Chapter 41 The Beginning of the Conspiracy: The Teleportation Trick, the Collusion...

Chapter 41 The Beginning of the Conspiracy: The Teleportation Trick, the Collusion...

In the pure white space, the only unique color is the pure wooden door frame. The door frame seems to have tiny carvings trying to show off, but apart from that, there is no other brilliance. It is monotonous and boring.

"So this door is the passage to another world?"

"Yes, this is the place, but it's not open yet. Once it's open, it will look like a vortex, which is very common in movies. I'm in charge of opening and closing this space."

Enid could clearly state that she hadn't sensed any fluctuations from the opening of the space, but if the other party was a teaching assistant... she pursed her lips, unsure how to express herself, though Tim clearly understood what she meant.

"So it seems like any university can admit you without your permission?"

“No, normally we should submit information, and then the Mother Goddess will tell me whether or not to allow others to enter our world. But this time there was absolutely no response. If there must be something going on…”

"Very good, it seems that your coma that time was not an accident."

Regarding the God of Nature, they also obtained more information from Diana. The God of Nature is different from the somewhat untrustworthy Niaf. The more they investigate, the more they will know. God loves the world.

But it was clear that God wasn't just an ordinary believer for Enid; Bruce aptly described it as a mother and child. However, out of respect for God, they didn't discuss it further. The reason they thought of it was because if anything could make a mother panic, it was something bad happening to her child.

Enid was taken aback when she heard Tim's speculation; she hadn't expected it. To be honest, she had indeed thought it was an accident.

"If that's the case, then there must be something wrong with the teaching assistant. I'll be using my abilities to investigate everyone who's been to this space, which might require a lot of magic. So, please, Tim, I'm counting on you!"

"knew."

During this time, Enid was unable to move. Suddenly, she understood why Tim had insisted on coming along. She felt a sense of security that she was completely within the other party's plan. Enid let her thoughts immerse themselves in the magical illusion space. All the light green dots formed a musical score, and the entire space was filled with dense colors.

As if humans had never existed, the breath of the air recorded the traces of all things flowing. They were the most devout children, seeing all that could not be perceived. Their breaths and her beating heart maintained the same subtle rhythm, and the light sounds of all things reached her ears.

A massive amount of complex information flooded into her mind, and her body began to stiffen and become unable to move. Just as Tim had predicted, the fluctuations in the air became violent and terrifying, with countless stones and other movements surging towards her, but all of them were blocked.

Only inanimate, non-living entities lurk here, attempting to kill anyone, like moths to a flame, throwing themselves into a trap. None of them succeed, until Enid opened her eyes. Her emerald green eyes were filled with fragments of stones, crystals, and gems, and Tim, who was slightly panting.

"Are you alright?" Her voice was clearly anxious. Tim rested for a moment and quickly calmed down, speaking in a slightly joking tone, "I'm fine, after all, he asked me to help."

Enid knew perfectly well who he was.

“I already know. Shall we go find him now? I can pinpoint his location.”

“No, send me all his information. Sometimes technology is more useful than magic.”

Enid paused for a moment, then quickly nodded and relayed the information to Tim using the same method as before. At Tim's insistence, they ultimately chose another way to return instead of using the exaggerated teleportation they had just witnessed, which Enid found slightly regrettable.

As soon as Enid got back, she saw Naya protesting and the other little ones. Damian had his arms crossed, looking on with a hint of amusement.

"They're protesting why you didn't bring them."

"Hey... Damian, why are you following Naya's nonsense too! There's nowhere she can't go!"

The cat was lying. Naya shrank back in embarrassment. She didn't tell Damian the truth, but Damian didn't mind the cat's behavior at all and just nodded.

Why can't we go?

"Because the five of them are all different, they were able to survive only because they were blessed by the incarnation of God, so they cannot go."

Damian keenly noticed that Enid paused noticeably after saying that, especially after mentioning the blessing. "Resurrection?" He probably thought of something, because he knew what it was. Enid hadn't expected Damian to know, so she could only nod.

"Actually, I only found out recently that there are very few truly living beings in the Sacred Forest. Of course, I'm not afraid; I just don't know what to do."

"As long as you live well and train according to my requirements and pass the test, isn't that enough? Besides, you are a Wayne too."

