Chapter 59 - Two-in-One (Modifying a Price) For...
After buying the powder and carrying it back, Helan looked at the amount and asked in surprise, "Madam Lin, are you treating us?"
Lin Chuntao noticed that her gaze was fixed on the basket on her back, and then smiled and realized what she meant.
"No, my sister wants to learn how to cook rice noodles so she can set up a small food stall. I'm buying a lot so she can learn to cook them."
Helan looked surprised and asked with a smile, "Is it the one that Xiao Pei brought last time? Everyone in the shop is drooling over it."
Lin Chuntao smiled. "Yes, that's the one."
Helan looked at her. Lin Chuntao's smile was gentle and approachable. If she were to do business here, it would surely be successful.
"I remember Xiao Pei said it was your cooking, why doesn't Madam Lin do it herself?"
"That's not exactly a unique skill. It's just some snacks I make myself. Anyone can make them. There are still a lot of mushrooms in the mountains lately, and I want to pick more."
He Lan nodded upon hearing this. Doing business involves both gains and losses, and as long as you manage to pick mushrooms and bring them back, you'll make a profit no matter how much you pick.
Pei Ying has been working in the shop for a while now. He is very efficient at his work, but he is rather quiet and doesn't talk much, making it difficult to understand his thoughts.
In Helan's eyes, Lin Chuntao was somewhat similar to her; they must both love making money.
Helan's words were just his own thoughts. If he were to say them aloud, others would surely say that everyone loves money, but there are actually differences.
"Now is a good time to set up a food stall. There are more people in the county town recently. Madam Lin, do you want to rent a shop or set up a stall outside?"
Lin Chuntao: "Let's set up a stall first, renting a shop is too expensive."
Helan said, "How big of a piece of land do you need? Why don't you set up your shop next to our butcher shop? This piece of land is just sitting empty anyway."
He Lan took the initiative to invite her, and Lin Chuntao was naturally not happy, but she still had to make things clear.
"Thank you, Manager He. But we know how to start a fire. Won't that affect the meat stall?"
Helan waved her hand: "It wasn't cooked under the meat stall, so it won't have any impact."
At this point, Lin Chuntao continued to ask what it took to set up a stall. He Lan smiled and said, "If you want to have a fixed location and do it long-term, you'll need to go to the market to pay for the land and sign a contract. That's about it."
After saying that, Helan added, "There's no rush, you can come to sign a day in advance."
Lin Chuntao smiled and said, "Thank you, Manager He. I'll make some preparations first and then come back to bother you when I'm ready to sign."
Let's wait and see how it tastes after Lin Chunxing cooks it.
This rice noodle dish needs to be cooked fresh, requiring at least two or three fires. It's not possible to use firewood like at home, where a stove doesn't produce much ash, but a small stove easily produces ash that falls into the bowl. There are also bowls, chopsticks, tables, chairs, and many other things to prepare.
Lin Chunxing was very interested, but she didn't know if she could do it. She decided to wait and see.
While Pei Ying and the others were still busy, Lin Chuntao went around to look at various places. She looked at copper pots, which were quite expensive, and then she looked at large earthenware pots, asking about their prices. She planned to calculate the cost when she got back.
When she returned after shopping, Pei Ying and the others were already packing up their stall.
Lin Chunxing had been looking forward to making the sauce since she had prepared it last night and promised to buy rice flour to make it today. She quickly finished cutting pig feed and came back. Thinking of the sauce she made last time, she added tomatoes and chives to it. She even washed the chives and tomatoes and set them aside before leaving the hospital. She waited for Lin Chuntao and the others by the roadside outside.
Lin Chuntao and Pei Ying met Meng Yun and Meng Yue at the village entrance. Meng Yun was holding a hoe, while Meng Yue was holding several rhododendrons.
Having met her once before, Meng Yun greeted her familiarly as soon as she saw her.
"You must be Chuntao. My name is Meng Yun."
Since they took the initiative to greet her, even though she disliked Lin Jialang and his group, she didn't care what they said concerned Meng Yun and the others. Lin Chuntao nodded slightly and replied, "Yes, that's me. What are you all doing here?"
Meng Yun smiled and said, "We were thinking of turning over the land a few days ago to see if we could plant some vegetables or something. Did you just come back from the county town?"
Lin Chuntao nodded.
