Second group meeting
The same lamp, when lit during the day, will definitely be covered by the scorching warm sun.
No matter how hard it tries to shine, it is easy to be ignored by the people who see it.
But, if it shines in the dark night, it will guide the way forward for all those who pass by it.
After listening to Yi Jingchen's description, Du Xingwei, who wanted to try everything, raised his hand and said, "I think this topic is very interesting. I want to do it!"
"Yeah." Tian Xitu nodded calmly, "I think so too."
He has experienced too much high pressure, bullying and lack of freedom, and has just recently regained the right to do whatever he wants.
It's a good opportunity to use the stage to vent.
Ke Naisheng and Cen Hao, a returning idol and an older idol respectively, faced the same dilemma when faced with the subversive theme proposed by Yi Jingchen.
"Well, I still think it's... a bit risky."
"Yeah, what if the audience can't accept it?"
Tian Xitu and Yi Jingchen are only twenty years old this year, and Du Xingwei is only seventeen years old.
They are so young, if they fail or have a setback, they still have time to start over.
Cen Hao and Ke Naisheng may never have another chance.
"I'm sorry." Arama Thirteen lowered his head and muttered dejectedly, "It's all my fault for being so shady. I insisted on joining your group, forcing you to try so hard to please me."
[I'd rather die. I'd rather die.]
"Hey, I didn't cater to you." Yi Jingchen was afraid that he would die if he couldn't get over it, so he quickly comforted him, "I also want to do a stage like this, not just because of you."
"Right." Li Xingzhou picked up the male mother script again. "If you have different opinions, you can sit down and discuss it properly. I'll pour you a glass of water so you can calm down."
Li Xingzhou stood up and walked to the corner of the classroom to get some water, but found that the water dispenser in the classroom was empty.
He frowned silently, cursed silently, and planned to go to the tea room outside to get some water.
Just as I reached the door and before I touched the handle, the door suddenly opened from the outside.
"Ah!" Li Xingzhou was so scared that he took a step back and was so angry that he wanted to curse.
He Yidong opened the door and was shocked when he saw the trainee standing by the door, suppressing his murderous aura.
"...Hello?" He Yidong thought uncertainly:
[Is it because I came too late that the original V/D team is angry?]
"Teacher He!" When the other trainees heard the noise, they hurried over and invited He Yidong into the classroom.
Yi Jingchen leaned close to his ear and whispered, "Li Xingzhou isn't being mean to you. He just gets irritable whenever he gets into the role of 'male mother'. He gets angrier and angrier the more he plays it. You'll get used to it."
He Yidong heard the whisper, chuckled softly, called Li Xingzhou over to sit down, and asked about the progress of their group.
Yi Jingchen was a talkative person. He muttered about the discussion and explained his own ideas.
"A dark and negative energy stage." He Yidong thought for a few seconds, "I haven't seen it on a talent show stage yet. It should be very interesting."
Conesen asked worriedly, "Teacher He, what if everyone can't accept it and the votes on the spot are very low?"
[Contemporary audiences are busy with work and school, feeling overwhelmed by life. They finally look forward to the weekend, hoping to watch talent shows to relieve stress, only to have to endure us venting our negative energy.]
[No matter how I think about it, I'm going to be dissed by the audience, right?]
Although He Yidong couldn't read his mind, he could guess his thoughts and patiently explained, "A good stage performance will allow the audience to empathize, feel involved, and feel like they're there. As long as you achieve that level, as you release the accumulated pressure, the audience will also feel the same."
[Yes! Teacher He is so good at speaking!!!]
It should be like the feeling I get when I watch a cool drama or a cool novel. Although my blood pressure spikes in the first half, once the protagonist starts to slap people in the face and kill them, I feel completely fine.
I originally thought Yi Jingchen's ideas were biased and unsuitable for a talent show. After listening to He Yidong's words, I think I can handle this type of performance!!!
I'm so good! Watching the beautiful brother's energetic performance can make me relax for five minutes, and those dark and exciting dramas can make my breasts smooth all day long.
