Sharp fangs bared their mouths, as if they could tear through any prey with ease. A sickening stench emanated, making one want to vomit.
"It seems our actions have been discovered. These monsters must be here to stop us," Lin Yu whispered, his eyes fixed on the approaching monsters. His knuckles turned white from the force of his grip on the sword, ready for battle at any moment. He knew the battle ahead would be extremely difficult, but to help the mirror-caster escape and to restore peace to the mountains and villages, he would not retreat.
