Pei Xi smiled nonchalantly.
Although Pei Zhi was a social butterfly, he wasn't one to joke around with girls. Surrounded by beautiful women, he was the only green leaf, which made him feel a little uncomfortable. He also couldn't easily help Pei Xi pack her things, so he nudged her and said, "I'll go first then. I'll text you when I have lunch."
Pei Xi nodded. "Mm."
After Pei Zhi left, Pei Xi opened his suitcase and began packing his things at a leisurely pace.

Qi Yushu, who had been silent all along, weakly said, "Indeed, I think so too."
Pei Xi shook her head and chuckled. She silently marveled at how her brother's charm in capturing young girls' hearts remained as strong as ever.
“I think your brother must be the most handsome guy in our school,” Zhuang Tiantian said. “If there’s anyone more handsome than your brother, I’ll wash my hair upside down. I’ve never seen anyone like him in my life.”
As soon as she finished speaking, Chen Liang shouted loudly, "I support it! I support it with both hands and feet!"
Pei Xi was left speechless, both amused and exasperated by their antics.
It was the first day of school, and the group had only known each other for a few minutes, but for some reason, they chatted like old friends.

It's the first day of school, so it's better to stay with your roommates.
Pei Zhi thought about it and realized that it made sense. He said he would take her out for a nice meal that night.
At noon, the four of them went out for lunch and strolled around the campus. Just as they returned to their dormitory building, Pei Xi's phone suddenly vibrated.
She clicked on it and saw a new message.
"Miss Pei, are you at Peking University right now?"
