Ye Ya raised her hand, and several bodyguards immediately surrounded Xia Yue, then pulled out their pistols to threaten her.
"Dr. X, from now on, serve the organization properly, or I'll make you wish you were dead!" Ye Ya threatened coldly.
"Alright, have your men put down their guns first. My master is in critical condition. I'll give him acupuncture treatment first." Xia Yue seemed to have compromised.
Ye Ya was pleased that Xia Yue was so sensible, but she always felt that this little vixen had a backup plan.
So she only told her bodyguards to back off, but she didn't put down their guns.
Xia Yue walked to her master's side, preparing to begin treatment.
Gu Chen came over, partly to help and partly to express his apology.