[Help, my heart is beating!!! Support the original V/D group to do a dark stage]
He Yidong continued, "Also, the current idol companies' training methods are too template-based, which has led everyone to have a misunderstanding, thinking that shortcomings must never be exposed."
Cen Hao nodded and asked doubtfully, "Isn't that right?"
He Yidong: "Some human flaws, if exposed, would be featured on legal programs, so it's really not convenient to expose them."
Upon hearing this, Yi Jingchen immediately picked up his notebook and excitedly leaned over to ask, "Teacher He, do you or the celebrities you know have any human flaws?"
His eyes were bright, flashing with a desire to eat the melon.
[Material! Material for my graduation thesis!]
He Yidong squinted his eyes and pushed away Yi Jingchen's melon-eating book that was about to hit his face. "Not at the moment. Sorry to disappoint you."
"Oh, okay..." Yi Jingchen put the notebook away, "If you find it later, please contact me~"
He Yidong was speechless.
What if he didn't find out later, would this kid force him to make friends with a law-breaking 'friend'?
You really know how to force others to do things!
"Come to think of it." He Yidong ignored Yi Jingchen and brought the subject back to the topic. "No one is perfect. No matter how perfect the character you create for yourself is, there will be times when you make mistakes while acting."
"Maybe you think you can act out the entire four-month audition process. But what about after your debut? Can you act out the rest of your life?"
"this……"
The silence from several contestants who tried hard to act out their characters was deafening.
Especially Li Xingzhou, who has only been playing the mother of a one-month-old boy, but he is already on the verge of schizophrenia.
"If you can play a character for your entire life, it's no longer called a character." He Yidong chuckled, "You may not understand the audience very well. You don't know what they like or what they want to see. The same old perfect character has long since failed to attract people."
As soon as He Yidong finished speaking, a row of +1, +2, +10086, +ID number appeared on the screen.
In recent years, the idol personalities that have entered the market have been repeatedly energetic, fishing-style, contrasting cuteness, etc.
At first everyone thought it was fresh and new, but now, they have become aesthetically fatigued.
Even some fans who have already become fans, after reading countless materials, still cannot clearly explain what kind of person their idol is.
"Human nature always has its flaws. Exposing minor flaws and showing your true emotions can actually allow the audience to see your true soul and get to know the real you," He Yidong said, adding, "Of course, I'm just sharing my own insights. The specific kind of original performance you want to create depends on your own ideas."
He Yidong waved to them and left the original V/D group classroom, fearing that if he stayed, it would interfere with his internal decision-making.
After hearing what He Yidong said, several people who had just opposed the dark stage also voted in favor.
Although there is a consensus on the theme, "dark style" is a very large and broad concept, and there is no specific setting for the stage.
Yi Jingchen seemed to have an idea, but he was not in a hurry to put it forward.
He Yidong's words just now successfully opened his mind.
I want to do a good job on this stage, let the audience feel involved, and enjoy the feeling of 'decompression' as they vent.
How can the audience possibly empathize with the fake characters on stage?
In this case, every participant must show their true emotions.
Human nature is multifaceted, and one of its sides is definitely dark.
But when facing the camera, everyone chooses to hide that side of themselves tightly.
But it doesn't matter.
[Exploring the dark side of human nature happens to be my forte~]
Yi Jingchen took out the melon-eating book again and started to torture them one by one.
"Bunny," Yi Jingchen held the notebook in one hand and held it loosely with the other, posing as if he was interviewing someone. "Excuse me, what do you think is your biggest flaw in your personality?"
"Yi Jingchen." Tian Xitu raised his eyelids and rolled his eyes at him. "I'm going to work for you in the future. What good will it do you if I dig out my dark side?"
He pushed Yi Jingchen's hand away and said helplessly, "Besides, you have already stripped away all the troubles I've encountered."
[Iron-blooded Rabbit Mom testifies!!! I've researched all of Tian Xitu's materials, and he's just an ordinary kid who grew up in an ordinary family.]
