Kong Ling did not answer Lin Yue's question immediately.
She knew that although Lin Yue usually ignored her and always found her annoying, she actually cared about her a lot.
Afraid she'd be bored, I'd spend time on her social media every day to keep her company; worried she wasn't eating well, I'd specially cook her favorite foods and put them on a special shelf.
Just like now, although what I said wasn't pleasant to hear, it was because I was worried about her.

Kongling shook her head. This family all had the same idea: the two adults insisted on going back in time to save their daughter. In the end, they saved their daughter, but they died.
Now this younger one is determined to find out the truth, and I guess he'll end up going down the same path.
But if their return times don't match, they might always end up with only one side surviving, and some unexpected event might happen to one of them.
Should she grant their wish?
"Kongling, I'm going out first. I have something to discuss with the base chief. You should get some rest and stop connecting to parallel universes. I can manage on my own."
After Lin Yue finished speaking, she went directly to the administrative district to find Qin Chao after leaving the space, only to learn that Qin Chao had left the base and would not return until the next morning.
She could only come back and continue waiting.
That evening, Lin Yue ran in the yard with the two wolves. Lin Yue ran without any problems, but the two wolves were more dramatic.
The gray wolf followed the snow wolf cautiously, not daring to step over it even half a step, for fear that the snow wolf would get angry and ignore it. The two were very affectionate, which made Lin Yue laugh.

As Kongling spoke, she herself began to have doubts.
According to their timeline, the asteroid was supposed to fall in six months, but this was brought forward by six months, leaving her a bit confused.
“Kongling, this one…” Lin Yue said, turning to look at Kongling. Suddenly, she noticed that Kongling’s face had turned pale again, and her small figure in the air was swaying as if she was about to fall down at any moment. She immediately reached out and grabbed Kongling’s small hand, transferring her into the space.
"Kongling, didn't I tell you not to connect with parallel universes?" Lin Yue's tone was unfriendly and full of worry, she didn't even care about whether she could see her parents again.
"Yueyue, this is where they live too. There are your mother's things on the table in the living room. Don't you want to take a look?" The ethereal voice was weak. The usually energetic little girl had no spirit at all.
"You can't keep doing this. What if you really turn into a bedbug?" She wanted to see it, she really wanted to see it, but she didn't want to sacrifice Kongling as a price. But now, all Lin Yue could say was, "Thank you, Kongling."
"Go out and take a look. They almost drained me dry before pulling that thing from the parallel universe. It's such a waste not to look. I'll just eat something." Kongling raised her little hand to shoo them away.
"Was that what you were eating before? Valuable supplements?"
"Hmm! Valuable, high in energy."
Lin Yue pursed her lips and gathered all the valuable ginseng, lingzhi and other valuables from the space, placing them on the table. Some were ready-made, and some were not.
She didn't really stockpile many of these things; some of them were taken by Cang Yu from pharmacies after he raided them, and he gave them all to her.
"That's enough, you can go now!" Kongling urged.

She was eager to see what it was from her mother, but didn't notice that the ethereal tone was off.
After Lin Yue left, her ethereal body became almost transparent. Her original little girl form flickered, sometimes turning into a stink bug and sometimes back into a little girl, extremely unstable.
"Is it worth it to make yourself like this?" Suddenly, a voice rang out, and a tiny figure just like her appeared beside Kong Ling, only dressed in green.
The little man in green took out a very small bottle containing red liquid.
"Here, I stockpiled them."
Unable to speak any longer, Kongling took the small bottle while she was in the form of a little girl and drank the red liquid inside in one gulp.
Once she had regained her balance and calmed down, she looked at the little figure in green and sweetly called out, "Sister in green, what brings you here?"
Green-clad girl gently tapped her little nose, unable to bear scolding her, and could only helplessly say, "Kongling, control your behavior. If you break the rules again this time, I won't be able to protect you when we get back."
Kongling is good in every way, except that she is too easily moved and always does things that break the rules.
