The villagers' low morale instantly lifted upon seeing Lin Yu and Suna join them. They gripped their crude farm tools, their eyes ablaze with hope, and shouted as they charged towards the men in black. For a moment, shouts and screams mingled, resounding throughout Lingfeng Mountain, seemingly tearing the dark night sky apart. Moonlight shone across the battlefield, tinting everything with a silvery white, yet tinged with a shimmering eeriness.
Lin Yu seized the opportunity, kicked the ground with both feet, splashing a cloud of dust, and stabbed at the chest of the leading black-clad man like an arrow. The black-clad man reacted very quickly and dodged to the side, but was still scratched on the arm by the tip of the sword, and blood instantly dyed his sleeve red. He was furious and roared like a beast, attacking Lin Yu frantically. The long sword danced tightly, forming a cold and shining barrier that enveloped Lin Yu. "Suna, be careful!" Lin Yu caught sight of this scene from the corner of his eye, his heart trembling with fear, his heart seemingly stopping. He ignored his own safety and rushed towards Suna, his speed as fast as lightning. In that critical moment, he used his body to block the fatal blow.
