Only she knows that she truly has no way to defend herself; all she wants now is to focus on her studies and has no interest in those things at all.
"What are you doing? Why are you bullying people!" Chen Mian, who had just reached the school gate, saw a familiar figure in the distance. Upon closer inspection, she realized that the person was being harassed by a man. She quickly dropped her luggage and ran over.
Seeing someone arrive, the man slowly withdrew his arms and crossed them over his chest. He looked Chen Mian up and down, then whistled, "And who are you, little girl? Trying to play the good guy here?"
"Sister, what brings you here!" Chen Muhe heard the voice from her memory and looked up in disbelief. Her eyes, which were already slightly red, instantly welled up with tears. The books she had been holding fell to the ground, and she rushed over with the joy of a lost bird finally finding its kind.
Chen Mian also stretched out her arms and hugged her twin sister, whom she hadn't seen for a long time, tightly. Both of their similar almond-shaped eyes were a little moist at this moment.
