Before Xiao Yunying could fully relax, she saw the man in black use his long sword to lift the carriage curtain.
Zuo Qingzhi had just turned around when the man in black showed no intention of chasing after her. Instead, he took a few steps forward and stabbed at Chen Yuanyao, who hadn't had time to run away.
Xiao Yunying's heart jumped into her throat. The man in black moved extremely fast. She was far away and had no time to react. She could only watch helplessly as this scene unfolded.
Chen Yuancheng didn't know martial arts, but he instinctively wanted to protect his sister, so he could only hug her and turn his back to the longsword.

After realizing what had happened, Chen Yuancheng and Chen Yuanyao's expressions changed. Chen Yuancheng tried his best to support Zuo Qingzhi from behind, and with her strength, he sat down on the ground, supporting her head with his body.

The man in black assumed it was just another one of those painless punches and slaps, so he didn't take it too seriously. He simply raised the arm holding the long sword to shield his face, still holding her left hand tightly.
Xiao Yunying used great force this time. The moment her arm collided with the other person's arm, it felt like she had hit a stone table. The pain made her face contort uncontrollably.
But her intention was not to hit the other person. The moment their arms collided, she released her fist and sprinkled a handful of chili powder directly onto the other person's face.
The man in black immediately lowered his head and wiped the substance on his face with his sleeve, but the more he wiped, the more his eyes felt burning.
What a potent poison!
The man in black thought to himself, "Luckily, he was wearing a mask, so he didn't inhale it."
This woman is truly cunning. His master was right after all. Thinking this, he gripped Xiao Yunying's arm even tighter.
Seeing that he still wouldn't let go, Xiao Yunying stomped hard on the back of his foot, deliberately stepping on his toes.
She heard a muffled groan from him, but he still didn't let go. She gritted her teeth, raised her knee, and forcefully struck the man's most vulnerable genitals.

She heard, as she had hoped, the voice of the leader of the men in black behind her, a voice filled with suppressed pain and rage.
"She ran away, go after her!"
Xiao Yunying was still thinking of leading them as far away as possible, but she hadn't run far when she heard the sound of grass and trees being brushed against her back.
She glanced back and saw several men in black leaping across tree trunks not far from her as they caught up with her.
"Holy crap, that's cheating!"
Knowing she couldn't outrun these martial arts experts, Xiao Yunying stopped and stood still, waiting for them to catch up.
She picked the grass off her clothes; she had run too fast and been whipped by many branches and weeds, some of which were thorny and had pierced her clothes. She would hold them responsible for all of this.
Several men in black jumped down from the tree in unison, forming a circle that trapped her in the middle.
Xiao Yunying, panting heavily, said, "I'm not running anymore, take me with you."
The man in black who was leading the group was the last to arrive. Xiao Yunying looked at his bloodshot eyes and then at his slightly hunched back, and suddenly felt a little apologetic.
But the thought that it was this person who ordered Zuo Qingzhi to be injured made that feeling of apology disappear.
She searched around and spotted a rather thin figure: "Mr. Assassin, it was you who hurt my sister, wasn't it?"
The other person didn't speak, but just slightly raised his chin, as if proudly admitting that he was the one who caused the injury.
"Alright, I got it. From now on, you'd better pray that my sister is alright, or your good days are coming to an end."
"Girl, stop trying to play tricks on me. I don't want to be rough with you. Come with us."
Just as Xiao Yunying was about to speak, she heard a powerful shout coming from the edge of the woods.
"Young Madam, where are you?"
Before she could react, the leader of the men in black quickly stepped forward and knocked her unconscious.
