The Yellow River Giant Turtle Reappears: A Mysterious Investigation Journey
After successfully sealing the gem and saving the world from the shadow of evil, Lin Yu, Suna, and Leng Xuan have become hailed heroes. However, for them, the adventure never ends. One day, a mysterious order arrives, assigning them to investigate the bizarre and terrifying reappearance of a giant turtle from the Yellow River in Shanxi in 1965.
Lin Yu sat at his desk, clutching the mission brief tightly in his hands. His brow furrowed slightly, his deep eyes revealing concentration and thought, as if he were reading every word. "The giant Yellow River turtle, which appeared in 1965, has reappeared again. This is no accident; there must be a hidden secret behind it," he spoke slowly, a hint of solemnity in his tone.
Suna leaned closer, her eyes gleaming with a mixture of curiosity and vigilance. She fixed her gaze on the briefing and said, "Yes, and the briefing mentioned that every time this giant turtle appears, it seems to be accompanied by some strange and inexplicable phenomena. I'm afraid this investigation will be difficult, so we must be extra careful."
Leng Xuan stood aside, his hands unconsciously clenched into fists. The old man glanced at the Yellow River with lingering fear and said slowly, "That giant turtle is really scary. It is bigger than several houses combined, and its scales are as hard as stone. At this moment, the previously calm surface of the Yellow River suddenly surged with enormous waves, as if a powerful force was stirring the waters beneath. A massive creature slowly emerged from the water—it was none other than the legendary Yellow River giant turtle. Its body resembled a small hill, its shell covered in weeds and moss, like the mottled marks of time. Its two enormous eyes gleamed with a cold and mysterious light, like two ghostly green will-o'-the-wisps, emitting a chilling aura. The giant turtle slowly turned its head, staring intently at Lin Yu and the other two, then let out a deep, muffled roar that seemed to pierce the soul, rippling the river and sending sand and rocks cascading down the shore.
"Prepare for battle!" Lin Yu shouted, his voice firm and powerful, and quickly drew his sword. The sword was unsheathed, a cold light flashing, like a meteor streaking through the sky. Suna didn't hesitate, immediately summoning the poisonous insects. Like a black cloud, the poisonous insects surged out from her sleeves, collar, and other places, circling around her, emitting a buzzing sound of wings like a dense drumbeat, ready to attack at Suna's command. Leng Xuan, on the other hand, gripped the Shadow Moon Blade tightly with both hands, the blade trembling slightly, as if excitedly anticipating the battle. His eyes were firm and sharp, staring intently at the giant turtle, trying to find a weakness in its massive body.
The giant turtle launched the first attack, its maw wide open, and a powerful stream of water blasted towards Lin Yu and the other two like a cannonball. The water flowed so fast that the air seemed to rip apart wherever it passed, emitting a sharp whistling sound. Lin Yu and Leng Xuan reacted quickly, like the agility of a cheetah, quickly dodging to the side. As Lin Yu dodged, he thought to himself, "This giant turtle's attack is so powerful. It's unwise to confront it head-on. I must find an opportunity to attack its weaknesses." Leng Xuan, while dodging, never took his eyes off the giant turtle, pondering how to effectively strike it.
