Searching for Tai Sui
Lin Yu took a deep breath, his eyes filled with determination as he charged at the monster. He gripped the stick tightly, as if it were his last resort. The stick arced through the air, and with all his might, he smashed it down on the monster's head. "Go to hell!" Lin Yu roared, his fear replaced by courage.
The monster roared in pain. Its ferocious features twisted further with rage, its massive eyes gleaming with fury. It lashed its claws furiously, sending up a sharp gust of wind. Lin Yu nimbly dodged to the side, his heartbeat racing, every breath a tense one. "I can't retreat! I have to protect everyone!" he mentally reassured himself.
The old man took advantage of the situation and circled behind the monster. Though his steps were slightly unsteady, his eyes revealed a resolute determination. He gripped the dagger tightly, waited for the right moment, and stabbed the monster's leg with all his might. However, the monster reacted with remarkable speed. It sensed the old man's movements and lashed out with its tail, like a thick steel whip. With a loud thud, the old man was knocked to the ground. He rolled over several times, groaning in pain.
"Old man!" Suna exclaimed, her voice shrill with fear. She covered her mouth with both hands, her eyes filled with worry and fear. "You must be careful!" Her heart was filled with helplessness and fear.
Lin Yu was terribly anxious. Seeing the old man injured, his rage burned even more fiercely. "Asshole!" He attacked again, raining down his wooden stick on the monster, trying to attract its attention and buy the old man time to stand up. "Come on, you ugly creature!" he shouted, his voice echoing through the cave.
The monster was completely enraged by Lin Yu's provocation. It opened its bloody mouth and spewed out a pungent stream of hot air. The fangs in its mouth flashed with a cold light, as if it wanted to swallow Lin Yu whole. Its huge body suddenly pounced on Lin Yu at a speed that was astonishing.
At this critical moment, the mysterious man struck. His movements were swift and decisive. He flung a talisman from his arms. It shone with a strange light in the darkness, like a shooting star in the night sky. It landed precisely on the monster's forehead, instantly rendering it unable to move, as if bound by a powerful force.
"Now!" the mysterious man shouted, his voice full of urgency.
Lin Yu and the old man quickly stepped forward and launched a fierce attack on the monster. Lin Yu's wooden stick kept hitting the monster, and each blow was accompanied by his roar. The old man also gritted his teeth and raised his dagger again, stabbing the monster's vital parts.
"I'll let you hurt our friends!" Lin Yu shouted as he attacked. His sweat fell like rain, soaking his clothes, but he didn't stop moving at all.
The old man gasped, "I must defeat you!" His eyes were full of determination.
The monster howled in pain under their attack and struggled desperately, trying to break free from the shackles of the spell. But Lin Yu and the old man's attacks became more and more fierce, not giving it any chance to breathe.
After a hard fight, the monster finally fell to the ground. Its body twitched a few times and then stopped moving.
"Finally solved." Lin Yu panted and slid down the cave wall slowly, sitting on the ground. His hands trembled from the excessive force, and the stick fell from his hands.
"Don't let your guard down. Tai Sui hasn't been found yet." The mysterious man reminded, his voice breaking the brief calm.
Lin Yu nodded and stood up with difficulty. "Let's go," he said.
As they continued to walk deeper into the cave, the ground beneath their feet became increasingly slippery, and the air was filled with a stronger stench of decay. From time to time, water dripped from the cave walls, making a crisp sound that seemed particularly eerie in the silent environment.
Lin Yu used a flashlight to illuminate the road ahead. The faint light flickered in the darkness, as if it would go out at any time.
"This place is so scary. Is Tai Sui really here?" Suna asked in a trembling voice, her steps staggering a little.
"We must find it no matter what." Lin Yu replied. His voice was tired but still firm.
Suddenly, a strange sound came from the front, like something crawling.
"Be careful!" the mysterious man shouted.
They stopped and stared nervously ahead, only to see a swarm of black insects swarming out of the darkness, so dense that it made their scalps tingle.
"What is this?" the old man exclaimed.
Lin Yu raised the stick and said, "Don't be afraid, let's rush over!"
They struggled forward surrounded by insects, which kept crawling up their bodies and biting their skin.
"Ah!" Suna screamed in pain.
Lin Yu desperately slapped the bugs off his body, "Hold on, Suna!"
The mysterious man kept throwing out spells, temporarily blocking the insects' attack.
After a hard fight, they finally got rid of the insects and continued to move forward.
But they don't know that there are more dangers waiting for them ahead...
