Xu Wan blushed at the thought of the pajamas and replied, "[Received it, but there's too little fabric; I'm planning to return it.]"
One minute after she sent her message, Ji Tong sent a 60-second voice message.
Then there was another 40-second one.
Xu Wan hesitated for a moment, but still clicked on the voice message.
"Why should you back out! You and President Jiang are husband and wife now, what's there to be embarrassed about? Think about it, you're going to live together for decades to come. In the over one hundred-second audio recording, Ji Tong repeatedly conveyed roughly the same meaning.
After sending the voice message, Ji Tong sent another message: "Hey, never mind, if you're embarrassed, just cancel it. I just think you two are a couple, there's no need to be shy."
Seeing Ji Tong's message of compromise, Xu Wan was actually persuaded and replied: [I'll listen to you, I won't back out.]
After exchanging messages with Ji Tong, Xu Wan took a shower.
About an hour later, Jiang Tingzhou returned.
As soon as Xu Wan leaned closer, she smelled a strong odor of tobacco and alcohol on the man.
"Have you been drinking?" Xu Wan asked.
"I drank a little." Jiang Tingzhou lifted his shirt and sniffed it. "Does it smell bad? I'll go take a shower and change my clothes, then I'll come find you."
"good."
When Xu Wan answered, she already had a plan in mind.
Just thinking about it made her face feel slightly hot.
Fortunately, Jiang Tingzhou did not notice.
Jiang Tingzhou went into the master bedroom's bathroom, while Xu Wan secretly went to the walk-in closet to change into her pajamas before returning to the master bedroom.

Xu Wan tried to crawl under the covers again, but the man grabbed her first.

Xu Wan simply got out of bed and stood barefoot on the ground. "Is it that far?"

Xu Wan looked down and realized the man meant she was wearing a coat. She took off her coat and put it on the ground. "How about this?"
Even though the woman in front of me stood like a child who had made a mistake, and had nothing to do with a sexy pose, this outfit already covered everything.

The man's Adam's apple bobbed up and down, and he felt a tightening in his abdomen.