Meng Yun laughed and said, "I never knew before, the flowers in Yizhou are so beautiful."
Lin Chuntao pointed in the direction of the bamboo forest, "That bamboo forest is unclaimed. We can get a few bamboo tubes, and these flowers can bloom for several more days if we put them in water."
Meng Yun looked at the flower with delight, "Is that so? I'll put it in a vase when I get home."
The two chatted casually for a few minutes before arriving. Lin Jialang was at the door, and he greeted Lin Chuntao as usual. Lin Chuntao walked away as before. Watching Lin Chuntao walk away, he looked at Meng Yun and asked, "Auntie, did you come back with Sister Chuntao?"
Meng Yun hummed in agreement. Lin Jialang pursed his lips. He wanted to ask Meng Yun if Lin Chuntao would pay attention to her, but considering Lin Chuntao's personality, he knew she definitely wouldn't.
In a way, they were implicated because of him. He said softly, "I'm sorry, I've dragged you into this."
Meng Yun raised an eyebrow slightly, knowing full well what was going on but pretending not to: "What do you mean by implicating us?"
"Your cousin?" Meng Yun paused, and Lin Jialang remained silent before Meng Yun said, "I talked to her, and she responded, but we're not familiar with each other, so it was a little awkward not knowing what to say."
Lin Jialang breathed a sigh of relief upon hearing Meng Yun's words, but he also felt somewhat uncomfortable. Lin Chuntao paid attention to strangers but ignored them.
After spending a few days together, she felt that Lin Jialang and the others were fairly well-behaved. The grudges between adults and children couldn't be resolved overnight. So she comforted Lin Jialang, saying, "Your cousin is older than me, right? Think about how the adults treated her badly for years. You think you can expect her to treat you like a younger brother in just a few days or months? That's unrealistic."
Meng Yun's succinct summary was a way of giving Lin Jialang face.
Things can't be kept secret in this village. In fact, she knew everything. Lin Jialang's biological mother, relying on being the younger daughter-in-law, colluded with the old lady to bully Lin Chuntao's seriously ill mother. It would be strange if Lin Chuntao didn't hold a grudge.
Lin Jialang listened to Meng Yun's words and nodded slightly, "I was too presumptuous."
Meng Yun smiled and said, "There's no need to rush. Just treat her like an older sister, and time will tell."
Lin Jialang nodded, and Meng Yun asked with a smile, "Do you have any bamboo tubes at home? Your sister Chuntao said that these flowers can stay in the air for several days if you put them in a bamboo tube. Can you find me a couple?"
Lin Jialang looked at the flowers in Meng Yue's arms, laughed, ran to the backyard, found two old bamboo tubes, washed them in the yard, and then handed them to Meng Yun.
Lin Chunxing and the others spotted Lin Chuntao and Pei Ying from afar and hurriedly went home to start a fire in the stove.
As Lin Chuntao walked outside the courtyard, she saw a wisp of smoke rising from the chimney. The courtyard was quiet. She gently pushed open the gate and saw Lin Chunhe and Lin Duo'er jump out with a bang.
"You two childish idiots! Someone just started a fire, and before we even heard a sound, I knew you were hiding..."
Lin Duo'er chuckled, "I can't scare you."
Lin Chuntao said, "If you really scare me, you'll get a beating."
"Hehe, sister, I was wrong."
Lin Chuntao patted her head, put her arm around her shoulder, and they went into the house together.
After Pei Ying put down her basket, Lin Chunxing and the others gathered around her. "Sister, did you buy some rice noodles?"
Upon hearing this, Lin Chuntao took the powder out of her basket and handed it to Lin Chunxing: "Here, I bought it. Is this enough?"
Lin Chunxing hurriedly reached out to take it, and she was stunned to see so many pinks in her arms.
"Why did you buy so much?"
Lin Chuntao smiled and said, "What if it doesn't turn out well the first time? Anyway, we're going to eat it, and it won't spoil in a day or two." As she spoke, she took out the meat and instructed Lin Chunxing, "Put it on the table and let's make lunch first."
Lin Chunxing carried the rice noodles to the table and then went to get a clay pot to put the meat in.
Lin Chuntao cut off half of the two-pound piece of meat with alternating layers of fat and lean, took it to the yard to wash it clean, and brought it back to chop it all into minced meat.
