Chapter 65 Playing

As a modern person, we are all very familiar with surveillance and have many ways to deal with it.

These are all things I thought of while doing my part-time job. I can't take a break occasionally because the surveillance is too strict.

I had to find a way to find the angle. After all these years of research, isn't it easy to deal with this very backward equipment?

Jiang Cha found a secluded place to enter the space, and then rummaged around inside for what he needed.

After preparing the mirror, magnifying glass, balloon, and small can of spray paint, she took a black men's suit and applied cement to the outside.

Prepare another cement cap and place it in the corner outside. It will dry in about an hour.

I took it back and patted it. It was so hard that I could poke it into the ground.

It was already past six in the morning, and there were not many people outside. No one noticed the corner where she was.

After coming out, I walked to the place where I had specifically observed last night, adjusted the angle facing the sun, and fixed the magnifying glass and small mirror on the wall.

Then I found a place nearby and waited until around 1:00 p.m., when the camera at the door exploded with a bang.

Jiang Cha quickly ran back and took the magnifying glass and small mirror from the wall.

After waiting for a while, the staff came out to check the situation and carefully checked the surrounding lines.

Jiang Cha waited patiently for them to repair the problem. Given their rigorous nature, they would quickly turn off the power nearby.

Then she would check along the line again, she was waiting for this time.

It was obvious that the worker went back to turn off the power at the door, and Jiang Cha took this opportunity to climb over the wall and get in.

This location happens to be within the range of a broken surveillance camera, and no second surveillance camera was found nearby.

After entering, I found myself in the parking space of the institute. I hid behind the car and changed into a suit and a very popular short hairstyle, the famous Yamaguchi Momoe hairstyle.

Nowadays, the streets are full of the same kind of ginger tea, and it looks inconspicuous at all.

I slowly walked into the institute's building. It was lunchtime and there were not many people in the building.

I opened a random empty room and changed into their work clothes, a loose protective suit, a hat, a mask, gloves, and shoe covers.

When he came out, he ran into someone coming out of the elevator. Because everyone was covered tightly, Jiang Cha just bowed to him.

The man nodded at her and hurried to the emergency passage nearby.

Jiang Cha took a quick look and took the elevator to the third floor. He had just looked at the escape diagram below. The third floor was the monitoring room of the research institute.

Who knows what they were thinking, putting the monitoring room here? Shouldn't it normally be on the first floor?

"Hello! Have you found the problem with the surveillance footage just now? The section chief asked me to come over and ask what the possible cause is?"

He tried to speak in a simple voice and answered casually without even looking up from the busy staff over there.

"Oh, that surveillance camera is outdated, it's nothing serious. We use the most advanced ones here, and they're out of stock in the warehouse right now. We'll replace them with new ones tomorrow!"

Please rest assured, Section Chief, our safety is absolutely guaranteed!"

"Thanks!"

After coming out, I went into the bathroom, then into the space, and waited until night to talk about it.

After a good meal and a nap, I woke up at exactly 11 o'clock in the evening.

Jiang Cha changed into the stiff cement clothes, put on gloves and a hat, and covered himself tightly.

When I pushed the door open, the entire institute was quiet and the man on duty in the monitoring room was dozing off.

Jiang Cha walked over carefully and turned the electric baton to the maximum on his neck.

I saw him twitching and shaking in the chair, and after a minute I was sure he was dead.

The cup of water on his desk was knocked over and spilled onto the power supply.

Sparks flew everywhere, and then the lights in the entire building went out.

Jiang Cha left quickly and went down to the first floor through the emergency passage. This was where the man went down during the day.

She felt a little awkward in this outfit, but now there is thermal imaging, so in order to avoid certain detection devices, she had to walk in this awkward way.

Fortunately, the security guard was sleeping soundly, otherwise she would have been discovered with her clothes on.

There is backup power in the basement, and the lights in the hallway downstairs are still on.

Jiang Cha made sure her face was covered tightly and her eyes were covered with red contact lenses. Once she put them on, it would be difficult to find her by sight.

He took out the small can of paint he had prepared long ago and sprayed black paint on each surveillance camera he saw along the way.

This is a very common paint brand in the United States. If the ingredients are tested, they will be held responsible.

She didn't know the combination lock on the door, but since she was already here, she decided to go big.

Jiang Cha took out a screwdriver, pried open the panels one by one, and cut off the wires.

I don't know what happened if the alarm didn't go off. Maybe the circuit for the alarm is connected to it.

I pushed open the doors one by one and went in. Each room was filled with various instruments flashing lights of various colors.

She couldn't understand the various control buttons on it, and didn't care what kind of high-tech equipment it was. She took a bucket of Coke and poured it onto various instruments one by one.

Special attention was paid to places with power supply. Thick smoke was billowing in several laboratories and the instruments were emitting sharp alarms.

It turned out that the alarm was here. I ignored the alarm and went into the last room.

There are also various instruments inside, connected to two tall tanks.

I don't know what the liquid inside is, it looks like formaldehyde because the whole room is filled with that smell.

There were two corpses soaking in the jar. She didn't notice it at first. This was a research institute, so it was normal to have corpses.

But when observing the jar, Jiang Cha found that something seemed wrong inside.
