After hearing the order, the captain and the militia company commander hurried out to make arrangements. Platoon Leader Chen also arranged a soldier to guard the door. After several people took action, Minister Gao said to Zhang Xudong:
"Comrade Zhang Xudong, can you draw a topographical map of Yezhugouzi now?" Zhang Xudong asked Secretary Li for a piece of paper, took a pencil from his pocket (space), and said as he drew:
