I'm too excited tonight, my brain hasn't adjusted yet.
Pei Xi looked at her phone but didn't receive a reply from Jiang Cheng.
After waiting a while, just as she was about to type a message to him, she heard a very soft knock on the door.
"May I come inside?"
Pei Xi immediately sat up in bed, walked barefoot to the door, opened it, and Jiang Cheng was standing outside, holding the little panda cup in his hand. The little panda's dark circles had disappeared by half.

Pei Xi tapped her lips with his index finger and whispered, "Goodnight kiss."
Jiang Cheng's smile widened, then he lowered his head and lightly touched Pei Xi's lips.

Before Pei Xi could finish speaking, a screeching sound of a chair being tripped suddenly came from the doorway.
The two visibly froze, turning to look through the crack in the door. In the dim light, a figure stood with its back turned, looking extremely stiff.
