Chapter 155 Extra

The room was filled with Zou Minchen's deep, joyful laughter. The laughter slowly dissipated, and then a few faint, almost inaudible moans began to rise.

Zou Minchen finally got to spend two days alone with Qingyun, just as he had hoped. Although it was still quite different from the "little black room play" he had been longing for, he was still extremely happy to be able to imbue Qingyun with his scent from head to toe.

"Cheng Zhe, don't worry, I can definitely handle this. If my brother hadn't been away from the old house that day, it wouldn't have dragged on until today. I'll go to the Zou family to find my brother tomorrow..."

Zou Qiyao slammed the car door shut and walked into the villa. Zou Minchen owned many properties in Yancheng, but he rarely lived outside the old mansion. Zou Qiyao, however, was different. He lived a life of debauchery, staying wherever he pleased, and the servants couldn't possibly kick him out.

Speaking of this, he found it a bit strange. Zou Minchen always stayed either at the company or at the old house. Yesterday, when he went to look for people because of Xiao Chengzhe's matter, he couldn't find Zou Minchen at either place.

The more he thought about it, the angrier he became, especially since he drove into the villa today and there wasn't even anyone to help him park. Where were all the servants?

After calling out twice without getting a response, Zou Qiyao turned around and saw a familiar car—Xiao Chengnuo's car.

Just a few days ago, this car sped past him with unbridled arrogance, and he couldn't forget it.

Zou Qiyao chuckled. This Second Young Master Xiao is quite something; he actually managed to find this place and even went to great lengths to get in. But unfortunately, Xiao Chengnuo didn't know that Zou Minchen had never stayed in this villa before. He had come to the wrong place trying to curry favor with Zou Minchen.

He loosened his tie, a few restless thoughts surfacing in his mind. From the first time Zou Qiyao saw Xiao Chengnuo, he thought he was good-looking, especially when he smiled, which made his heart flutter. To be honest, if it weren't for Xiao Chengzhe, he would have already found a way to get Xiao Chengnuo into bed.

As Zou Qiyao walked into the house, he sneered and shouted, "Xiao Chengnuo, Xiao Chengnuo, I've told you clearly to get lost, didn't you understand?"

"You're alright looking, so don't even think about seducing my brother. Sleeping with me might be better..."

Zou Qiyao's words came to an abrupt halt. His hand, which was loosening his collar, stopped abruptly, and he stared blankly into the room.

Zou Minchen was wearing an apron. He held a spatula in one hand and used the other to lift the young man in front of him and press him down onto himself.

Qingyun's questioning words, her eyes red, suddenly appeared in Nie Chenyuan's mind. This made him give Lin Yuhao a deep look.

Lin Yuhao realized he had spoken out of turn. He was shrewd and knew that the more he tried to explain, the worse it would get, so he chose not to.

He let out a sigh of relief and continued to concentrate on the phone call: "The last time I saw Xiaoyun, he was still heartbroken because of the death of the Qing family head. It's good that he's moved on now."

"Keep an eye on him at school."

Seemingly extremely concerned about Qingyun, Lin Yuhao gave her several instructions over the phone, but Nie Chenyuan's dark eyes remained unmoved.

"Brother Lin, Aunt Lin is coming to visit you at school today..."

Upon hearing this, a hint of malice flashed in Lin Yuhao's eyes. He hung up the phone with a smile, but anger surged within him. How could Qingyun still be alive? And she even chose this time to go to school, and Nie Chenyuan had just asked her about it today…

Lin Yuhao had a vague sense of unease. He wasn't afraid that his mother would find out he had tried to kill Qingyun; he was afraid that Qingyun would become emotional and talk nonsense at school after seeing his mother.

After all, Lin Yuhao is also studying at that school, and Qingyun's words will inevitably damage the image he can cultivate.

"Brother Nie," Lin Yuhao smiled sheepishly, "My mom is going to visit me at school, so I need to get back before she finds out."

Lin Yuhao was well past the age for high school, so he dropped out. When his mother found out, she wanted to make it up to him and forced him to get into high school.

"Xuancheng Middle School, right? I graduated from that school too, so I'll go back and visit."

Nie Chenyuan lied without batting an eye. He had long forgotten where he went to high school, and he only went along because he was worried about Qingyun.

Although Qingyun's cultivation level was unexpectedly high, she had inexplicably shown fear of Lin Yuhao at the banquet. Nie Chenyuan now believed about 80% of Qingyun's words, but Lin Yuhao's cultivation was clearly inferior to Qingyun's, so how did he manage to injure her?

Nie Chenyuan thought of Qingyun, then looked at Lin Yuhao, and inexplicably began to doubt his ability to judge people.

What I thought was weak and cowardly turned out to be powerful and arrogant; what I thought was an open and generous person may have been a venomous snake spitting poison.

A low-key yet subtly luxurious Bentley pulled up in front of the school. The door slowly opened, and Lin's mother, dressed in opulent attire, stepped out.

“This is enough.” She turned and smiled at the driver in the car, and said gently, “I need to go in and check on Yuhao. He’s only been at school for a few days and he might be a little unsettled. Please wait here for a while.”

Madam Lin always wore a gentle and approachable smile. Although she was over forty, she was well-maintained, possessing both the gentleness and intellect of a mature woman and a subtle girlish innocence. Having served as the mistress of the Qing family for nearly twenty years, she had acquired an air of nobility in her eyes and brows.

This is clearly a woman who knows how to use her own strengths.

Lin Yuhao is nearly twenty years old. He dropped out of school after graduating from junior high school, but his mother felt guilty and insisted on making up for his student life, so she sent him to the best school in the province.

Walking leisurely along the path on campus, Lin's mother reached out and caught a falling leaf, smiling slightly.

She knew, of course, that Lin Yuhao had absolutely no interest in school life, and she also knew that he was probably not at school right now. However, she knew even better what she could do to make Lin Yuhao happy. She had to perfectly fulfill the expectations Lin Yuhao wanted her to have.
