Chapter 167: Lost Jia Jia (3)
…Jiajia is only six years old this year. She attends the city's experimental kindergarten. Her mother is a civil servant at the municipal level.
Gaga has never left his mother since he was a child.
When she was three years old, her father left with a vixen, leaving her and her mother alone at home.
Her mother loves her very much.
Mom treated Gaga as her darling, never willing to touch her, never scolding her... More often than not, she would hug Gaga and cry sadly:
"Child, your father doesn't want us anymore. You are the only relative left to Mom..."
Now, Gaga is missing, and mom must be worried crazy!
"How did you leave with your mother?" Chong asked.
"My mother and I were shopping in a department store. Later, there were so many people that we were separated... I met an aunt at the toy counter. She said she wanted to take me to find my mother... However, she took me on a tricycle and gave me some mineral water. After that, I didn't remember anything..." Gaga.
"Is the aunt you met a kind aunt with short hair, black-rimmed glasses, and a pearl necklace?" asked Han, who had been silent all the time.
"Yes, I thought she looked like a kindergarten teacher, so I followed her to find her mother. I didn't expect her to bring me here..." Gaga said, and began to sob again.
"Jia Jia, how old are you?" Han asked.
"I am six years old and in the senior class of the city's experimental kindergarten." Gaga.
"Oh, then you still. I'm eight years old and already in the second grade." Silly.
"I want to pee. I want to go to the toilet." Gaga suddenly shouted.
"Jia Jia, don't shout. You must be locked in a cage now. You can't get out at all, so just pee in the cage." Chong said to Jia Jia.
"Why lock us up in cages? We are not animals." Gaga said. Just then, a warm current surged out. Gaga felt his pants were wet, and the smell of urine spread around him...
"Alas, I'm just afraid that you'll run away." Han.
Just then, the wooden door opened and a man came in carrying a tray:
"It's time for breakfast. You need to eat more this morning because we have to hurry and can't have lunch on time. Do you hear me?" the man said fiercely.
None of the three children said a word, because the man's voice was very scary.
The man put down the tray and left. The wooden door slammed shut. In the basement, there was once again a dead silence...
"Eat quickly. Not eating is just torturing yourself." Chong had already adapted to life here. He had been trying to eat more these past few days to keep his body strong. He thought, I must find a chance to escape!
Several children silently passed through the iron railings, took the milk and bread, and ate them in big mouthfuls.
Gaga ate with relish.
She was truly starving. She didn't care about anything else now. Her instinct for survival made her drink hot milk and chew bread in big gulps...
"Chong, what are you and the others going to do to us?" Gaga asked.
"Human traffickers sell children to make money." Chong.
"Just now, the man was going to leave in the morning. Was he going to sell us out?" Han asked.
"I don't know, maybe." Chong is the eldest of three children, so he has become the big brother invisibly.
"Then can we find a way to escape?" Han asked.
"If we have a chance, we must escape." Chong.
As he was thinking, he suddenly felt dizzy and lost consciousness...
