Chapter 307 Luggage

Chapter 307 Luggage

Tang Yue woke up three times in one night, all of which were to feed the baby and change his diaper. Other than that, she didn't have to take care of them. She felt that apart from Dabao and the others, there were no other babies who were so worry-free.

Morning

When Tang Yue got up, Aunt Wu and Aunt Li had already returned and were packing up the house. When they saw Tang Yue getting up, they quickly greeted her, "Yueyue, it's a good chance that you're up now. Which things in the house are not needed for the time being? Tell us and we'll move them over to you slowly."

"Aunt Wu, Aunt Li, I don't need you. You're too old now. Take a rest. I'll pack it up in a sack myself later. It'll be quick. There aren't that many things."

Tang Yue is not a heartless person. She can't ask them to help her pack up at such an old age.

"Okay, I'll go to Sister Xiao's room to pack her things first. I should be able to finish them in one trip. I'll come back for you in the afternoon. We can move to the village almost tomorrow."

"Okay, I'll get you all ready in a bit."

Tang Yue was not reluctant to move, after all, she had only lived there for more than half a year. To her, the house in the countryside was more like her home. She participated in the construction of it throughout the process, which made her feel more fulfilled and at home.

Seeing them tidying up grandma's room, Tang went to see if she could help. At least she was very strong and could help them move things.

As soon as I walked into the house, I saw several large bags of things at the door. The grandmothers and aunts inside were still packing, and they just walked towards the door carrying the sacks.

Because the ox cart could not enter the yard, the father-in-law would sit on the ox cart and wait. None of the people in front of him said they could not drive an ox cart. They just had to put the sacks directly on the ox cart. The father-in-law would pile them up and tie them up to ensure that they would not fall out.

The luggage of the uncle and aunts has all been piled on the cart. They are not going to sleep here at night, and they are not going to come over in the afternoon. They still have to pack up the things they are bringing with them. Then my father-in-law will come alone in the ox cart to pick up the luggage.

Seeing the eldest children walking around in the room, I really felt that they were getting in the way, so I quickly asked them to go back to the room and look after their younger brothers. It was a mess, and they wanted to make sure they didn't bump into anything.

"Dabao, Erbao, Sanbao, Jiaobao, have you had breakfast?"

Tang Yue just remembered that she hadn't washed up and had breakfast yet. Seeing that the adults were always busy, she was worried that the children hadn't eaten breakfast either, so she didn't want them to go hungry.

"I'm done."

They are worthy of being twins. They speak in unison, as if they are in sync with each other.

I heard that it is generally difficult to raise twins because they are so telepathic that if one gets sick, the others will probably get sick too.

But this one at home has never been sick. He has been drinking the spiritual water and is in great health. I don't know if it's true or not.

"Okay, now that you're done eating, go play in the house. Tell mom when your little brother wakes up. Do you hear me?"

Tang Yue was actually worried, so she took the trouble to tell them several times. After all, what could such a young kid expect from them?

"I heard it. Tell mom when your brother wakes up."

The children used actual actions to tell their mother that they were very useful. They ran into the house and sat on the kang, one of them watching his younger brother while the three of them played. After playing for a while, they would take turns. There must always be someone watching.

Tang Yue looked at them like this and felt that they were quite capable and had flexible brains.

Since I don't have to worry about the child, and I have finished carrying all the sacks in my mother-in-law's room, and there are still some left to sort out, I go to the kitchen to wash up and have breakfast.

Looking at the warm dough in the pot, it might be noodle soup at first, but it might have been left for too long and absorbed all the water, turning into a ball of dough. Although it doesn't look good, she doesn't worry about the taste, after all, her mother-in-law's cooking skills have never let her lag behind.

After breakfast, Tang Yue returned to the house to clean up. She brought a few more sacks into the house, leaving one set of clothes for herself and two sets of clothes for the three babies, and put the rest into the sacks.

What I am packing now are the things I use on a daily basis, such as the cotton-padded jackets for the winter, which have been put into the sacks for a long time and have not been taken out. After all, it is not the time to wear the cotton-padded jackets yet, so there is no need to organize them.

After packing up the things that were not usually used in the house, the room suddenly felt empty, and was replaced by several large sacks of things on the ground.

After cleaning up, I was about to go to my mother-in-law's room to see if she needed help. As soon as I turned around, I saw that the babies were all awake, kicking around with their hands and feet.

The older kids were also playing nearby, but in the end there was really nothing fun to do, so they just played with their younger brothers, pinching and kneading them here and there. They found their younger brothers’ softness particularly fun.

She quickly helped them pee, as several of them had never let her look away. After cleaning up, she quickly went to the kitchen and brought them a basin of warm water to wash their faces.

After washing them, I went to the kitchen to get goat milk for them. They must be hungry after such a long time. I also poured a cup for each of the older ones. How could we not drink a little milk from the two goats? Otherwise, it would be a waste.

My mother-in-law tried to boil goat milk in a pot to make goat milk powder. It took a lot of effort to make just a little bit of goat milk powder. It was really not cost-effective, so she stopped.

Now the adults and children in my family drink a glass of goat's milk every day. Generally speaking, it is really nutritious. At least the health of several elderly people is better.

After the seven kids finished drinking the goat's milk, I took the cups and bottles back to the kitchen and washed them. The babies were all happy to drink goat's milk. After all, they had been drinking it since birth and were used to it. Sometimes they wanted it sweeter, so I added some sugar to them. Most of the time, I didn't add anything.

Whether to add anything or not, Tang Yue is fine with it. It doesn't matter whether to add anything or not, as long as the family can afford it.

Sometimes Tang Yue would use goat's milk and add some tea leaves to make milk tea for them. Although it didn't taste as good as the ones bought in the store, it felt safer because it was made by herself.

I let them play in the room by themselves and prepared to go to my mother-in-law's room. When I got there, the whole room felt empty. There were only some things on the kang, like the clothes I needed to change tonight, and there was only a little rice and flour left.

The house was really clean, and there was only my mother-in-law sweeping the house, while the others should have been pulling things to the team.

"Mom, you cleaned up the house so quickly. I saw so many things just now, and now they are gone."
