"What did you bring?" Liu Juan thought her eldest daughter-in-law had cooked something delicious and sent it over.
"Mom, my sister-in-law said that you should wash the diapers, dry them, and then take them over. She also said that I should go over every day to bring back the used ones."
The sixth brother actually felt that his sister-in-law's actions were not good. They had already separated the family, so why was she still giving his mother diapers to wash?
"What? I think she's incredibly lazy! I've been washing her clothes for days, and she brought all this back after just one day without even going to the bathroom."
"You brought this on yourself. She wanted to use those diapers, but you wouldn't let her. You had to wash them yourself. If you ask me, you're just being nosy."

Liu Juan got off the kang (a heated brick bed) and then tidied up to get an iron basin to wash the clothes.

I had just changed the baby's diaper when I heard someone push the door open and come in.
A short while later, I saw my mother-in-law carrying a basket of neatly folded diapers into the house, and she took the diapers out and put them on the kang (a heated brick bed).
"Um... how has the child been these past few days? Has he been bothering you?"
Liu Juan wanted to suggest that Ye Xiaoxiao continue using her diapers from now on.
We can switch to cloth diapers after the weather gets warmer, then it'll be easier to clean her. But I feel a little embarrassed saying this.