After chopping the meat, Lin Chuntao started to stir-fry it. She added some Sichuan peppercorns and pepper powder as seasonings. After the meat was cooked, she scooped in the sauce. In just a moment of stirring with the spatula, the meat in the whole pot turned red, and even the oil turned red. The aroma of meat and sauce blended together and filled the whole yard.
Looking at the pot of oily minced meat, Lin Chuntao asked Lin Chunhe to bring out the salt jar.
She added salt, stir-fried it evenly, and then served it.
"If we were to sell this rice noodle, we definitely couldn't make a batch of meat filling every time we made it; that would be too slow. We would have to make all the meat filling in advance."
It was lunchtime, and everyone was hungry, so Lin Chuntao quickly cooked a pot of food.
Last time, the base was made with chili oil and tomatoes, so the broth was quite clear and the flavor wasn't strong enough.
This time it's different. With the addition of the delicate sauce, the soup not only turns red but also becomes richer. After cooking the noodles in the sauce for a while, they taste even better.
Lin Chunxing and the others thought the last meal was delicious, but they didn't expect this one to be even better.
Pei Ying finished eating and let out a long sigh of satisfaction. She was sure many people would like this taste.
Lin Chuntao smiled too. This was the taste she had always wanted, and with this sauce, it was perfect.
Lin Chunxing and the others buried their heads in their noodles, occasionally taking a sip of soup from their bowls.
"Sis, this is so delicious! It's unbelievable how much difference a little bit of sauce makes all the difference."
In that instant, Lin Chunxing was filled with confidence. The reason why this tasted so good was all because of the sauce inside. This sauce was made by themselves and no one else had it. Even if someone wanted to steal their business, they wouldn't be able to make the exact same taste.
She said excitedly, "Sis, I'll cook tonight."
Lin Chuntao nodded.
The minced meat stir-fried on the stove had cooled down by evening, but due to the temperature, the lard inside the minced meat had not solidified.
As agreed, Lin Chunxing will cook tonight.
After the fire was lit, Lin Chunhe and Lin Duo'er stood by the stove and watched.
Lin Chuntao gently patted Lin Chunxing next to her and said, "The minced meat was cooked this morning. You can cook it. Since most of the customers are buying one serving per person, you need to know how much water to put in one bowl of noodles and how much noodles to put in one bowl. Do you need me to repeat the steps for you?"
Lin Chunxing shook her head slightly and asked Lin Chuntao, "Sister, can we cook the rice noodles and vegetables first and then scoop the meat filling into the pan?"
Lin Chuntao frowned slightly: "We can give it a try. Anyway, the taste is pretty much the same, and it will be faster this way."
Lin Chunxing was a little nervous, but she started to do it.
She recalled the steps Lin Chuntao had taken that morning. They seemed simple, but now she didn't know where to start and was struggling with what to do first. Suddenly, she didn't know how much water to put in or how many noodles to cook. Lin Chuntao smiled and said, "Cook a bowl for yourself first. Put in the broth from cooking a bowl of noodles, but don't add too much. You have to think about the noodles, the broth, and the vegetables, and finally put everything into this bowl."
Lin Chunxing nodded. With that said, she had a better idea of what to do. She scooped the water into a bowl, then poured it into the pot. When she was getting the noodles, she paused again. She glanced at Lin Chuntao and then ran into the house to get the scale.
She quickly weighed out a pound of the powder.
"Sister, how many bowls can I cook with this pound?"
Lin Chuntao smiled and said, "Let's try cooking it into three bowls."
Lin Chunxing nodded and quickly divided the ingredients into three portions. After dividing them, she weighed them and found that the weights were about the same before starting to cook. The tomatoes and chives had been washed but not yet chopped, so Lin Chuntao went to get them, chopped them, and placed them on the cutting board. Lin Chunxing then figured out how to add the vegetables and minced meat.
After cooking, Lin Chunxing poured it out. This third of the amount couldn't fit in a small bowl, so it filled a large earthenware bowl.
Lin Chuntao looked at the bowl, which looked quite appetizing, and said with a smile, "Chunxing, I'd like to order. I'll have a small bowl and an extra portion of tomatoes."
Lin Chunxing smiled and nodded, then began to cook for Lin Chuntao. Her movements were not very skilled, so she cooked a little slowly, but she still managed to cook it.
