Chapter 410 Horrifying Valley

The valley was eerily strange, completely surrounded by mountains, with not a single road leading to the outside.

The only way to get in is by skimming over the steep, smooth mountainside.

The mountainside is barren, but the valley floor is densely forested. Although the trees are short, their canopies are exceptionally wide, completely obscuring the valley floor and making it impossible to see the surface.

Of course, even if the tree canopy doesn't completely block it, you still can't see it, since there's a thick, eerie fog obscuring it.

At this moment, Wang Zheng was beginning to suspect that he might have come to the wrong place.

However, Wang Zheng was somewhat unwilling to let him leave empty-handed.

At this moment, he was sitting on the crimson clouds, wandering through the white mist towards the deepest part of the forest.

In the midst of tranquility and peace, the surroundings were so quiet that it seemed as if time itself had stood still, as if one careless move could shatter this serenity.

This eerie calm made Wang Zheng breathe more easily and mutter a complaint under his breath.

"If you say this place isn't strange, I'm the first person who wouldn't believe it. If there are any rare and precious treasures here, we absolutely can't let this opportunity pass us by!"

The thought of the golden saplings that had escaped earlier filled Wang Zheng with indescribable heartache. He secretly resolved that he would go and investigate again before he left.

Wang Zheng silently instructed himself, controlling the Crimson Cloud to continue moving forward.

Under Wang Zheng's tense and careful investigation, the surrounding trees gradually became thicker, and the mottled bark on their trunks began to become smooth, gleaming with a metallic sheen.

The closer you get to the heart of the jungle, the denser these thick trees become.

Wang Zheng curiously approached and gently tapped the smooth tree trunk with his fingers.

But it made a clanging metallic sound.

Clearly, these trees are quite hard.

Wang Zheng was about to continue forward when suddenly his vision blurred, and when he came to his senses, he found himself back at the spot where he had just landed.

Puzzled, Wang Zheng continued forward, but after less than five minutes, he was suddenly teleported back.

Wang Zheng guessed that there might be some treasure in the middle of the jungle, and there must be some kind of trap nearby to prevent him from going there.

So he rose directly from the forest, intending to land right in the very heart of the jungle.

However, after only halfway down, it seemed as if an invisible force was blocking him, preventing Wang Zheng from landing at all.

Left with no other option, Wang Zheng was about to pull out his sledgehammer and resort to violence to solve the problem.

Suddenly, he saw a gentle breeze in the distance causing the white mist on the ground to swirl.

Then, the previously peaceful and serene environment suddenly underwent a dramatic change.

In an instant, the white mist above the ground began to rise like ocean waves, hissing and swirling beneath the clouds, before sweeping towards the very center of the valley like a whale swallowing its prey.

After the white mist dissipated, the exposed black ground at the bottom of the valley began to tremble incessantly, and thunderous roars echoed continuously in the deep valley.

Amidst this scene of cataclysmic upheaval, an immense pressure suddenly emerged from the protective shield in front of them, with a surge of spiritual energy even surpassing the spiritual energy within Wang Zheng's body at that moment.

Wang Zheng's previously calm brows suddenly twitched. Without any hesitation, his body reacted instinctively in an instant, commanding the Crimson Cloud to accelerate to its maximum speed. In the blink of an eye, it broke through the clouds and disappeared into the horizon.

Shortly after Wang Zheng disappeared.

At the very center of the valley, all the white mist gathered and condensed into a ball.

Then the mist seemed to come alive again, and began to churn violently.

Immediately afterwards, a giant dragon composed entirely of white mist suddenly appeared. This strange creature seemed to have a body like a dragon, with layers upon layers of peaks piled up together, floating above the forest.

As countless white mists swept in from all directions, they entered the body of the mist dragon, making its image more three-dimensional and solid.

On that illusory dragon face, its eyes were unclear, and it had no long whiskers; only the single horn on its head became increasingly clear.

"Roar~~~~~~"

Seemingly quite displeased after being startled awake, it opened its dragon jaws and roared angrily towards the sky.

The enormous dragon body, composed of countless wisps of mist, suddenly sprang into the air.

Its body trembled as it rose at lightning speed, but when it reached the same height as the surrounding mountains, it seemed to have hit some invisible barrier, producing a loud explosion-like sound.

Then, the enormous mist dragon seemed to lose control and crashed heavily to the ground.

After smashing down a patch of low-lying trees, the dragon's body shattered into pieces, then scattered again, turning into a thin white mist that gently spread across the valley floor.

Immediately afterward, a flash of blue light appeared, and the entire valley rippled like water. In an instant, the valley, which was surrounded by several high mountains, along with the surrounding magnetic mountains, disappeared.

From a distance, the area appears empty and deserted, with no mountains or valleys to be seen; it looks no different from the surrounding jungle.
