The Secret of the Mysterious Base
When Lin Yu and Suna entered the room, it was filled with a dull, oppressive atmosphere. The lights were dim and hazy, as if shrouded in a thick haze, barely illuminating a small area. Around them were various high-tech devices they had never seen before. They flashed eerie lights, some even emitted a low humming sound, making them feel inexplicably nervous and uneasy.
"Lin Yu, I'm scared. I don't know what they're going to do." Su Na clutched Lin Yu's arm tightly, her voice trembling like a fallen leaf shivering in the cold wind of late autumn. At this moment, the large screen in the room suddenly lit up, and the strong light made them squint instantly. A strange face gradually emerged on the screen. It was a man with a serious face and deep eyes. His face was expressionless, like a cold statue.
"Welcome here, Lin Yu and Suna." The voice of the person on the screen was low and penetrating, as if coming from a distant place, but echoing clearly throughout the room.
"Who are you? Why did you bring us here?" Lin Yu suppressed his anger and asked. His eyes were fixed on the person on the screen, filled with anger and confusion.
"I am the person in charge of this base. You have broken into places you shouldn't have entered and learned secrets you shouldn't have known. However, since things have already happened, we can give you a choice." The man's voice was emotionless, as if he was stating something that had nothing to do with him.
"Either join us and work for us, or..." The man paused, his eyes became extremely cold at this moment, as if they could freeze a person's soul.
"What else?" Suna couldn't help but ask, her voice trembling slightly, as if she had already foreseen a bad outcome.
"Either you stay here forever and don't even think about leaving." The man's words were like a cold blade, piercing straight into their hearts.
Lin Yu and Su Na exchanged a glance, their eyes filled with shock and fear. Lin Yu's mind raced, thinking of a solution. He knew they were in an extremely dangerous situation, and every choice could mean the difference between life and death.
"What kind of secret activities are you conducting? Why don't you let the outside world know?" Lin Yu tried to get more information from the other party.
The person on the screen sneered, "This is not for you to know. Now, make your choice."

"You don't have much time." The man said, and the screen went dark.
The room fell into darkness and silence again, with only the faint light and low sounds from the high-tech equipment.
Lin Yu pulled Suna to a corner and said, "Suna, we can't compromise easily."
"But, Lin Yu, if you don't agree, can we really get out?" Su Na's voice was full of despair.
"We will definitely find a way. We can't just let them threaten us like this." Lin Yu clenched his fists. "But now, we have to calm them down first, pretend to agree, and then look for a chance to escape."
Suna nodded. Although her heart was still filled with fear, Lin Yu's determination gave her a glimmer of hope.
Just then, the lights in the room suddenly came on, causing pain in their eyes.
