Chapter 24 Don’t admit it

"Don't worry about this. She must give up this job today." Qin's mother glared at Qin Wan.

A middle-aged woman in her forties also stood up and advised:

"Wanwan, your job is just sitting there anyway, why not give it to your sister? That way, your sister will have a job, and you can ask her to send you ten or eight yuan every month. That way, you can kill two birds with one stone."

Others also thought it made sense and began to persuade Qin Wan.

Qin Wan's lips curled up in a sarcastic smile.

The middle-aged woman in front of you is named Li Juhua, and she is the mother of the male protagonist of the book, Zhang Shengli.

She knew the ambiguous relationship between her son and Qin Ruanruan clearly. Now her words were clearly asking for this job on behalf of her future daughter-in-law.

"Oh, Aunt Juhua, you're dreaming of getting married, you're just dreaming of good things. I know your son and Qin Ruanruan are together, are you trying to pimp for your daughter-in-law? Let me tell you, I don't care about the ten or eight yuan a month, I just want my job to rot here. What can you do if you don't like it? Come and bite me if you have the guts!"

Qin Wan didn't bother pretending anymore, and simply revealed his apocalyptic sass. He was leaving tomorrow anyway, so he could just stay at a guesthouse tonight. He didn't want to live in this disgusting home anymore!

Zhang Juhua was stunned. She didn't know how Qin Wan knew that her son and Qin Ruanruan were dating, but she knew she couldn't admit it.

If he didn't admit it, he would still have some dignity. But if he admitted it, not only would he lose all dignity, but even his son would be labeled as a two-timing person.

"Girl Wan, who told you that my Shengli and your sister are together? Don't believe everything you hear. Some people just can't stand my son getting along and spread rumors all day long. I advise you to stop working because it's all for your own good. If you don't want to, then just ignore what I said."

When Qin's mother saw this, she scolded Qin Wan:

"Your Aunt Juhua has eaten more salt than you have eaten rice. She is so old, how could she still cheat a little girl like you? She is really ungrateful."

Qin Wan sneered: "People's hearts are hidden, and tigers' hearts are hidden. She knows whether she is cheating on me or not. If you ask her to swear that she really won't cheat on me, I will believe it!"

"You, you are really stubborn. Qin Wan, you don't have to talk so much nonsense to me. Just tell me whether you will transfer to this job or not. If you don't, I will pretend that I don't have a daughter like you."

Seeing that she couldn't win over Qin Wan, Qin's mother made some harsh remarks. She knew that her eldest daughter attached great importance to family affection, and if she said this, her eldest daughter would definitely compromise.

However, she didn't know that her eldest daughter had already passed away due to her inaction or even her instigation. Qin Wan, who stood here now, was not someone who would compromise because of family affection.

"If you don't recognize me, then don't. You can write a letter of severance now. I'm going to the countryside soon, and I don't know whether I will come back or not. I'm not afraid of anything! With what you have done to me, it's better for me not to have a mother!" Qin Wan responded without showing any weakness.

Mother Qin was so angry that her face turned pale and she said in a trembling voice: "You, break off the relationship!"

When everyone saw that the Qin family mother and daughter were arguing and even talked about breaking up the relationship, they were immediately shocked.

At this moment, Qin's father came out of the house and scolded Qin's mother and Qin Wan:

"We're all family, why are you arguing? Aren't you ashamed? What can you achieve by arguing like this?"
