Chapter 87 is back

Fortunately, she left. Judging from her uncle's taste, he was not introducing her to a partner but looking for a bodyguard for her.

I turned around and asked at the ticket window what time tickets would be available for the capital tomorrow. It was too late now and everyone had gone home from get off work. After asking for the time, I decided to come back tomorrow morning to buy the ticket and then go to the silk factory to pick up the goods.

It was already very late when she returned to the guesthouse. Everyone went their separate ways on this trip, and she felt quite sad.

I packed my things and took out the things I planned to take to the car. I realized I needed to buy a water bottle. I used the one I had on the boat to hit someone, and I couldn't go without water for such a long time in the car.

The rest were put into the space, and the handbag was only filled with a few things for appearance.

She set two alarms to avoid being late. She wanted to catch the earliest bus to buy a ticket. She took a quick shower, dried her hair, and changed the dressing on the wound.

When the alarm went off, I felt like I hadn't slept much, so I woke up groggily. I took my things and went downstairs to check out of the hotel in the duty office.

She had already found out yesterday that the first bus to arrive here was at 5:10 a.m. She thought she was the first one to wait for the bus, but she didn't know that the bus was full.

When she got to the ticket office, there was already a long line. She waited patiently at the end of the line, figuring she should be able to make it in time, as the bus back to the capital didn't leave until 8pm.

As long as she managed to snag a ticket, she'd have plenty of time. Ticket sales started at 6:30 AM. She was quick, and she got a sleeper berth to the capital.

I handed over my letter of introduction and work ID, specifically requesting an upper berth. Luckily, it's easy to buy tickets now, especially during the Spring Festival. It's hard to say if I catch the Spring Festival travel rush in the future.

I got my ticket and quickly boarded the bus. I arrived at the silk factory at exactly 10:00. I took the receipt to the sales department to find Ms. Xiao, and waited for her signature before I could pick up the goods and take them to the train station.

"Ginger Tea is here. I've already booked a truck for you. We'll load the goods onto the truck after we order them. Wait a minute while I get the delivery order."

She followed Sister Xiao to the warehouse to count the goods, load the truck, and then returned to the accounting office to settle the fare. When she got on the truck, she seemed to see Sister Xiao sighing, probably because she was tired and dizzy. This sister was not bad, although she didn't know why, but she was very nice.

"Old Xiao, did that woman go back? She didn't say anything else, did she?"

"You still don't trust me in my work! Your brother-in-law gave her such a great deal, why is she still angry?"

Jiang Cha didn't notice that while she was busy, a woman in the office kept staring at her. The factory director's sister-in-law had been very annoyed these days. She was eating and drinking well here without having to work, and she could even make some money to spend.

Who could have known that this would happen? If her father hadn't given the order, her brother-in-law wouldn't have had the final say at home. It's hard to say what would have happened. Maybe her father would have been finished.

She had no idea about all these twists and turns; she was incredibly busy today. She had just finished checking in her luggage and called her section chief. She also had to think about buying a water bottle, but the department store didn't have any. Hers was a military water bottle, and where could she buy one here?

I bought an enamel teacup, it’s not very big, just a little bigger than her face!

Put some tea leaves at one end of a large pot and pour boiling water over it. Blow on it with your mouth, take a sip and spit out two tea stems. Isn't this just like an old man enjoying the cool air on the street?

She would hold a teacup and laugh foolishly for a long time. Most people would have an impression of the scene she imagined, including saying hello to the loudspeaker.

I barely stuffed it into my handbag, found a place to eat, and went to the station to wait. I was exhausted after the day. Next time, I must buy tickets in advance and never do this again.

When she got on the train, the carriage was very quiet, and everyone on the berth was asleep. After finishing quietly, she lay down on the bed and finally had a good rest for the day.

The journey back was smooth, and peace was a good thing! It proved that Hangzhou had thoroughly investigated the case and had caught no one.

It was morning when we arrived in the capital. It was already very cold in the capital at the end of October. The maple leaves on the mountain must be very beautiful. I wonder if her friends have time to go hiking together to see the red leaves.

When she got off the train, she saw a sign on the platform saying someone was coming to pick her up. It wasn't to pick her up, but to take the delivery note from her hand. Valuable items are different. For the first time, she saw someone coming over, waiting for her to complete the paperwork.

After the handover, I have nothing to do. I go home and clean myself up first, then go to my grandma's house for dinner. I wonder what delicious food the old lady will cook. It's getting cold, and it's time to put on some weight.

"Grandma, look who's back?"

She knocked on the door and started shouting, afraid that no one inside could hear her. Before she could open the door and show off the gifts she brought back, the old lady grabbed her collar and dragged her into the house.

"Where are you hurt? Let me take a look! Tell me, kid, why are you so worrying? Aren't you afraid you won't be able to come back? So many people, who would need a little girl like you? You've become so capable that you've forgotten your last name, right?"

"My last name is Jiang, Grandma, dear Grandma, the best Grandma. Please spare me! What if you touch my wound? You don't know that the doctor who stitched my wound is a veterinarian, and someone is waiting outside for him to go back and deliver a cow.

Don’t you feel sorry for me? Am I not your favorite granddaughter? I am so sad. I turned my heart to the bright moon, but the bright moon only shines on the ditch…”

"I let you ditch, I let you channel. You're more troublesome than this kid every day. Hurry up and go in to eat. I've already rolled out noodles for you. Dumplings on the way in, noodles on the way out. Go wash your hands quickly. I have something to tell you after you finish eating."

Finally, I loosened her collar. The old lady was very strong and she was very skilled in pulling things out.

"I've been craving your noodles with soybean paste for a long time. I've been through a lot on this trip to Hangzhou, and I urgently need you to give me some food to eat."

After saying that, she put the things on the coffee table. She carried them like this when she left home. They were all gifts for the old lady.

"Lotus root starch from Hangzhou, a piece of cooking oil, two packs of snacks, and two bottles of rice wine."

"I think you don't want to live anymore. How can you spend money like that? You're almost tearing the roof off the house. Those people put together are not as worrying as you. Why are you standing there? Hurry up and eat. If you're full, you won't feel any pain when you're beaten."

I was holding a bowl and acting coquettishly with my grandma when the door was knocked open.

"Ginger tea, little ginger, come and let me see your injury."

The person who spoke was none other than her Uncle Liu.