Lin Chunhe and Lin Duo'er also laughed and said, "Second sister, I also want a small bowl, and I want an extra spoonful of minced meat."
Pei Ying laughed from the side, "Chunxing, I want a big bowl, with extra noodles."
Lin Chunxing glanced at them, smiled and nodded, then began cooking in turn. Only after all the noodles were cooked did Lin Chuntao and the others begin to eat.
Because the minced meat was added later, the soup base looked clearer. The taste of the soup was about the same, the vegetables were refreshing, and the noodles were about the same softness. It was alright.
Lin Chunxing took a bite of what she had cooked, and immediately frowned. Oh no, it didn't taste the same as what Lin Chuntao had made this morning.
She looked at Lin Chuntao and Lin Chunhe and asked, "How is it? Is it delicious?"
Lin Duo'er and Lin Chunhe both nodded, and Pei Ying also said, "It's delicious."
Before Lin Chuntao could speak, Lin Chunxing knew that it might have to be cooked again.
"Sis, what do you think?"
Lin Chuntao took a sip of soup and said softly, "It tastes good, but I think the flavor doesn't linger long enough and it lacks a little fragrance."
Hearing Lin Chuntao's words, Lin Chunxing said, "Sister, I'll cook another bowl and try."
"Um."
As soon as Lin Chuntao finished speaking, Lin Chunxing hurriedly got up and ran to the stove.
She added some firewood to the stove, washed the pot, and brought out the meat filling from the morning. She first boiled water, scooped out the water, then scooped the meat filling in and stir-fried it. She added tomatoes and continued to stir-fry. After stir-frying, she added the boiled water, and after the water boiled, she added rice noodles, chives, and a few more pieces of tomato.
This time, it didn't take long for the broth to thicken, just like it did this morning. Lin Chuntao, watching from the side, smiled and said, "It should be done."
Lin Chunxing breathed a sigh of relief and smiled as she went to get the bowls and chopsticks.
Everyone was ready to take a bite.
Lin Duo'er was the first to go. After taking a bite, she tilted her head and looked at Lin Chuntao, pursing her lips and asking in confusion, "Why does this one seem a little tastier?"
Lin Chunxing smiled and looked at Lin Chunhe: "Third brother, why don't you try it?"
Lin Chunhe took a bite and nodded.
"I feel this tastes more like the one my sister cooked this morning; it's more fragrant than the previous bowl."
Seeing that Lin Chunhe also said so, Lin Chunxing then looked at Lin Chuntao and Pei Ying: "Sister, brother-in-law, why don't you try it and see how it is?"
As soon as she finished speaking, Lin Chuntao and Pei Ying each picked up a chopstick.
Lin Chunxing stared intently at her and Pei Ying, waiting for feedback. Lin Chuntao nodded, and after a long while, she said, "This is the taste."
Hearing Lin Chuntao's words, Lin Chunxing breathed a long sigh of relief. She hadn't expected that the same meat and vegetables would taste so different depending on the order of preparation. She decided to follow this procedure from now on and try to adjust the amount of water, flour, and meat filling to ensure a more accurate taste.
Lin Duo'er looked at Lin Chuntao expectantly.
"Sister, is Second Sister allowed to go into business now?"
Lin Chuntao smiled and said, "Let's do it again and get ready."
Lin Chunxing nodded, and Lin Duo'er asked from the side, "Can I go with Second Sister? I can add firewood."
Lin Chuntao looked at her. This little girl wanted to do everything, but she was a bit impulsive. Lin Chuntao was a little unsure whether she would help or make things worse.
"We'll talk about that after we decide to go."
After dinner, Lin Chuntao picked up a charred piece of firewood and started writing and drawing in the yard.
Lin Duo'er initially watched from the side, but later, not understanding, she went off to play. Lin Chunxing watched for a long time but still didn't quite understand, so she asked Lin Chuntao, "Sister, are you doing accounts?"
Lin Chuntao looked up at her and nodded, "I'm checking how much stuff we need to prepare."
Lin Chunxing only thought about cooking and selling rice noodles, but she hadn't thought about anything else. Actually, it wasn't that she didn't want to, but that she couldn't think of anything else.
Setting up a stall is not easy, especially with an open flame. She asked Lin Chunxing, "Boiling water and cooking it like this is too complicated and slow. Do we have to keep a fire next to the water to keep it warm the whole time?"
