In South Vietnam, on Hill 528, our soldiers were eating lunch in the trenches.
The fat cook with a protruding belly was distributing food to the soldiers with a few young soldiers.
"Come on, come on, everyone, come and eat. Today we're having luncheon meat and potatoes with rice. Everyone will be given a bottle of vitamin fruit powder. If you want a drink, just pour it into the kettle and shake it."
The cook squad leader scooped two large spoonfuls of rice into each soldier's lunch box. The pink luncheon meat, yellow potato cubes, and white rice were stewed together. The taste was so delicious.
The young soldiers from the kitchen squad behind him were carrying large buckets of water, and some were holding a large box of fruit treasure powder.
Each soldier's water bottle was filled with water, and each soldier was given a small piece of vitamin C fruit powder.
This fruit treasure powder is really convenient. Just pour it into a bottle and shake it, and you can get a large bottle of drink.
It not only replenishes sugar and vitamin C, but also improves the lives of the soldiers. It can also clear the mouth and remove greasiness after meals.
——Clear your mouth?
——Remove greasiness?
If this had been said before, the head cook would have given that person a big slap in the face.
What are the conditions?
It’s good enough to have enough food to eat!
It also cleanses your mouth...and removes greasiness!
Who knew that the logistical supplies for this war would be so abundant.
Not to mention the big gift packs of military rations that each soldier brought with him, which he would not eat unless it was an emergency.
Just take the luncheon meat, ham, compressed biscuits, vitamin C fruit powder of various flavors, and chocolate energy bars for emergency replenishment of energy delivered to the battlefield.
Since they joined the army, they have never had such abundant and varied supplies.
Not to mention the endless stream of new weapons on the battlefield.
That individual flamethrower that spewed out flames.
It is a rifle with a long shooting distance, high accuracy and the ability to fire continuously without having to pull the bolt after each bullet.
That close combat weapon, the shotgun, can sweep across an area with one bullet.
There are also semi-automatic submachine guns and sniper rifles equipped with night vision devices.
And that powerful new tank.
An unmanned aerial vehicle capable of high-altitude reconnaissance of enemy situations.
What is even more eye-opening is the unmanned bomber that can be operated by remote control.
I heard that if the bosses didn't want to train their troops and try out new weapons.
Our troops went straight to the enemy's capital.
Just last night, I tested some directional mines.
Those little South Vietnamese monkeys who were planning a night attack were beaten so badly that they haven’t shown up yet!
"Squad leader, those mines last night were amazing. The fragments of the mines were pointed at the opposite side and sprayed without hurting our own people. It was amazing!"
A young soldier stuffed a mouthful of rice into his mouth, chewing it with his mouth bulging, and did not forget to gossip with the squad leader next to him.
"That's right. I heard it's a new weapon developed by experts. We've never been so rich in this war!"
The squad leader sighed and said that he was a veteran who had served in the army for many years, but he had never fought such a rich battle in his memory.
Not only are the logistical supplies abundant, but we even ate dried fruits from the south two days ago.
Those new weapons with various styles and powerful power are even more cool.
He was even a little confused, as he was holding an old gun with the rifling worn out just two months ago.
In the blink of an eye, machine guns, rifles, planes, cannons, and even drones appeared.
It seems like time has suddenly jumped forward 50 years, and all kinds of advanced weapons have been developed.
Thinking about the scene of using a drone carrying bombs to bomb the enemy's arsenal two days ago, the old squad leader couldn't stop laughing.
Their country has become truly powerful this time. Relying on these new weapons, their company does not even have a single seriously injured soldier this time.
The only few lightly injured were because they rushed too fast, and some had sprained their feet.
Some of them had their skin scraped from falling to the ground, and more were accidentally injured by stray bullets.
Because they were all wearing new bulletproof vests this time, except for their limbs, which were easily injured accidentally.
Other vital parts were well protected, and even the head was covered with a bulletproof helmet.
Therefore, very few soldiers died in this war, and a large proportion of the existing casualties were caused by the hot and humid tropical climate, bacteria and poisonous insects.
Because this time they used new rifles, submachine guns and heavy machine guns.
The range is much longer than that of the South Vietnamese monkeys supported by the Lighthouse Country.
Before the South Vietnamese monkeys' bullets could hit them, their bullets would often have knocked down the little monkeys on the opposite side.
Even the enemies hiding in the bunker were roasted by the flamethrower.
Moreover, the troops had sufficient ammunition this time, and the commanders usually plowed the ground with artillery fire first, and then advanced with a combination of tanks and infantry.
When encountering jungle areas, they will release drones for reconnaissance. When encountering difficult targets, they will first bomb them with drones, and then follow up with artillery fire.
However, the Flying Eagle Special Forces led by He Gang suffered a great loss this time.
They have to constantly shuttle through the tropical jungle, explore the way for the troops, and find targets to place locators.
This makes it convenient for our commander to call in artillery fire to destroy targets, remove nails, and facilitate infantry advance.
In addition, some decapitation missions or rescue missions must be carried out.
After the war, they were the last troops to evacuate.
Because even if the South Vietnamese monkeys surrendered, they were still making some small moves in secret.
They either intercepted soldiers who were separated from the troops, or destroyed some equipment and supplies supported by the Lighthouse Country, not wanting our army to get them.
