the wooden box. Jiang Luoluo raised an eyebrow and looked at Jiang Yuelan, "Aunt, what's gotten into you today? Why are you in such a good mood?"

Jiang Yuelan pushed the lotus seed soup to Jiang Luoluo's side, "Luoluo, you and your grandmother had some disagreements the other day. Please don't take it to heart. Your grandmother was just concerned about you."

Jiang Luoluo leaned back in her chair and said lazily, "Aunt, just say what you need to say!"

Jiang Yuelan paused slightly, then suddenly lowered her head and gently wiped away the tears from the corners of her eyes with a handkerchief. "Your aunt knows about what you did in Yunchuan."

As she spoke, she reached out and stroked Jiang Luoluo's hand. "My older brother and sister-in-law..." At this point, Jiang Yuelan was already sobbing. "Luoluo, you've really suffered these days."

Jiang Yuelan kept wiping away her tears with a handkerchief, "What Shiyu and Gu Boyuan did was wrong. Your aunt apologizes to you."

Jiang Luoluo quietly watched Jiang Yuelan's tearful face, thinking, "How many onions did she put in? She smells like onions all over!"

Jiang Luoluo said casually, "He's just a man. If Yao Shiyu likes him, then give him to her. It's no big deal."

Jiang Yuelan looked up at Jiang Luoluo with her red eyes, "Luoluo is the most sensible. She has always given in to Shiyu since she was little. She is so lucky to have a cousin like you."

Jiang Luoluo impatiently picked at her ear. "Aunt, if there's nothing else, go back and rest. I have other things to take care of."

Jiang Yuelan reached out and took Jiang Luoluo's hand, her eyes filled with tears, and said sincerely, "Luoluo, my elder brother and sister-in-law have been incredibly kind to me. With their help over the years, Shiyu and I have been able to establish ourselves in the capital!"

As she spoke, she wiped away the tears streaming down her face with her handkerchief, sobbing, "They're gone, so it's my duty to take good care of you for them. That good-for-nothing Shiyu has fallen for Gu Boyuan again. Luckily, you were magnanimous and yielded to her, not holding it against her."

But your aunt felt really bad about it, and besides, you've already come of age; this marriage can't be delayed any longer, or you'll be an old maid."

Jiang Luoluo pouted, "Auntie, you're exaggerating. I've only just come of age. It's not like the General Weiyuan's mansion can't afford to support a lazy young lady like me."

Jiang Yuelan didn't expect Jiang Luoluo to directly refute her words. Tears kept falling down her face, so she could only give an awkward smile.

Jiang Yuelan felt the handkerchief sting her eyes more and more as she wiped them; tears streamed down her face uncontrollably. She hurriedly turned the handkerchief over and continued...

"Your older brother isn't around; he's away most of the year and can't help you much."

I've discussed it with your second aunt. Yun Jiao's coming-of-age ceremony is coming up in a few days, and most of the noble ladies and gentlemen in the capital will be there. Your aunt will help you find someone you like."

Jiang Luoluo smiled slightly, "I'm very grateful for your kindness, Aunt. You'd better choose carefully for me."

"Definitely, definitely, your aunt will find you the best one. What kind of girl does Luo Luo like?" Jiang Yuelan said with great confidence.

Jiang Luoluo smiled slyly, "I like someone who is elegant and refined, with a cool and radiant appearance, a high official position, a high salary, and a small family. Of course, it would be best if they were an orphan without parents."

As soon as she finished speaking, Jiang Yuelan felt herself choke on her saliva. She said awkwardly, "Luo Luo's demands are a bit high!"

Jiang Luoluo feigned disappointment as she withdrew her hand, leaning half of her body lazily against the wooden chair. "Such a small request, it seems Aunt can't fulfill it. Oh well, I'm too lazy to even look at it."

Jiang Yuelan finally stopped crying, but her eyes were still red and swollen. Right now, she just wanted to finish talking to Jiang Luoluo and go back quickly so that Yao Shiyu could take a look. "Hey, no, no, no, you silly child, your aunt was just saying that."

Jiang Yuelan muttered softly, "With your demands, you'd probably be better off finding a second wife."

Jiang Luoluo's eyes brightened slightly, "As long as the person is suitable, remarriage is fine too!"

Jiang Yuelan was speechless; Jiang Luoluo's unconventional answer had her CPU fried.

Jiang Yuelan moved the stool closer to Jiang Luoluo and patted Jiang Luoluo's hand. "Good child, your aunt was just saying it casually. How could I bear to let you become someone's second wife? But your aunt will do her best to find you a good one."

"You should rest well these next few days. Your aunt will pick out some nice, well-fitting clothes and some jewelry for you and bring them to your courtyard. Make sure you dress up nicely and look your best!"

"Okay, thank you, Auntie!" Jiang Luoluo rolled her eyes and replied with a laugh.

Before leaving, Jiang Yuelan reminded her, "Your grandmother is old and can't handle any shocks. She doesn't know about this yet, so please don't tell her."

Jiang Luoluo said with a sad expression, "I know, Aunt, please don't spread this around. After all, even the Emperor hasn't announced this matter. If it leaks out from you and disrupts the morale of the Flying Feather Army, you'll be beheaded."

Jiang Yuelan looked solemn and gestured to her lips as if pulling them shut. "Your aunt's lips are guaranteed to be sealed tight, Luo Luo, don't worry."
