Chapter 248: Acting So Attentive
The next morning, Shang Ruoting was awakened by the crackling sound of firecrackers.
When she stood up, Tan Chen was no longer by her side.
Old Mrs. Shang also got up early and went to the kitchen to busy herself. Shang Ruoting dressed neatly and walked out of the house. Tan Chen, Gao Ming and Li Jiasheng were clearing the snow in the yard.

"Where are you taking it?"

"Pour the water in there, thank you."
Shang Ruoting stood at the gate watching this scene and suddenly felt that something was wrong.
Gao Ming and Li Jiasheng did help with a lot of work at their own home these days, but they were not as attentive as they were at Yang Mei's house.
Looking at Li Jiasheng's expression again, it was obviously not very natural.
