The next morning, Li Ke'er washed up early and waited for Lu Yubai at the school gate.
Around 8 o'clock, Lu Yubai walked over slowly with his hands in his pockets. He was wearing a white shirt today, which was something he never usually wore, making him stand out.
Li Ke'er blocked his way and said, "Lu Yubai, I have something to tell you. Don't worry, I won't bother you anymore after I finish."

Just as Lu Yubai was caught off guard, Li Ke'er grabbed his shirt and pulled him close, planting a kiss on the corner of his lips and saying, "Hmm, I don't like you either. You're not the only man in this world. I won't bother you anymore."
With that, he turned and left with a flourish, leaving Lu Yubai standing there dumbfounded.
Li Ke'er truly kept her word and never bothered Lu Yubai again.
For one day, two days, three days, four days, Lu Yubai did not see Li Ke'er.
Lu Yubai seemed to be missing something in his heart.
Half a month passed in the blink of an eye. On this day, when Lu Yubai went to deliver rice balls to his sister, he bumped into a boy who was extremely ugly, delivering flowers and rice to Li Ke'er.

As she turned to leave, Lu Yubai grabbed her arm and said, "Are you going to find that ugly man?"
Li Ke'er laughed helplessly and said, "So what if it is, so what if it isn't? What does it have to do with you?"
Lu Yubai was furious when he saw her acting as if she didn't care about anything.
He reached out and pulled her into his arms, saying, "You...you're not allowed to go!!"
Li Ke'er broke free from his grasp and shouted, "If we don't go now, Huanhuan will starve to death!!"

He reached up and rubbed his nose, realizing he'd forgotten about it.