[+1, Tutu was a well-behaved student with above-average grades before his debut. Several of his former classmates also liked him, so I can speak from their own experience.]
Joining the 48th Division was Tutu's biggest hurdle! He was accompanying a friend to an interview, but his friend didn't make the cut while he did.
[u1s1, Bunny should be the most mentally healthy of the original V/D group]
[Stars are the healthiest, right? They're the company's favorites, so what worries could there be?]
It just so happened that Yi Jingchen’s next interviewee was Du Xingwei.
Before participating in "Super Idol", Du Xingwei had been staying in Hell Factory to receive trainee training and had not participated in any public announcements.
The reason he gave was that he was young, so the company did not make any arrangements.
In fact, the trainees who entered the company at the same time as Du Xingwei started participating in various variety shows two or three years ago.
Hell Factory is a typical capitalist that tries its best to squeeze every bit of value out of its artists, but it seems to be overly tolerant towards Du Xingwei.
Everyone originally thought that Du Xingwei came from a wealthy family and had strong connections, so the company leaders did not dare to exploit him easily.
After being interviewed by Yi Jingchen, everyone realized that things were not quite as they had imagined.
"The dark side of human nature?" Du Xingwei thought for a moment and shook his mushroom head, "I don't think I have it."
"Stop pretending! How could you possibly not have it?" Conesson pointed out sharply, trying to protect himself. "Everyone knows your company is a hellish factory. Those who come out of it are all shady and stupid."
"Our company is pretty good." Du Xingwei corrected seriously, "That's my home."
The friends around him shook their heads, thinking that Du Xingwei had been pua-ed by the dark capitalists.
result--
[Huh? So Mushroom-senpai is an orphan?]
Yi Jingchen looked at the cute and carefree Du Xingwei in shock.
[His parents had passed away a few years earlier, leaving no inheritance, and Mushroom Senior was past the age where he could be kept as a child, so his relatives were pushing and shoving him around and not wanting him.]
[When his parents died, Mushroom was only ten years old. He was a child laborer among child laborers and had no chance to earn money.]
Before he was nearly sent to an orphanage, a talent scout from a certain company took pity on him. Even though he didn't quite meet their standards, they still made an exception and sent him overseas for training.
[No wonder Senior Mushroom said that the company is his home.]
When Yi Jingchen was shocked, Du Xingwei kept staring at him with a worry-free smile.
"Yi Jingchen, no matter how deep you dig, I don't have a dark side." Du Xingwei stretched and said happily, "I have everything I want now. I can be free and go anywhere."
“Enjoy the stage and bring happiness to everyone.”
It costs a lot of money to train a trainee.
The company where Du Xingwei works conducts a capacity assessment every week and implements a last-in-first-out system to stop losses for the company in a timely manner.
When he first joined the company, Du Xingwei was always ranked at the bottom because he was young, short and had no foundation.
The company leaders knew that if he could not stay in the company as a trainee, he would end up in a dilapidated and chaotic orphanage and might not even be able to complete his nine years of compulsory education.
Therefore, in the first few quizzes, a backdoor was opened for Du Xingwei, causing many complaints from other trainees in the company.
Du Xingwei is just young, not stupid, so of course he heard those rumors.
He hid in the bathroom and cried secretly several times. At that time, he met a senior who was about to debut as the center of the group.
"Get out of here."
"What's the point of crying? What problem can crying solve?"
"If you can't handle such a small setback, then pack up and get out. Don't stay in the company and take up space!"
Du Xingwei was subjected to a barrage of insults and was so frightened that he dared not cry. He held back his tears and hiccuped uncontrollably.
The senior, however, put away his violence and rubbed Du Xingwei's mushroom head hard.
"Being an idol is a profession that requires the most stress resistance. If you want to continue on this path, throw away all those useless things."
“Only when you are happy can you bring happiness to others.”
