Chapter 1 She is a Noble
Inside the crude and enclosed spacecraft, there was an indescribable stench mixed with the smell of engine oil, which made people feel nauseous.
The worn armchair was uneven, with broken springs, exposed burst cotton wool, and a dirty yellow hue.
But the people on board were unaware of this, and all of them were glancing towards the aisle seat in the third row on the left side of the cabin.
Either be secretive and cautious, or be unrestrained and explicit.
Because there sat the only young lady on the spaceship, her straight black hair flowing freely, shedding a luxurious sheen like black pearls. Her head leaned obediently against the backrest of the chair, her eyes tightly closed, her thick black eyelashes drooping, casting a gloomy shadow.
Her little mouth was slightly open, her delicate and fair face was tinged with a beautiful blush, and the upturned corners of her eyes were even more astonishingly crimson.
She is charming and beautiful, alluring and seductive.
With her presence, the simple cabin seemed brighter and more gorgeous.
Ma Kang, who was sitting in the seat behind him, had a pair of lingering eyes and whistled impudently.
"This girl is so beautiful! I didn't expect to see such a beauty on Exile Star. Even the daughters of noble families might not be as delicate as her."
A burly man beside him sneered, "You really don't have much taste, kid. The white lace court dress she's wearing is from that aristocratic store on Rich Street. That store is notoriously snobbish. You can't buy anything there unless you're aristocrat."
The burly man raised his chin proudly and glanced over. "See those white beads on her cuffs? They're mermaid pearls, specially shipped from Neptune. Each one is worth tens of thousands of energy coins."
"Hiss—" The people around who heard it took a deep breath.
Pairs of eyes were bloodshot with excitement, and they swallowed their saliva greedily.
Ma Kang's eyes were full of greed, and his expression became even more excited. "She is a noble, she is actually a noble."
"But how could a young lady from a noble family be exiled like us?"
This shabby spaceship was not going to a good place, but the most notorious Exile Star in the galaxy.
The Exile Star is also known as the Garbage Star, which is filled with countless interstellar garbage and waste products.
This is the nightmare of exiles and the paradise of the wicked.
Because of the special feature of this planet that only allows entry but not exit, it has formed a large natural cage, absolutely isolated from the outside world. Even a 3S-level strongman cannot force his way through its defensive aperture.
Therefore, even if the villains are partying and the young children are crying, they will not get any help from the outside world. Over time, this place has become the cruelest hunting ground, where the law of the jungle is reflected to the fullest.
A delicate and tender noble lady like this would probably not survive more than a day in there.
"Tsk, who cares why? Anyway, as long as she's on this spaceship, she's an exile just like us."
As soon as these words were spoken, everyone on the spaceship suddenly understood, their eyes lit up, and they swallowed their saliva, ready to take action.
The shackles that had bound them for years of oppression by the nobles were broken, and their eyes became even more explicit as they looked at the little lamb surrounded by wolves.
But Ma Kang, the most unbridled and greedy, suddenly felt as if his fingers were scalded by hot water. His pupils shrank and he retracted his neck in fear.
His voice trembled, "Who is he?"
Following his line of sight, I saw a tall and mighty man sitting upright in the area blocked by an old iron sheet, on the same row and to the left of the little lamb.
He was wearing a tattered military uniform, and his mature face was angular, cold and hard, as if it had been carved by a ghost axe or a knife.
Although the pair of eagle eyes with bloodshot veins showed fatigue, they were like torches and sharp steel knives, which made people feel scared.
"Yun Jingzheng, the second son of the Yun family, the most powerful noble family under Grand Duke Kimberley, is a top-tier 2S expert with exceptional abilities and a valiant fighting spirit. He is the most likely successor to General Yun Cang of the Yun family."
"However, not long ago, the Yun family team was defeated in a major battle against the Norman Empire. He was accused of colluding with the Normans and leading to the defeat. He was convicted by the Interstellar Court and exiled to the Exile Planet."
"That little lamb, no, that delicate young lady is Yun Jingzheng's second daughter, Yun Qimu, who is known as the 'Gem in the Clouds'."
A gentle and warm voice came leisurely from behind them.
A young man with waxed and combed back hair, revealing extremely handsome features, smiled softly as he slowly closed a very thick book as big as a brick in his hand, and then raised his pair of deep brown eyes.
"Brother Fei." Ma Kang turned his head back and shouted in surprise.
He grinned and flattered, "As expected of Brother Fei, you even know this."
He then glanced in Yun Qimu's direction, seemingly obscurely, and whispered, "I know this about Yun Qimu. It's spread all over Kimberly City, even down in the slums where I live. The sickly second daughter of the Yun family shamelessly engaged in an uninvited affair on General Yun's ninetieth birthday, and General Yun himself ordered her expulsion from the Yun family."
"I didn't expect him to come to Exile Star as well. What a pity there's a 2S Yun Jingzheng next to him."
He licked his lower lip and muttered regretfully.
Fei Jie glanced at him with a smile in his seemingly gentle brown eyes, then turned to look at Yun Jingzheng's position, with a strange curve at the corner of his lips.
Next, with the threat of the 2S strongman, the people on the spaceship became much more obedient and no longer dared to look in the direction of Yun Qimu.
Although it was a weak little lamb, there was a tiger guarding it, so they dared not move.
"boom--"
The spaceship suddenly shook, and a shrill alarm sounded in the cabin.
Yun Qimu regained consciousness in the midst of this chaotic situation with the world spinning and shouting and cursing.
The raven-feather black eyelashes trembled, and the tightly closed eyelids lifted, but there was no trace of sleepiness in those big, dark and bright eyes. Instead, the pupils flashed, full of vigilance and sharpness.
She raised her eyes and looked around calmly, then frowned, spread her five fingers, and grabbed the safety handrail as fast as lightning. She also pulled the man beside her who was about to fly forward with the force of the dive, and held him tightly in place.
The clanging of parts and the creaking of the iron sheets that could no longer bear the weight scared the people in the spacecraft.
His face was pale and his heart was about to jump out of his throat.
If this broken spaceship disintegrates, they will follow the fate of countless unlucky people and become dust in the starry sea.
Fortunately, the spacecraft finally passed through the atmosphere smoothly, like an old man with unsteady legs and feet, creaking and swaying until it gradually stabilized.
"Phew, I'm scared to death by this broken spaceship."
Everyone was sweating profusely, exhausted and losing all their strength, and then they started cursing as if they had survived a disaster, and the atmosphere in the cabin also relaxed.
Finally, there was another bang, and the spacecraft successfully landed on the Exile Star.