Actually, Damian didn't quite understand what she was worried about. If it was fear of being taken away, Damian believed that no one could take anything from them, and he was very confident in that. He was also dissatisfied that he wasn't the one to go today, because he felt that he was being looked down upon.

"Thank you... Damian, I understand!"

She couldn't quite say it wasn't because of that, but for some reason she felt a little relieved.

Just as they finished speaking, the investigation information about the teaching assistant came out, and Red Hood had already rushed over. Upon hearing this news, Enid felt a pang of sympathy for him.

"Is it just Jay?" Enid tilted her head, a little curious. Barbara, with a smile, satisfied her curiosity. "No, Cassans is with him."

For some reason, Enid could sense the teaching assistant's miserable state. Instead of feeling sorry for him, she even found it a little funny. She could only clap her hands dryly and say, "Wow...that's so cool."

Just as they suspected, Enid didn't feel sorry for the teaching assistant for a moment. She even started to wonder if the teaching assistant would complain or reveal the truth as soon as she returned.

"Why?" Barbara asked curiously. "Fia, why do you think he'll tell the truth as soon as he gets back?"

"Because of me, as you've all seen from me, people from which world never care about anything related to fighting? Magic is omnipotent, and that's not just empty talk, but their truth."

Although she knew they had probably guessed it, Enid was still a little happy because it was clearly a way for Enid to show off, so she couldn't help but show off a little. Barbara snapped a picture of this slightly unrestrained smile.

"Eh..."

"Fia is very cute."

Barbara winked at her and casually showed her the photo. It was of Enid with a faint glow and an overly bright and cheerful smile. This reminded her of when Enid first arrived. Her eyes were still a grayish-green, and her smile was somewhat restrained. Isn't this just right now?

She also saw these photos. It was the first time Enid had noticed herself in a photo, and strangely enough, she felt that she looked cuter in the photo than in the mirror.

Because creation is an art, and an artist's gaze is filled with love, right?

"I love you too, Barbara!"

Enid instantly rushed over and hugged Barbara, kissing her on the cheek. The overly direct expression was like the sunshine that fell, hard to dislike but rather pleasing. Barbara hugged her back and casually stroked her soft hair.

Jason noticed this when he returned, so he casually sent Dick a message.

[Jason] Wow, looks like they're ready to dump you.

[Dick] Looks like the accomplice has been caught? By the way, Fia actually said that she likes me.

[Jason] But I heard she's still single?

[Dick] I'm pursuing her.

Jason put down his phone without replying to the message. Instead, he casually tossed his hood aside, found a seat, and just then saw Enid control the vines, handing him a cup of warm, orange-flavored tea. Good, he thought of the oranges from that day; they actually tasted quite good.

"He was indeed an accomplice."

"Yes, he said everything at once."

Cassan sat down beside her and took the tea that Enid offered. She also really liked the oranges that day; they were very sweet and fragrant. However, it seemed that other fruits were being served next, and there didn't seem to be any oranges left.

Enid watched with a smile as they accepted the tea, then made the vines disappear. She personally handed Barbara a cup of tea, and seeing Barbara accept it while suppressing a smile, she nodded with satisfaction.

"I knew it! People in that world are incredibly fragile! Because magicians are both noble and vulnerable."

"Hmm...indeed."

They couldn't help but think that when they found the other party based on the information provided by Tim, the guy who was originally very arrogant started to panic after discovering that his magic had no effect on them... Luckily, they stopped in time, otherwise he might have had to stay in the "hospital" for another six months.

"But this thing of yours is actually quite useful."

Jason took out the lily of the valley badge hidden inside his clothes. It was a handmade badge with a lily of the valley design, given to them by Enid earlier. Enid had also heard the gist of their story and was very satisfied that her alchemical creation had played a significant role.

"However, there is a slight drawback. After the numbers on the back completely disappear, you need to find a place to throw it away within 2 hours, otherwise it will explode on the spot. But the lack of pollution is a good thing! However, if necessary, it can be detonated in advance."

"It's not a flaw, it's a strength. Remember to give it to me when it's almost all here."

This thing is probably a bomb that is relatively stable and has a greater destructive power. Sometimes it can be quite useful. Enid tilted her head and then raised her hand.

"But Father forbids me from entering the alchemy lab! Your bomb is gone!"

Author's note: Hehehe

Who is this "him" who asked Tim? It's so hard to guess, hahaha!

It's the eldest brother! Yes, it's the older brother!