After telling the story, Du Xingwei shook his mushroom head and said, "From that day on, I was happy every day~"
"Senior Mushroom, you..." Konaison didn't expect that Du Xingwei, who looked heartless, actually had such a tragic past.
Li Xingzhou patted him from behind and asked with concern, "And then? Did you see that senior again?"
"No," Du Xingwei said calmly, "Not long after his overseas debut, he was subjected to online bullying because of his nationality, so he committed suicide."
“…”
“…”
The classroom fell into an eerie silence, and everyone's expression froze for a moment.
Only Du Xingwei had a calm expression, but his voice was trembling a little.
"If I could see him again, I would return to him exactly what he said to me."
"I see."
Yi Jingchen choked, ended his interview early, and picked up the blank classroom sign.
He unscrewed the pen and slowly wrote a few words, stroke by stroke:
The Seven Deadly Sins and the Tower of Babel
The other teammates calmed down and looked at him, somewhat confused about what Yi Jingchen had written.
"I know the Seven Deadly Sins. They refer to the seven original sins of mankind."
"What is that Tower of Babel behind..."
"The Tower of Babel is a legendary tower. Legend has it that it was built by all of humanity in the hope of reaching heaven. It was also the place where the gods came to earth."
Yi Jingchen explained, "God doesn't want humans to ascend to heaven, so he uses language and race to prevent communication between humans. This creates barriers, suspicion, and jealousy, and we can never understand each other."
“Simply put, the Tower of Babel is a utopian project, and I hope it exists.”
Yi Jingchen lowered his eyelashes, and his fingertips slowly slid across the words he had written, "As long as humans can reconcile with all original sins, then...ah!"
"how?"
Hearing Yi Jingchen's scream, everyone looked at him at the same time.
Yi Jingchen raised his hand and said pitifully, "The ink wasn't dry yet, and it's printed on my hand."
“…”
"Well."
[Melon God, you...]
【I was almost moved! 】
[I was crying my eyes out because of the stars, but then the melon god said the ink wasn't dry yet, so I just burst out crying]
[Xing's mom is losing her mind!!! Why doesn't Xing play the victim?! Every time I see others contacting their families and Xing only calls the company to report, I think it's just a matter of family problems.]
[Wow, am I the only one who likes Chenchen's theme? ]
[And me!!! I couldn't accept the dark stage at first, but I gradually came to understand it. It felt quite heartwarming.]
[Darkness (crossed out), Healing]
【Healing yyds!!!】
[Yes! Yi Jingchen is the chosen healing idol!!!]
Yi Jingchen decided on the style, and the other friends had no objections.
Those who were not interviewed breathed a sigh of relief, thinking they had escaped the judgment of the Melon King.
"That was a close call. I had already thought of what to confess." Koneson muttered.
Cen Hao joked, "Why do you feel that confessing will lead to leniency?"
"Isn't it true that confession pays off? It's better to confess what you can than to have him dig up all you can't." Koneson finished speaking, glancing at Thirteen Araratana beside him. "Luckily, Thirteen is here. Our dark side is definitely not the most explosive."
Yi Jingchen then remembered that he had not yet explored in depth the biggest source of negative energy in the group, so he jumped in front of Huang Swamp Thirteen.
"Xiao Shisan, can I interview you?"
"Okay." Arano Shisan nodded, and before Yi Jingchen could ask any more questions, he blurted out, "Arano Shisan is my stage name. My real name is very ordinary. You can find it by just searching it online."
Yi Jingchen asked, "Why use a stage name?"
"Because my sister... yes, I have a lovely sister." Arano Jusan gave a reason that no one could have guessed, "She chose this for me using a username generator."
“…”
Yi Jingchen has been interviewed so many times, but it is rare for him to experience the feeling of being speechless.
[Huh? You know how many legendary stories I've made up about the term 'Wasteland Thirteen'!]
I even wondered if 'Thirteen' had something to do with hell, and you were a messenger from hell.
[What's the result? You told me you used a username generator???]
Yi Jingchen recalled that at the beginning, Huang Nan Shisan said that this was the name of his soul.