Lin Chunxing nodded. "I think it's necessary."
"That means you need at least two fires, one for warming the water and one for cooking the noodles."
The market stalls need to have small tables and chairs, and bowls and chopsticks also need to be bought. Although they all think the food tastes good, the business still needs to be tested by the market. When starting out, they try to save costs as much as possible.
After Lin Chunxing tried making it for two more days, the taste stabilized, and she decided to go.
Lin Chuntao walked around the village, buying beans from every household. The villagers were very curious: "Chuntao, what are you going to make with all these beans?"
Lin Chuntao didn't hide anything and smiled, "Auntie, I'm covering up the sauce."
"You're using beans to ferment the sauce? Won't that make the beans rot?"
"Probably not, I'll think about it first."
"We'll pick some red chilies in a few days and chop them up. It would be such a waste to let the beans spoil."
Everyone was talking at once, but Lin Chuntao just smiled.
Aunt Guizhi, Madam Sun, and Chen Dongniang had already tasted the sauce she made. They felt it tasted even better than the sauce they bought from the county town's sauce shop. Originally, Chen Dongniang had told Madam Sun to ask Lin Chuntao what ingredients she needed so they could provide the ingredients and ask Lin Chuntao to help them preserve a jar, but Madam Sun refused. What's the difference between that and asking Lin Chuntao for the recipe?
Seeing Lin Chuntao buying beans in the village to prepare for another batch, Sun said with a smile, "Chuntao, make a lot this time, and sell a jar to Grandma when it's done."
Upon hearing this, Lin Chuntao readily agreed. Aunt Guizhi also asked for a jar when she met her, which surprised the woman who had just said the beans had gone bad.
"Sister-in-law Guizhi, have you and your aunt already eaten?"
Upon hearing this, the two looked at Lin Chuntao and then laughed, "We've eaten it, and it tastes better than the chopped chili peppers we made."
Everyone looked at Lin Chuntao with some skepticism. They weren't sure either, and just wanted to wait until Aunt Guizhi and Madam Sun got their hands on the sauce, then they could sneak a taste and see what it was like.
Lin Chuntao bought beans and went to the county town to buy dried chili peppers and a large sauce vat. This time she made more. Steaming and curing the beans were fine, but pounding them in the stone mortar was a bit slow. After curing this vat, they went to sell the flour and came back to check. If business was good and they made sauce often in the future, she would buy a stone mill, which would make grinding beans more convenient.
After the sauce had been drying for a few days, Lin Chuntao estimated that the remaining sauce in the jar would be enough to supply the new sauce. Only then did Lin Chuntao take Lin Chunxing to the county town to buy tools for setting up a stall.
Bowls, chopsticks, earthenware pots of various sizes, tables and chairs, and even two portable earthenware stoves were purchased, costing eight hundred coins just for these items. Lin Chuntao then bought two baskets of charcoal, which cost over one hundred coins. Even with the rice noodles and meat still to be bought, they had already spent so much money. She swallowed hard and asked Lin Chuntao somewhat nervously, "Sister, is there anything else we need to buy? We've spent a lot of money today."
Lin Chuntao smiled and said, "We still need to go to the market office to pay the land fee."
"Land fees?"
"Yes, it's actually the rent for the stall."
Lin Chunxing had never thought about these expenses before, so she was stunned when Lin Chuntao said this.
"Sis, how much do I need to pay?"
"I don't know yet, I'll have to go ask. Once we've got all this sorted out, we can officially start setting up our stall tomorrow."
Lin Chunxing nodded, but her face showed obvious nervousness. Lin Chuntao said, "It's okay, I'll come with you tomorrow."
"Really?"
Lin Chuntao smiled and said, "If I weren't picking mushrooms, I would have come with you. Picking mushrooms would have made me a little late, but I'll try to get here before the market opens."
Hearing this, Lin Chunxing breathed a sigh of relief.
Their stall was in front of Helan's house. She went to find Helan first. It would be very inconvenient for them to carry pots, pans and other utensils back and forth, so Lin Chuntao took the opportunity to talk to Helan and offered to give her some rent so that she could put the things at her house.
Helan agreed immediately and didn't even ask for rent. Lin Chuntao felt it was inappropriate to leave things there every day without paying, so she agreed on a price with her. After the things were put away, Helan led them to the market office and paid the land fee, which was ninety coins a month.
