Bang…bang…bang…
On the court, Jason Thibe was like a bull out of control, rushing towards Silver Moon with surging momentum like an arrow.
Each of his steps was firm and powerful, and his powerful speed seemed to crush all obstacles before him. The ground seemed to tremble slightly because of his sprint.
Gradually, the distance between the two people narrowed rapidly.
Jason Siber's eyes were fixed on Yin Yue. In his pupils, Yin Yue's figure continued to magnify as if it was focused by a magnifying glass.
At first, the hideous smile on Jason Siber's lips and the mockery in his eyes were clearly visible, as if he had foreseen Yin Yue falling to the ground in embarrassment under his impact. It was a kind of arrogance that came from absolute confidence in his own strength.
However, as Yin Yue's figure became larger and larger in his eyes, an inexplicable uneasiness quietly grew in Jason Siber's heart.
The originally playful expression seemed to be twisted and deformed by an invisible big hand. The hideous smile stopped abruptly, and was replaced by fear and panic spreading across his face.
Yin Yue's body seemed to transform into a towering peak in an instant, and the majestic momentum swept towards him like a surging wave, making him feel as if he was in a small boat in the stormy waves, small and helpless.
On Jason Thibaud's forehead, big beads of cold sweat popped up like mushrooms after rain. They slowly slid down the contours of his cheeks and finally dripped onto the ground of the court, splashing crystal clear water droplets that flashed dazzlingly under the lights.
"This feeling..."
Jason Siber murmured to himself.
His steps as he rushed towards Yin Yue seemed to be dragged down by an invisible force and gradually slowed down involuntarily.
The original sprint like a violent storm began to slow down like the receding tide, from a lightning run to a slightly awkward trot.
The sound of his rapid breathing was particularly clear in the silent court. His eyes revealed a hint of hesitation and struggle, but his body still moved forward driven by inertia.
As his pace slowed down, his jog turned into a slow walk. Each step seemed to carry a heavy burden, making his originally firm steps become shaky, like a walker who had lost his way in the dark.
Then, the fast walk further transformed into a slow walk. The degree of his body leaning forward decreased, and the span of his steps became smaller and smaller. He seemed to be trapped in a sticky swamp, unable to extricate himself.
Finally, under the astonished gazes of the crowd, his feet seemed to be nailed firmly to the spot and he stopped completely.
From Jason Thibaud's fierce sprint to the moment where he stood as if under a spell, this series of action changes seemed extremely abrupt and funny.
He just stood there straight, staring at Yin Yue with his eyes, his mouth slightly open, but he couldn't utter a word for a long time.
There were countless harsh words circling in his mind, words that were enough to show his dominance and majesty, but at this moment, it was as if an invisible force was strangling his throat, and he swallowed them back as soon as they reached his lips.
At this moment, the stadium seemed to be shrouded in a thick fog of deathly silence.
The atmosphere of embarrassment and weirdness was like two invisible vines, spreading and growing wildly in the air, tightly entangling everyone's nerves.
Everyone was like puppets with their souls taken away. They stood there blankly, their eyes wide open, their faces filled with confusion and bewilderment, as if everything happening before their eyes was beyond their normal understanding.
Time seemed to freeze at this moment, and space seemed to be paused. Everything around became blurred. Only Yin Yue and Jason Siber stood in the middle of the court like two sculptures, looking at each other but remaining silent.
I don't know how long it took, but Jason Siber's body began to tremble slightly. At first, the trembling was like ripples caused by a breeze blowing across the water, subtle and difficult to detect, but soon it became more and more intense, like a sign before an earthquake.
The fear on his face quickly became more intense, as if it was stained with ink. His eyes, which had been relatively calm before, were now completely filled with fear. The panic and helplessness revealed in his eyes made him look like a prey that was about to be hunted by a hunter.
Then, under the gazes of everyone who were bewildered, with their eyes almost popping out of their sockets and faces filled with disbelief, Yin Yue walked slowly forward with steady and calm steps.
Every step he took seemed to be stepping on everyone's hearts, making a dull yet shocking sound.
He walked straight to Jason Thibo, then stretched out his hand very naturally, and took the basketball from the other's hand as easily as picking a flower from his own garden.
Yes, it was such a simple and direct action, without any drag, any confrontation or struggle.
Then, Yin Yue gently patted the basketball in his hand. The rhythmic patting sound echoed in the silent court, like a piece of music that belonged to him alone.
He leisurely stepped aside to let Jason Siber pass, his elegant posture like a noble dancing at a court ball.
Then, with firm steps, he walked steadily towards the Jabberwock's half.
This incredible scene made everyone present feel as if they were trapped in a dream from which they could not wake up, and it took them a long time to come back to their senses.
Their hearts were filled with countless questions and confusions.