His soul is a huge username generator!!!
Yi Jingchen held his breath and continued to ask, "Are you on good terms with your sister?"
"Well, I have a good relationship with my parents. When I was in school, my teachers and classmates would take the initiative to take care of me because I was a loner and didn't fit in."
"So..." Yi Jingchen looked at Huang Swamp Thirteen and a very rude question popped up in his mind.
[Why did he become the kind of person he is now?]
[Oh, so it’s innate.]
[That's fine.]
Yi Jingchen originally got inspiration from Huang Nan Shisan and wanted to create a stage for everyone to vent negative energy.
After going around in circles, I suddenly realized:
Arano Jusan himself may be the one with the least dark side in their group.
Because every side is dark, in comparison, there is no absolute darkness.
Li Xingzhou asked, "Anyway, this is the theme for our group. Is everyone okay with it?"
"No." The teammates expressed their opinions one after another.
"Okay." Li Xingzhou picked up the classroom sign that Yi Jingchen had written. "I'll hang it on the door... Shit!"
Li Xingzhou walked to the door and the door was opened from the outside again.
Li Xingzhou was so scared that he jumped back and patted his chest hard.
[I’m so scared!]
[This male mother can no longer act like one, whoever wants to be the mother can be the mother!]
The same thing happened twice, and he began to suspect that there was something unclean in him.
The staff member who pushed the door open heard the shocking swear words and frowned in warning, "This is a live broadcast, be careful and don't swear."
Li Xingzhou patted his chest, his face pale with fright.
"What's wrong with him?" the staff asked in confusion.
"It's okay, it's okay."
The teammates tried hard to hold back their laughter and quickly responded.
Yi Jingchen leaned over and patted Li Xingzhou soothingly. Then he took the sign from his hand and silently added, "Please knock before entering, thank you."
Then walk out and stretch your arms to hang on the door frame outside.
Yi Jingchen returned to the classroom and saw that his teammates had surrounded the staff and asked him what was wrong.
It turned out that the welfare list had just been released, and the staff came to announce the selected names.
The staff compared it and looked around. "Everyone knows, right? The top nine on the welfare list can participate in special activities. Your group has four selected, which is the most."
The welfare list is only voted for 24 hours in total, the battle line is very short, and the trainees don’t have time to watch the show.
When they heard that four people were selected, everyone looked at Yi Jingchen, thinking that he was lucky enough to be selected again this time.
Yi Jingchen didn't think he was in a bad position, as he just happened to get ninth place.
He never thought he would be selected.
It’s not that Yi Jingchen doesn’t have confidence in his fans, but he knows them too well:
[As for the chart-topping thing, they’ll definitely be able to get away with it~]
[The last person selected from our group might be Haohao.]
Sister Chen, who was watching the live broadcast, felt a sudden sword attack on her knee.
It is not a good thing for idols and fans to be too close to each other.
Yi Jingchen, how did you know we would lie down?!
Take down the surveillance system in my house!!!
The staff cleared their throats and read out the names in order, "First, Tian Xitu, second, Du Xingwei."
In the first few days of the pick list opening, Du Xingwei and Tian Xitu occupied the first and second places, occasionally swapping positions. They kept rolling back and forth with each other, creating a huge gap between them and the players behind them.
As the list was being cut off, the two people's rankings seemed to be fixed, and Du Xingwei never took first place again.
Now in the welfare list, there is still a big gap between it and Tian Xitu, and it firmly occupies the second place.
According to the analysis of the Show Circle Forum, Du Xingwei is definitely better than Tian Xitu in terms of attracting fans.
But Tian Xitu's fans are good at hitting the charts, and since the show started, he has suffered several injustices, which has turned his new fans into die-hard fans with super strong fighting power. One of them can at least beat two fans from Du Xingwei's family.
I originally thought that Du Xingwei himself said that he was unwilling to compete for the C position, and he had no vulnerable points, so he no longer had the ability to fight back.