After they came out, Helan said, "Half of this land fee went into these people's pockets, but these little devils are hard to deal with, so we have no choice but to pay."
Lin Chuntao nodded. That's how it is in business; you're bound to encounter some things.
With these things prepared, all that's left is the meat, vegetables, and noodles.
The meat will definitely be bought from Helan. Helan usually gives her a discount when she buys meat, so it's like Pei Ying is buying it for her. Although they don't use much at first, they'll definitely need more later if business is good. She still needs to talk to Helan in advance.
Hearing Lin Chuntao's words, Helan smiled and said, "As long as the price of meat hasn't gone up, it will remain the same as before. If your business is booming and you open a restaurant in the future and need more meat, then we can discuss the price."
Lin Chuntao smiled and said, "Alright, then I'll thank Manager He."
After chatting for a while, Lin Chuntao went to the rice noodle shop. She had bought from there several times before, and the shopkeeper recognized her.
"My lady, look, these noodles are still fresh today. How much do you want? I'll weigh it for you."
Lin Chuntao looked at the noodles in the bucket and asked with a smile, "Shopkeeper, if I need these noodles every day, could you give me a discount?"
The shopkeeper looked her over again. "Madam, which restaurant are you buying for?"
Lin Chuntao replied, "I'm planning to set up a small stall to sell rice noodles myself."
The shopkeeper smiled and said, "Oh, so you're the shopkeeper, madam. May I ask how much powder you need each day?"
"We need at least ten pounds. This is our first time making this, so we don't know if ten pounds is enough."
The shopkeeper remained calm upon hearing the number. She smiled and said, "Madam, you've ordered a bit too little. It's probably not enough to sell. The place over there that sells mutton rice noodles orders at least thirty catties every day."
Lin Chuntao feigned surprise as she looked at the shopkeeper, "Shopkeeper, is your business so good? We'll try to sell this much every day from now on. But we're just starting out, so it's a small business. The main thing is that it's not far from here, right next to Shopkeeper He. If we don't sell enough, I'll come and get more."
The shopkeeper pondered for a moment and said, "Ten catties is a bit too little. I'll give you a discount of ten coins if you have fifteen catties."
Lin Chuntao quickly calculated that this was roughly a 10% discount, averaging 6.4 coins per pound. Every little bit helps, so Lin Chuntao smiled and said, "The shopkeeper is so generous. How about making it even cheaper, just 6 coins per pound? It'll be easier for us to calculate. With my skills, 10 pounds is the minimum, but we'll definitely make more than 15 pounds."
Seeing his confident demeanor, the shopkeeper took a deep breath and readily agreed.
"Then let's agree on a price: less than fifteen catties will be seven coins per catty, and more than fifteen catties will be six coins per catty."
Lin Chuntao nodded, then asked, "What time does the shopkeeper open in the morning? We won't take the powder back to stay overnight; we'll come back to pick it up in the morning."
"It opened at the end of Yin hour (3-5 AM)."
After agreeing on the terms, Lin Chuntao pulled Lin Chunxing over and said to the shopkeeper, "This is my sister. We sisters work together. If I'm busy, she can come and get the powder."
Lin Chunxing greeted the shopkeeper, thus acquainting herself with him.
After leaving the rice noodle shop, Lin Chuntao took Lin Chunxing to buy some chives and tomatoes, and then went back to the butcher shop to buy meat. Only then were all the matters settled.
Before the butcher shop was finished, Lin Chuntao bought a load of water and washed all the pots, pans, and chopsticks in Helan's backyard so they could be used tomorrow.
They waited until the butcher shop finished its work and Pei Ying was able to leave before going home together.
Everything is ready; we're just waiting for tomorrow.
Lin Chunxing was excited, nervous, and a little afraid that she would mess it up.
Lin Chuntao noticed her emotional change, but didn't try to comfort her much. It wouldn't be very effective to comfort her since it was her first experience. She would be able to overcome it once she got through it.
After returning home and having lunch, Lin Chunxing asked, "Sister, shall we start chopping the meat and making the filling now?"
"No rush to stir-fry the minced meat." Lin Chuntao said, calling over Lin Chunhe and Lin Duo'er. She smiled and said, "Our stall doesn't have a name yet. Let's think of something."
