Cui Yihan x Huo Jing
Huo Qian died.
Huo Qian has "come back to life".
It was not a resurrection from the dead, but rather a transformation into a floating soul. Formless and intangible, invisible and intangible.
Strangely, his soul couldn't go too far; it could only stay by Cui Yihan's side.
Cui Yihan is his boyfriend, a handsome man who's a bit dim-witted. He hasn't had much education, his life skills are practically nonexistent, and his only talent is clinging to him and calling him "husband."

On the first day after his death, Cui Yihan lay beside his body, crying her heart out.
The day after his death, Cui Yihan held his portrait and refused to eat or drink.
On the third day after his death, Cui Yihan lay on the large bed where they used to sleep together, stroking the side where he had slept over and over again.
On the fourth day after his death, the light bulb in the living room went out, and Cui Yihan frantically tried to fix it but still couldn't.
On the fifth day after his death, Cui Yihan tried cooking for herself for the first time in her life, but ended up burning the pot.
On the sixth day after his death, Cui Yihan was playing with her toys, crying and whispering, "Husband... wants..."
On the seventh day after his death, Cui Yihan, dressed in all black with a small white flower in her hair, wept bitterly at his funeral, almost fainting.
Huo Qian was pacing anxiously to the side when he suddenly saw his half-brother Huo Jing walking over.
Huo Jing reached out and pulled Cui Yihan, who was crying so hard she could barely stand, into his arms, gently stroking her shoulder twice.
Huo Qian's expression changed, and a surge of anger shot from the soles of his feet to the top of his head.
However, the next second, Cui Yihan pushed Huo Jing away in a panic.
Huo Qian's heart, which had been hanging in suspense, instantly settled down.
He knew that Cui Yihan only had eyes for him.
On the first day after the funeral, Huo Jing moved next door to Cui Yihan. Cui Yihan only nodded politely when they bumped into each other in the hallway, without asking any further questions.
The day after the funeral, Huo Jing knocked on Cui Yihan's door, claiming that the water heater was broken and he wanted to borrow water to wash his hair. Cui Yihan didn't let him in, but instead contacted the property management for him.
Three days after the funeral, Huo Jing returned with a box of delicate strawberry cakes, saying it was to thank her for her help the day before. Cui Yihan shook her head, saying she was on a diet and couldn't eat them.
Four days after the funeral, Huo Jing "bumped into" Cui Yihan downstairs and invited him to go to the movies, but Cui Yihan declined, saying he was too busy with work lately.
After four consecutive days of setbacks, Huo Qian was completely at ease. Watching Huo Jing suffer defeat time and time again, he even felt a little schadenfreude.
Until the fifth day.
Huo Jing blocked Cui Yihan's door and said, "Sister-in-law, now that my brother has passed away, let me take care of you from now on."
Huo Qian levitated in mid-air with his arms crossed, a cold smile playing on his lips. He wanted to see how Cui Yihan would reject this shameless guy again.
However, Cui Yihan did not shake her head immediately. Instead, she raised her head and looked at Huo Jing with her always watery and somewhat bewildered eyes: "You... like me?"
Huo Jing's voice was so gentle it could melt your heart: "I've liked you for a long time, even longer than my brother."
"So that's how it is." Cui Yihan lowered her head, staring at her toes as if she was thinking about something.
After a while, he looked up again, his cheeks slightly flushed, with a hint of shyness, and said softly, "Okay."
Huo Qian was struck dumb, almost unable to believe his ears. Before he could recover from the shock, Huo Jing had already grabbed Cui Yihan, and the two stumbled into the bedroom and rolled onto the bed.
Soon, Cui Yihan's alluring moans echoed from the bedroom, sounds that she used to only make on his bed.
Huo Qian's eyes were bloodshot as he stared intently at the appalling scene before him, his hands clenched so tightly that his nails almost dug into his palms.
The next second, he heard Cui Yihan whisper, her voice trembling with tears, "I'm sorry...husband..."
Huo Qian's heart clenched, and a faint glimmer of hope ignited within him.
He knew that Cui Yihan still loved him!
However, the hope that had just begun to rise was quickly extinguished.
Cui Yihan raised her legs and tightly clamped Huo Jing's head between them, her cries filled with a seductive mix of pain and pleasure.
"I'm sorry, honey... I let another man... but it felt so good... sob..."
A surge of anger rushed to his brain, and Huo Qian let out a silent roar, lunging at the two scoundrels like a madman.
He wanted to strangle Huo Jing, to tear Cui Yihan apart, but his hands passed right through their bodies. Time and time again, no matter how hysterical he was, he couldn't touch them.
He could only watch helplessly as his younger brother's hands roamed over his lover's body, and as his lover displayed a lewd expression beneath another man.
Huo Qian was so angry that his blood (if he still had any) almost froze, until Cui Yihan suddenly let out a sweet scream.
Huo Jing slowly raised his head, his face, lips, and nose covered in glistening glitter.
Cui Yihan's eyes were unfocused as she stared blankly at the ceiling, her face still wet with tears.
Huo Jing, as if sensing something, suddenly turned his head.
Their eyes met.
Huo Jing smiled faintly, then stuck out his tongue and slowly licked his lips.
Then, under Huo Qian's bloodshot gaze, he raised his hand and gave the air a middle finger.