As a result, today's group meeting unearthed Du Xingwei's past, and many celebrity mothers have said that they are not working hard enough and want to help Du Xingwei to the top of the list.
After summarizing the situation, the Show Circle Forum said that Yi Jingchen's move was stupid and would only cause trouble for his fans.
Obviously, he is the one who needs to be abused by fans the most.
As soon as these remarks came out, they were slapped in the face by Yi Jingchen's ranking on the welfare list.
The staff glanced at Yi Jingchen and called out his name.
"Yi Jingchen, you are third."
"ah?"
"ah???"
"Third means... third in our group?"
After Li Xingzhou asked this question, he felt that it was a bit stupid.
According to the main ranking, Coneson ranks fourth.
Although he didn't debut last year, he has accumulated considerable popularity. In addition, he has been preparing for a whole year, and his strength is obvious to all.
Since the show started, it has been criticized as a waste of time, and its fans have been repeatedly abused, and they have been particularly active in voting for the welfare list.
The fact that Yi Jingchen can be ranked ahead of him is enough to prove his position.
"Yes, third overall." The staff nodded and continued, "Koneson, you're fifth."
"Okay." Koneson didn't react at all to his falling ranking.
Everyone knows that the welfare list not only compares the number of voters, but also the financial ability of each company.
Only Yi Jingchen didn't know about this. He grabbed the staff and repeatedly confirmed his ranking, wondering if there was a mistake.
"I'm ninth on the main list and third on the welfare list. I don't believe it." Yi Jingchen, paranoid, analyzed calmly, "One of these two lists must be random."
"I'm only responsible for notifications. If you want to question the rankings, go ask the data department." The staff thought he was annoying and glared at Yi Jingchen.
Yi Jingchen quickly calmed down.
A very timid little cat~
The staff continued to inform, "This fan meeting is different from previous fan meetings. The theme is the 'Super Idol' early spring Valentine's Day limited fan meeting."
Du Xingwei: "Early spring?"
Tian Xitu: "Valentine's Day?"
It is just the end of January now, and there is still more than half a month left before early spring and Valentine's Day.
"Just listen to me first," the staff member explained. "The venue for this event will be reserved until Valentine's Day, so..."
Yi Jingchen nodded and complained seriously:
[I understand. This time, I’ll harvest the leeks until Valentine’s Day.]
“…” There’s no need to be so straightforward.
The staff's high-sounding explanation couldn't go on any further.
The trainees around were pinching their thighs, trying to hold back their laughter.
The staff member pretended to be an emotionless, rule-reading machine. "This fan meeting was put on by the production team at great expense. The venue was chosen to be a private school that just finished its winter break. It's large enough to accommodate tens of thousands of people at once."
"As for the format of the activities, they will be conducted in the same way as a normal school. Aside from the lack of teachers, everything else is similar to the campuses you see in movies and TV shows."
"I understand." Yi Jingchen muttered, "The four of us, the academy's F4."
Du Xingwei whispered, "We have nine of us, the Academy's F9."
Koneson, who wasn't very familiar with them, couldn't help but say, "Why not just call the debut group F9?"
Tian Xitu agreed, "Yeah, that's a good idea."
"You guys!" The staff didn't expect that after ignoring Yi Jingchen, the remaining three would be no pushovers. "Quiet! You're the most rowdy trainees I've ever had."
The four brothers fell silent at the same time and made a gesture as if they were zipping their mouths.
"The activities are mainly divided into daytime and nighttime sessions. You F9... Ugh! You nine trainees during the day... Stop laughing!"
【Hahahahahaha! 】
【F9 said it fluently, help】
I actually think F9 can debut as a group.
Seeing them and the audience laughing uncontrollably, the staff decided to go all out. "You F9 will each stay in separate areas during the day and interact with fans within the designated areas, but no physical contact or sharing of private information. Each area will have its own merchandise sales area, so you should try your best to promote your merchandise to your fans. The trainee with the most sales that day will get to enjoy a 20-minute fireworks show with your fans at the official fan meeting in the evening."
