Kyoto in the height of summer is unbearably hot and humid. The sky overhead is a clear blue, with wisps of white clouds mixed in with a sense of irritability.
After last night's rain, the temperature rose instead of falling, and the cicadas were chirping noisily.
Several discreet cars drove up from a distance and slowly stopped in the parking lot a street away from the National University of Science and Technology of China. A boy wearing a short-sleeved shirt, sweatpants, and sneakers got out of the car. "Sis, take your time. Do you really not want us to come and take you?" A short-haired girl got out of the car, and her long legs were not much shorter than the boy's.
"No need, I'll go in myself. You can't get in even if you wanted to. Just stay home and wait for the time on your admission notice before reporting for duty," replied Chu Xingyue, the short-haired girl. A few days before reporting, Chu Xingyue and Chu Jiaojiao had already gotten their hair cut. Chu Jiaojiao had cut off her long hair, and Chu Xingyue didn't feel sorry for her. The young faces in uniforms and carrying guns standing guard on both sides of the school gate are probably students of the school.

The third building is the teachers' offices. The dean's office is on the fifth floor, in the innermost room."
"Okay, thank you, senior." The door opened, and Chu Xingyue walked straight in.
