Chapter 163: The Fool Who Likes Transformers (1)
"Chong, please stop crying, okay!" Han began to bang on the bars of the iron cage angrily. His voice was very scary, and it scared Chong back to tears.
"Is crying of any use?" Han.
"If crying helps, let's cry out loud together!" There was obvious anger in Han's voice.
"Okay, I won't cry anymore. I promise." Chong.
"Then let's talk. Talking can distract us from the pain in our hearts." Chong.
"That's more like it. You're older than me." Silly.
"Then how did you get caught?" Chong asked.
"Thinking about this makes me so angry. You, why am I so stupid?" Han.
Then he recounted the story of how he was kidnapped.
Han's parents are vegetable farmers in the suburbs. They're busy growing and selling vegetables from morning till night. Han's grandparents are the ones who primarily take care of his life.
Although I have food and clothes, my grandparents just refuse to buy me toys because they are too expensive.
Han particularly likes a new type of Transformers. This Transformer can turn into a tank, a plane, and then back into a robot... There is a classmate in his class who always shows it off but never lets other students play with it.
So, Han ran to a store near his home to admire the various Transformers on the shelves...
There are so many Transformers toys there!
There are four types of machines that can be transformed into;
Some can transform into eight or ten different machines...
But these fun Transformers are very expensive, and Han definitely can’t afford them!
His parents worked hard to earn money selling vegetables, which was not easy. He also had to support his grandparents and himself at home. Therefore, he had always been very frugal with his money.
Han was a sensible child. However, the allure of Transformers was immense. He often dreamed of playing with different Transformers, and sometimes, he even transformed into his favorite Transformer.
A few days ago, Han went to the store again to see Transformers, to satisfy his curiosity. Then, an auntie came over. She looked very kind and well-dressed, like a teacher...
"Friend, I noticed that you always like to come and watch Transformers. Do you like it?" asked the aunt.
"Yes. But my grandparents won't buy it for me." Han was a little discouraged.
"Oh, so that's how it is." Auntie said to Han:
"I know an uncle who has a boy about your age, so he bought a lot of Transformers for his son. Because there were so many toys, his son couldn't play with them all, so he just threw a lot of Transformers in the boxes at home. It's such a pity. It seems that the one you like is also in the box... If you like it, the uncle and I will just give it to you." The aunt smiled. It seemed that she liked Han very much.
"Okay." Han's mind couldn't help but start to move.
"It's not bad to play with the toys that others are tired of playing with." Han thought.
"How about you go with your aunt to that uncle's house to get some toys?" asked the aunt.
"Where is my uncle's house?" Han asked.
"It's not far. Just follow me. It's about a minute's walk." Auntie.
"Really?" Han thought, it's only a minute's walk, it seems not far from home.
So, Han followed his aunt to a large courtyard...