"Wow!"
“There are fireworks!”
"But selling merchandise... I've never been in sales."
It's just a stall, isn't it? Yi Jingchen understood immediately and explained with experience, "It's not a sales pitch. It's more like a stall at a comic convention. If you go to comic conventions, you'll know that popular millets don't need to be promoted! Millets that can't be sold are either unpopular or have too many flaws."
Yi Jingchen couldn't help but worry.
What if the merchandise the show crew makes for me is so ugly and priced so high, I'd be too embarrassed to give it to them.
[Please, can the production team and the factory be more reliable?]
Yi Jingchen was still praying when the staff stopped him and announced a cruel news, "Well... there won't be any merchandise for you at the event that day."
"……ah?"
A cat was gently broken.
[How can this be? I’m ready to become a stall owner!]
[The rubbish program team is targeting me!]
[And it’s so obvious!]
"Your merchandise is sold out, and the sewing machines at the factory are smoking, so they can't make any more dolls." The staff member scratched his head and discussed with him, "There are two compromises now. Either pre-sell them and mail them to them when the time comes. Or sell other merchandise, such as the "Super Idol" logo badge... Don't look at me like that."
"When you're at a comic convention and can't find the merchandise you like, and the stall owner tells you you can ship it, why don't you just buy it online?" Yi Jingchen pointed angrily. "The second option is even more outrageous. For example, if you want to live on Earth and someone tells you it's full, you should just make do in the solar system."
[Hahahaha! What a weird metaphor, Melon King!]
[It's strange, but it's not wrong]
[Pre-sale mail-in is indeed similar to online shopping. Other stores have peripherals, but we don’t. The program team also plans to use unsold items as substitutes.]
[u1s1, if it was a lesser-known trainee, they might have agreed. After all, sales on the day are what matters, and fans will buy whatever they sell.]
[Yes, fans are the real scoundrels... They'll even buy toilet paper to boost their brother's sales.]
Yi Jingchen knew too well how easy it was to cheat star-chasing girls and those in the anime world out of their money, so he righteously rejected the program team's proposal.
The staff asked helplessly, "So what are you going to do?"
“When does the event start?”
"The morning after tomorrow."
Yi Jingchen calculated that there were still forty hours left, which was barely enough time.
"I'll handle the surrounding issues myself. Please tell the production team to wait for bankruptcy!"
[Cat is fat.jpg]
.
Somewhere in the city, outside the venue where the "Super Idol" early spring Valentine's Day limited concert is held.
After getting admission, some fans rushed over in advance to check out the venue. They stared through the iron railings at the busy staff inside setting up one gorgeous area after another. The whole scene was very dreamy.
"Ah, I really want to go in now..."
"We don't have work permits, so we can't get in."
"Why did that girl go in?" The girl who spoke stretched out her hand and pointed at a young girl who was wearing a hat and a mask, had no ID card hanging around her neck, and had a slightly bulging belly.
She is tall, and even though the mask covers most of her face, you can still tell that she is a beautiful girl.
The thin silhouette makes the bulging belly look even more prominent.
"Because she is pregnant, she has privileges?"
"...Pregnant women can enter? Is it too late for me to enter now that I'm pregnant?"
"Not really, not really!"
The pregnant woman they noticed lowered her head and walked hurriedly, slipping deep into the school.
In a low, hoarse voice, she stopped the busy staff and asked vaguely, "Where is Yi Jingchen's area?"
"Yi Jingchen, you should be in the Art Complex, over there." The worker pointed and looked at the girl curiously. "It's all hard work today. Don't you find it hard as a pregnant woman?"
"It's not hard." She raised her head, revealing a pair of beautiful but resentful eyes, "Thanks to 'Super Idol', I haven't had anything to worry about recently."
The worker didn't catch his hidden meaning and said cheerfully, "Our show is popular and profitable, so of course we should treat the workers well."
"Yeah, the show is popular, but it has nothing to do with me." She murmured, and the resentment in her eyes deepened.
