Jedi strikes back, the artifact appears
Lin Yu and Leng Xuan had barely steadied themselves when the ice dragon, like a cloud of icy fog shrouded in the aura of death, roared deafeningly and swept towards them with overwhelming force. Its massive claws, raised high, gleamed with a chilling glare in the sunlight, like giant, sharp ice picks as they slammed down on Lin Yu. Lin Yu felt a suffocating pressure wash over him, his heart seemingly stopping. In that crucial moment, he widened his eyes and, with all his strength, dodged to the side. The sharp claws scraped past his clothes, sending a piercing chill wind through the air and leaving deep furrows in the ice, like wounds torn through the earth.
Leng Xuan seized the moment the ice dragon attacked Lin Yu and, like a flash of black lightning, lunged at it without hesitation. He concentrated all his strength in his right arm. The Shadow Moon Blade in his hand shone with a strange and mysterious light, as if awakened by some ancient power. He stabbed the ice dragon's injured eye again. The ice dragon, in pain, roared with rage, a roar like a landslide, shaking the surrounding ice peaks. It whipped its head around in fury, unleashing a gust of wind as powerful as a hurricane. Leng Xuan couldn't dodge and was sent flying by the powerful force. His body, like a kite with its string cut, slammed heavily into the nearby ice wall. With a dull thud, Leng Xuan felt as if his internal organs had shifted. Blood gushed from his mouth, forming a vibrant, blinding spray on the pristine ice.
Suna stood beside her, her eyes wide with worry and anxiety. She knew she had no time to hesitate; time was of the essence. She bit her lip until it turned pale, and despite the chill that could freeze a person's bones to the bone, her hands danced swiftly, like two fluttering butterflies. But now, this beautiful movement was imbued with a desperate determination. She muttered something, trying to command the Gu worms to attack again. However, after many of them had been frozen by the terrifying cold surrounding the ice dragon, only a few remained. Suna, however, refused to give up, knowing this was their only hope of defeating the ice dragon. She gathered all the Gu worms together, her eyes revealing a firm conviction as she directed them towards the ice dragon's other eye. The Gu worms, as if sensing their master's determination, struggled to fly through the frigid air with all their might. Each Gu worm seemed to be waging a desperate struggle against the boundless cold. The sound of their wings flapping was faint yet resolute in the still, chilly air. Finally, the Gu worms succeeded in approaching the ice dragon. Sensing their approach, the ice dragon attempted to evade, but the Gu worms quickly dispersed, like a swarm of black stars, attacking its eyes from all directions, successfully biting the ice dragon. The ice dragon roared angrily and lashed its head wildly, trying to shake off the Gu worms. Its head whirled furiously through the air like a giant blender, sending the surrounding ice and snow flying wildly in the air.
Lin Yu seized the opportunity, gritting his teeth and rising to his feet. His legs trembled slightly from his narrow escape, but his gaze remained resolute. He stared at the ice dragon's massive body, writhing wildly in agony, and a thought suddenly struck him. He had keenly noticed during the fierce battle that, while the ice dragon's belly was also covered in scales, it seemed less durable than its other parts. Furthermore, during the attack, its belly had been briefly exposed. Lin Yu took a deep breath, letting the icy air fill his lungs, trying to calm his nervously pounding heart. He shouted to Leng Xuan, "Leng Xuan, attack its belly! It's relatively weak there! This could be the key to defeating it!" Leng Xuan, hearing the shout, fought back the excruciating pain radiating from every part of his body and struggled to his feet. His face was etched with exhaustion and pain, but his eyes still burned with determination. He nodded vigorously at Lin Yu and replied firmly, "Understood! I'll be right there!"
The two exchanged glances, their eyes conveying a firm belief and tacit understanding. Lin Yu took a deep breath and rushed forward first, deliberately attracting the ice dragon's attention. He brandished his sword, which gleamed coldly in the sunlight, as if challenging the ice dragon. He slashed at the ice dragon's legs, and the ice dragon was indeed enraged, turning its target of attack to Lin Yu. Its huge dragon head slammed towards Lin Yu with tremendous force, and Lin Yu nimbly shuttled across the ice like an agile snow leopard. He cleverly dodged the ice dragon's attacks, while constantly shouting at it, provoking it, trying to draw all the ice dragon's anger to himself and create an opportunity for Leng Xuan.
Leng Xuan took the opportunity to circle behind the ice dragon. His steps were light and cautious, his eyes fixed on its every move, waiting for the moment when it would expose its underbelly as it struck Lin Yu. Finally, the ice dragon raised its claws high again and slammed towards Lin Yu. Its massive body tilted forward slightly from the force, its underbelly briefly exposed. Leng Xuan seized the opportunity and lunged forward with the swiftness of a cheetah, Shadow Moon Blade raised high. His arm muscles tensed, veins bulging, and he thrust with all his might into the ice dragon's abdomen. The Shadow Moon Blade pierced the ice dragon's abdomen, and a stream of blue blood gushed out like a fountain, splashing onto the ice and instantly dyeing the surrounding snow an eerie blue. The ice dragon let out a deafening scream that seemed to pierce the soul. Its body trembled violently, and the entire ice peak seemed to tremble in its agony.
Wounded, the ice dragon grew even more frenzied. It no longer limited itself to close-quarters attacks, but instead opened its maw and unleashed a continuous stream of icy breath. For a moment, the entire mountainside was enveloped in ice, as if entering an eternal ice age. The icy breath surged like a raging torrent, instantly freezing everything in its path. Lin Yu and Leng Xuan struggled to avoid the icy mist, which stung their skin like countless tiny ice needles. Each attempt to evade them was exhausting, but they dared not slack off, for if struck by the icy breath, they would be instantly frozen into a block of ice.
