Fierce battle with a mysterious man
Lin Yu and Suna reacted swiftly. As the Gu worms surged like a surging tide, they stood back to back, forming a tight defensive line. Lin Yu shouted at the top of his lungs, his voice firm and powerful above the din of the Gu worms' humming, resounding like a bell. At this moment, he knew very well in his heart that facing such a large number of aggressive poisonous insects, he had to remain calm and use clever poisonous insect tactics. In an instant, the Gu worms tore at each other, tangling frantically with each other, emitting a chilling "sizzling" sound, like the sound of a demon grinding its teeth in the darkness. The black Gu worms were astonishingly numerous, densely packed like a dark cloud covering the sun. Suna's insects were instantly shattered, their light dissipating into the darkness, like a meteor streaking across the night sky, fading in an instant.
"Not good! His power is greater than we imagined!" Suna's heart trembled, a flicker of worry crossing her face. But her indomitable spirit prevented her from retreating. Instead, she quickly adjusted her strategy, summoning her binding insects once again. These slender insects flew towards the mysterious man like silk threads, attempting to bind him tightly, much like a spider trapping its prey with silk.
Taking advantage of the brief pause as the mysterious man dealt with Suna's attack, Lin Yu focused all his energy on controlling several of his most powerful Gu-worms. As if sensing their master's determination, the insects glowed brighter, shooting towards the mysterious man like sharp arrows. The mysterious man, keenly aware of the approaching danger, retreated with ghostly speed, commanding the black Gu-worms to return to defend him. The black Gu-worms instantly formed a solid barrier in front of him, like a black city wall, emanating an evil aura. Lin Yu's Gu-worms collided with the barrier with a dull thud, like boulders hitting a city wall, but they were unable to penetrate the defenses and were repelled one after another.
"Hmph, you two really think you can hurt me?" The mysterious man laughed arrogantly, his laughter echoing in the gloomy forest, full of ridicule and disdain, as if Lin Yu and Suna were just two insignificant ants.
Lin Yu and Suna were undeterred by the mysterious man's ridicule. They knew they couldn't give up now and had to keep fighting. They constantly adjusted their tactics, coordinating their attacks seamlessly, like cogwheels. Lin Yu manipulated the Gu worms into feigning an attack, cleverly drawing the mysterious man's attention and creating an opening for Suna. Suna, her eyes wide, observed the mysterious man's every move intently, searching for a flaw. "Lin Yu, his left side seems weak. Let's focus our attacks there!" Suna, seizing the opportunity, shouted at the top of her lungs, her voice tinged with excitement and anticipation.
Lin Yu immediately understood, a flicker of determination in his eyes. He urged the Gu worms to launch a fierce attack towards the mysterious man's left side like a surging tide. Suna also fully cooperated, her hands dancing rapidly, releasing powerful Gu energy. That energy, like a radiant sun, attempted to break through the mysterious man's seemingly weak defense on the left side, tearing a hole. The mysterious man noticed their intention and a hint of panic crossed his face. However, the swiftness of Lin Yu and Suna's attacks was like a torrential rain, leaving him scrambling and unable to respond.
