Chapter 219 I'll Let You Go After Just One Kiss
Xia Shuran made a face at Chi Yu. She grabbed the back of Chi Yu's clothes and stared at the fish soup in the pot without blinking.
"Szeged fish soup?" Xia Shuran sniffed the smell.
Chiyu did not add pepper, but used other seasonings instead, but the dish still had the unique aroma of the original dish.
Xia Shuran looked up at him and said, "Not bad."
Chi Yu raised the corner of his lips, covered the pot and simmered it for a minute or two.
"Where have you been?" Chi Yu came closer, smiled mischievously, pinched both of the girl's cheeks, and said, "Your dark circles are about to fall here."
Xia Shuran hummed and pushed Chi Yu's hand away, stepping back.
But he hugged her in his arms.
Chi Yu smiled and hugged the girl tightly, not allowing her to move.
Xia Shuran finally raised her head in front of his chest, glaring at him and accusing him, "There's soot all over my apron, let me go!"
Chi Yu still held her in his arms, his eyes slowly tracing her face.
"This is yours."
"Just because it's mine, I know how dirty it is. Last time I was cooking in the kitchen, I didn't even wash it."
Chi Yu said calmly, with a half-smile on his face, "You call that a meal? That's a biochemical experiment, right?"
Xia Shuran raised her fist and said, "Okay, okay, next time I cook, you don't have to eat it!"
Chi Yu smiled wickedly and said seriously, "Don't eat the treasure, don't torture yourself."
Xia Shuran kicked him hard and said, "You must give me food. Tomorrow I will show you my cooking skills."
Chi Yu's face was expressionless and he said nothing. He continued to stare at the girl. Under his dark eyes, there was a mixture of lingering tenderness and wild possessiveness.
Xia Shuran instinctively sensed danger and couldn't help but cough lightly. She wanted to step back, but Chi Yu's arm was across her lower back, pressing down tightly.
Xia Shuran stammered, "Um...it's time to eat now, please be careful and eat when it's time to eat...Um, let's talk about tonight."
Chi Yu raised his eyebrows and said lazily in his throat, "When did I mention what happened in the evening? What did it mean in the evening? I don't know. Tell me about it."
Xia Shuran blushed and cursed him for being shameless. She was too lazy to argue with him. "The fish is ready. I'm hungry."
Chi Yu's eyes darkened, and he said in a low and calm tone, "I'm hungry too."
He bent down and put his face close to the girl.
"Kiss."
"One kiss and I'll let you go."
Xia Shuran kissed him on the cheek and blinked at him, "Okay."
While he lowered his head, Xia Shuran took the apron belt off his neck, and Chi Yu let her do what she wanted.
Then the girl put her arms around his waist, helped him untie the belt, and casually put the apron on the kitchen counter.
Chi Yu looked down at her, a faint smile in his eyes, and his reckless spirit could not be hidden.
Chi Yu hugged the girl tighter, lifted her up by her hips, and let her hang on him like a child.
Xia Shuran has always been ashamed of this posture, and Chi Yu knew it clearly, but still deliberately hugged her like this.
His voice rang in my ears, low and hoarse with a warm breath.
"Miss me?"
Xia Shuran felt an itch in her ears and couldn't help but shrink her shoulders.
She was afraid that Chi Yu, the vixen, would seduce her again, and in order to avoid him, she almost leaned her head against the back of his head.
Seeing her like this, Chi Yu also laughed.
Xia Shuran was like a small animal caught in the clutches of a wild beast, realizing that she couldn't win and trying to escape by words.
"Brother, let's eat."
Chi Yu kissed her hair and carried her out of the kitchen, "You're calling me brother now? You even kicked me just now."
"Then can I call you daddy? No, no, no, this is just to make you feel good."
"I call you grandpa."
Chi Yu laughed so hard that his chest was shaking, "Xia Shuran, are you sick?"
"I call you great-grandfather, I call you ancestor."
