The night was as dark as ink, and the moonlight was blocked by thick clouds, plunging the entire room into darkness.
However, within this darkness lurks endless danger and slaughter.
Filled with anger and resentment, Young Master Du quietly stepped into the territory that once belonged to him.
Lin Bei, the smug traitor who thought he had everything under control, was immersed in the joy of victory, completely unaware of the danger that was about to strike.
The room was dimly lit, and a sense of oppression and tension permeated the air.
Lin Bei sat on the sofa, while the woman beside him had already huddled in a corner, trembling with fear.
Despite being somewhat wary, Lin Bei maintained a contemptuous attitude towards the suddenly appearing Young Master Du.
"Young Master Du, you dare to come back? You've really walked right into a trap!" Lin Bei sneered, stood up, and prepared to face this contest that he believed he had already won.
Young Master Du did not answer. His gaze was like a cold blade, staring directly at Lin Bei as if he wanted to pierce through him.
He slowly raised his hand, his fingers tapping lightly in the air, creating a heart-pounding rhythm.
This is his battle horn, the beginning of his revenge.
Suddenly, like a raging beast, Young Master Du charged towards Lin Bei.
His speed and strength caught Lin Bei off guard.
The two instantly began to wrestle, exchanging blows and kicks, producing a series of dull thuds.
Inside the room, tables and chairs were overturned, porcelain was smashed, and the room was a complete mess.
Although Lin Bei was burly, he gradually became overwhelmed by Young Master Du's relentless attacks.
He tried to fight back, but each time Young Master Du skillfully deflected his attacks and seized the opportunity to deliver even more devastating blows.
"Ah!" Lin Bei let out a scream. His face was covered with wounds, and there was still a trace of blood at the corner of his mouth.
He had never seen such a ferocious young master Du, like a wild beast that had lost its mind, wanting only to tear him to pieces.
Young Master Du did not stop; his eyes were filled with murderous intent.
He knew that today was a life-or-death struggle between him and Lin Bei; it was either him or him who would die.
He suddenly punched Lin Bei in the abdomen. Lin Bei was hit hard and flew backward, crashing into the wall and then falling heavily to the ground.
However, Lin Bei did not give up.
He struggled to his feet, his eyes flashing with madness.
He grabbed a fruit knife from the coffee table and charged at Young Master Du, brandishing it.
Young Master Du dodged the attack with a flash, but Lin Bei followed closely behind.
The two moved through the room, amidst flashing swords and clashing blades, creating a thrilling and suspenseful scene.
Although Young Master Du was agile, Lin Bei's madness and recklessness made him feel a bit of pressure.
He knew that this couldn't go on; he had to find a way to kill him with a single blow.
Finally, in a fierce confrontation, Young Master Du seized upon a weakness in Lin Bei's defenses.
He suddenly kicked Lin Bei in the knee, and Lin Bei felt the pain and froze.
Taking advantage of the opportunity, Young Master Du stepped forward, grabbed Lin Bei's wrist holding the knife, and twisted it forcefully.
"Crack!" A crisp sound of bone breaking rang out, and the fruit knife in Lin Bei's hand fell to the ground.
Taking advantage of the opportunity, Young Master Du punched Lin Bei in the temple. Lin Bei was struck as if by lightning, and collapsed to the ground, his eyes losing their luster.
Young Master Du stood there, panting, looking at Lin Bei lying on the ground.
The fierceness and anger that had been in his eyes were gone, replaced by a deep weariness and relief.
He knew he had finally achieved his revenge, but this victory weighed heavily on his heart.
The room was deathly silent.
Only the heavy breathing of Young Master Du and the terrified cries of the woman in the distance intertwined, creating an eerie atmosphere.
Young Master Du slowly walked to Lin Bei's side, squatted down, and looked at his lifeless face.
"Lin Bei, you've lost. You've not only lost this contest, but you've also lost your life," Young Master Du said softly, his tone filled with regret and helplessness.
He stood up, turned and walked towards the door.
Before leaving, he looked back at the place that had once belonged to him, a complex emotion flashing in his eyes.
The night remained deep, as if the entire world had been swallowed by darkness.
Young Master Du had just stepped out of that room filled with bloodshed and hatred, his heart filled with complex emotions.
The joy of revenge was intertwined with exhaustion, leaving him feeling more weary than ever before.
However, when he saw the police officers standing at the door, his face turned pale instantly, and a look of disbelief flashed in his eyes.
"How could this be? Why would she call the police?" Young Master Du muttered to himself, his gaze shifting back and forth between the police officer and the room.
He couldn't believe that just moments ago he was thinking about how to elope with the woman he once loved so deeply, but in the blink of an eye, she had become the one pushing him into the abyss.
The police officers quickly moved forward and surrounded Young Master Du. Their eyes were filled with vigilance and hostility, as if the man before them was a heinous criminal.
Young Master Du did not resist. He simply lowered his head silently and allowed the police to put him in shackles and take him away from the place that once belonged to him.
Before leaving, he couldn't help but look back at the room one last time.
Through the half-open door, he saw the woman's figure huddled in the corner.
Her face was filled with fear and unease, but even more so with a sense of relief and acceptance.
A surge of intense anger and disappointment welled up in Young Master Du's heart. He couldn't believe that he would be betrayed by her twice.
